Terrible experience, Claire Gibbons needs some more training on her interview skills, she looked grumpy, unprofessional manner, cut throat attitude, confrontational attitude. i don't recommend to anyone, they looking for staff for high end residential sites but have a LOW END recruitment staff all around.

My experience with Claibon has been excellent. The professionalism and care taken in placing staff is second to none. Everything you need to know is explained in detail and any questions that you may have are answered with respect and humour, nothing is too much trouble. I have been working for Claibon for 4 month as a Development Manager on a very large site and now i have been given a 1 year fix contract thanks to claibon.I found them to be a very professional company there staff are very polite and helpful at all times If you have any type of query there is always someons on hand to sort it out . There payments are always correct to the hours that you have produced and there time sheets are very simple to master . If you are looking for good quality work with a very friendly and Professional company i would have no hesatation in recomending Claibon as the company to be with .

I have been working with Claibon since 2005 on and off. This is the company I found they do not give wrong hope while finding a permanent job. I have recommending quite lot of my friend in Claibon and of course will be.

Very happy to work for Claire and her team, very professional. They helped me a lot.

Ignore adverts offering permenant well-paid jobs - all they offer is temp, minimum wage positions as cleaners or security, giving various impressive sounding titles to them. Paying well below the going rate for jobs, about 50% lower than almost anywhere else, but expecting highest quality staff.
Something of a joke of a company, very poor in-house staff, avoid at all costs.

Great agency especially for does who wish to start as a concierge or a cleaner or a porter. The opportunity for work is there but you have to prove that your capable of course for the agency to refer you as i was.
