Wellness area is a joke, broken sauna. Otherwise, but friendly staff and everything was clean.

Beautiful in appearance, but as they say, not everything is gold, what glitter! At check-in I was told in an unpleasant way that I had to wait because they could not find my booking (which, however, could be seen on my mobile phone), I had to go from time to time to ask if I could check in .. ... and only after 45 minutes "they found me" At. 21.45 I could go up! Well! Almost 200 for one night in a very small room where the fridge could not be opened completely because it was maybe 20 cm between the bed and the fridge. The balcony was locked like saying "look at it but do not use it" and then when I looked at it during the day I saw that it was in catastrophic condition!
I asked for a room with a bath, but when I filled it I realized that the cap does not work, I tried with a suction cap next to it (maybe for other complaints ??) but it was too small and after trying to fill the bath THREE TIMES it was then at 01.00 at night, then I gave up! To the really arrogant and disgusting staff I asked to be able to pay to stay in the room for a few more hours and I was told that "we do not even talk about it Not one if you are a member (like me) of Nordicchoice (and it is an "alternative suggested on the website) The staff does not have time for customers, the key is thrown in a glass jar and the payment receipt is sent by e-mail (which I have not seen yet) The breakfast is varied, but it is the same as the other breakfasts in other Nordic the hotels I have stayed at! So?
Almost 200 really lost!

Unfinished building, lots of building noise, crowded breakfast room. Woke up at night by alarm in the hallway, not being able to connect with the staff on the phone, chat or messenger to notify. Had to dress up and go down to reception at 4 o'clock at night to alert and they gave me a coke in companion, haha

When we stayed with two young children there was extremely loud music in the evening. Was unable to sleep in the rooms. Was not informed in advance. Get an extra star for great breakfast and good pool.

As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in numerous hotels on multiple countries. The is the most service friendly hotel I have stayed in. Excellent staff and also an excellent facility. Best breakfast I have seen in years.

Clean rooms, modern interior. First room had air conditioning broken, but we got a new room right away. Very nice and helpful staff.

Only had the breakfast. It was nothing special, but had all the usual stuff and tasted fine.

AMAZING service!
We booked a room for 2 and a dog, but then my sister was at the festival and wanted to sleep in the hotel. So we asked for an extra bed and got an upgraded room !! There was an employee who fixed everything, so we just had to go from one room to the other!
RECOMMENDS THE HOTEL IN THE STRONGEST!

Great conference venue where the APMBC 4th Review Conference was held. Close to the central station and lots of great shops.

Great hotel overall, but we had issues with the switch not working to the light behind the bed, zero heat in the floor in the bathroom,
Threshold over cupboard was loose, push valve in washbasin loose and stood sideways this is not exactly a crisis but in a brand new hotel both customer and owner for its sake would probably wish it was better, the bathrooms pull down the most, bears visible mark of to be as affordable as possible.
Best of all, there was nothing they could do or compensate for.

A magnificent hotel in central Oslo, a few minutes walk from Oslo central train station.

The lobby is captivating and welcoming. However the hotel seems to be work in progress and undergoing some sort of refurbishment.

The Buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of food items, you get spoilt for choice.

The rooms are big, with a comfortable queen size bed that comes with a daily supply of a million and one pillows. The smart TV is incredibly huge. The bathroom is clean and has the necessary accessories to make your life comfortable while at it.

The downside is a wardrobe that can only fit two or three clothes! It is quite underwhelming and leaves you wondering whether it was fitted as an afterthought.

Great hotel with good solutions. There was some chaos with check-in, but it's probably natural at Christmas time. The room was fine, but the breakfast room very stressful.

The hotel is very conveniently placed near the train station, and in walking distance to major shopping centers and concert avenues. It met all my needs for an overnight stay - the room was clean and not cramped, the breakfast was good, and the view was nice. I really liked that there were three pillows of different sizes, and I slept well.

What detracts from the experience is that there were (minor) damages visible on the wall inside the room, and that some of the information about the locking mechanism on the door was out of date (it said you needed to lock the door manually when leaving, but the door was locked automatically).

Lovely hotel, lovely beds, clean and fresh. But if you fancy eggs and bacon for breakfast I recommend another hotel.

Friday night out at the bar in the 13th floor Lousy service and drink that tastes python. Will not visit this place again. Steer away.

It has two things that are outstanding: the breakfast buffet and the central location just opposite the train station and virtually across from the central train station and many bus and trams stops. The desk has only two clerks working, which is reseal inadequate for a huge convention hotel esp where there is no concierge so all questions need to be directed to these clerks. Upgrade for a boggier room, since the standard rooms are Very small. Service is really poor. Decor is very odd. Lightning is terrible. Some lights are completely without electrical outlets! This may be a result of very poor planning. Each room is allotted 3 (!) hangers. There is inadequate provision for open suitcases . There are ample and good conference rooms

Overall a very pleasant experience.
However I prefer to stay in rooms that are less cluttered.

What a nice place to spend a weekend center of the city.

Cozy, food tastes good, unique decoration and so futuristic

Great hotel in an extremely central location. From here you can access most of the city's offers for shopping, shows, concerts, sea baths, eateries from gourmet restaurants to simple fast food places. The staff are very nice and helpful with all requests. Very nice rooms with very good layout and spaciousness. Plenty of space for wheelchair users (also for electric wheelchairs). It is recommended that you go out early with breakfast to get a seat and to avoid occasional chaos around the dining tables.
The price of a room including breakfast is not dissuasive, on the contrary. Recommended whether you are going to have a romantic weekend for mom and dad or if the whole family is going on an adventure trip to the capital. In winter there is a short distance to the outdoor ice rink and to toboggan / ski activities. Good weekend!

What a hotel A fantastic hotel with a crazy cool design, look and staff. But if you are a lady then you will dislike the bathroom for makeup opportunities .. here it will get dice 1. Poor light, light setting as well as too little mirror in the room. It gives too much shade that destroys everything. As a man here, you will enjoy life and enjoy life. Short distance to most as well as the hotel has a great bar and a good restaurant. Highly recommended

Outrageous, poor service. Should be listed by booking.com quickly. Fingers away! Would like to receive guests despite international travel alerts. No one needs such a greedy company. Can go!

PRO:
Hotel location excellent, very close to the bus terminal, the central station, the pier and the main streets of the center.
Elegant hotel with swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, gym, bar and restaurant on the 13th floor with panoramic view.
Very friendly and helpful staff, you can fast check in / out to save time.
The hotel hosts a large number of guests and corporate events daily, despite this, the organization and structure are such as to guarantee silence and privacy.
Exceptional breakfast, varied and served practically all morning. Truly an added value.
In every room there are really good soaps and body cleansers.
Numerous and elegant spaces where you can socialize and rest outside the rooms.

CONTRA:
On Sunday the room was not cleaned at 17.00. Despite the request we had to wait 45 minutes before the room was ready.
The rooms are perfectly organized but they are not particularly large and in addition they are filled with so many unnecessary pillows.
The table reservation for the NORDA restaurant requested at the reception was not shown to the restaurant staff. Plus we had to wait 17 minutes before being escorted to the table.

This is a modern new hotel, so some things are just surprising: the iPad-card opening system for the elevator: press on the iPad where you are going, then you can enter the elevator, if you come in with a group of people and forgot to pre-push your floor, then you can not press the button inside.
The lights in the reception area and led screens around the elevators are quite flashy and not necessarily pleasant.
The rooms are good, the amenities are sooo great smelling (Rituals brand, great choice).
The breakfast and lunch have great selections.

The only reason why the hotel does not reach 5 * is that they had not received a completed swimming pool, although I had been informed that it would be ready one week before we arrived. Otherwise everything was excellent!

A very nice hotel right in the center of Oslo. We stayed two nights at the spa at The Well. Very convenient location relative to the airport, we took the train from Gardermoen to the central station and walked a few minutes to the hotel. There is a direct bus service from the hotel to The Well, perfect.

Breakfast is good with great selection of everything you could want. Enough seating for all guests and little queue.

The room was new and nice. We were on the 7th floor which is in the middle of the building. Very good for noise, drag the bar at the top and the bar at the bottom of the hotel. A little noise must be expected from passersby outside the hotel at night time. The only thing that draws a little down in the room has to be the shower wall which is "modern" but allows the entire floor of the bathroom to be soaked by a shower.

All in all very nice stay with nice staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Will definitely return

Newly restored hotel with new name. Great bar and nice, clean rooms. Slightly stiff prices. SEK 59 for a cup of coffee I think is in excess.

Brand new hotel, enormous breakfasts, rooms cosy and functional. Definitely recommend for a stay. They have 800 rooms and price is super adequate!

This is a Hotel! After entering the front doors at this hotel, smack in the midle of Oslo, you are struck by how this is built to impress. The reception is an open landscape with a beautiful bar, in black colors, just making you feel really welcome. Actually i think this bar is one of bars people who are not staying at the hotel visits. The elevator is top modern, the rooms are very inviting. Last but not least, the breakfast is unbelievable, everything you can ask for waking up after a night i the city. We had a great time staying here and The Hub has easily gone to being our top choice of Oslo hotels. Thank you Petter &Co. C u soon!

Fantastic! After a somewhat disappointing stay at the hotel in August due to noise, we had a heavenly stay at The Hub now in October. The hotel has everything you could wish for in the most elegant and beautiful surroundings with a staff who really make sure guests have a good stay. This time we had a wonderful good night in the world's best beds. Just a pity we had to get up very early and not be able to lie in bed and enjoy the wonderful views of the city and the fjord.
Next time we will make sure to have plenty of time to enjoy the comfort and service The Hub offers.

Hotel that define spectacular is say little, located in the heart of Oslo just a step away from the central station and any means of public transport. Elegant and comfortable modern structure, already within you realize the refined and elegant environment, where you are welcomed by the professional staff and at the same time polite and ready to satisfy your requests. The rooms are cozy and equipped with all the dispensable. The breakfast by scream an absolute spectacle Fresh and prepared products very very well, if you complain about this there are problems. Also here the staff friendly and always with the smile. Recommended if you are passing or visiting Oslo. I LOVE THIS HOTEL!!!!

Great hotel. Hard to find the driveway to the P-House. It was well hidden in what looks like a pedestrian street. Full chaos during breakfast with too few seats. Otherwise tip top hotel right in the center.

I think I could have only one question for this hotel... why it is not classified as a 5 stars? I think I can risk to say this is one of my preferred hotels out of the many ones where I have been so far... hotels can be great but then there is always some missing detail... here I found exactly what I look for... the room was small but with anything needed and perfectly functional... the breakfast was super, everything was organised to make the process and the service smooth and efficient... if I had a 6th star I would use it for this hotel... highlyrecommended

Loved the breakfast buffet, which went swift for such a huge hotel

The hub resturant/bar was a nice looking place, however the service was extremely bad. Me and my partner waited outside for so long while the waitress just stood in the bar and looked at us... it was only a few guests inside the restaurant/bar, and they even noticed us standing there for so long. Nobody came to check on us so we ended up leaving.

Clarion is my favorite choice in Nordics, but the one in Oslo is impressive.. great design , wondeefull breakfast.. top floor bar and restaurant
