Awesome staffs from the hotel to the restaurant.. would recommend the lemongrass to anyone for fine dining. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and very polite. Elizabeth the African lady at the front desk was super helpful and kind. We stayed at the hotel for 2nights. family of 5 and our room was massive with 3 single beds and 1 double. i can honestly say its a top top hotel and we will be back.

They have attempted a facelift and a revamp of the hotel and tried to modernize it. I think in doing so they have ruined the character and the charm. I think they may have run out of money half way through because its half modern and half.. well.. not.. The woodlock restaurant is lovely food is very good. The leisure center has a good gym and pool area. The convention center often has events on. Disney on ice being the biggest well its the one that causes most trouble with traffic anyway.. its a nightmare to try get around the area when its on. I seriously recommend people use the luas for this. I don t play golf so have no idea about the course..

The staff were pleasant and the room was clean.

The staff were pleasant and the room was clean.
The decor was nice, and a free bottle of water is always a plus.
The building looks nice and has nice surrounding features.
I had some delicious puddings here also.
The breakfast had decent offerings but the porridge was one of the worst I've had but then most hotel porridge are poor to me.
My other complaints are it was a bit far from nearest shops, but on the plus side theres no outside city noise or traffic.
The tv in the room was tiny which doesn't bother me but just mention to let potential visitors know.
The other was the games room.
My son was really excited the hotel had genuine arcade machines-however nearly all the machines controls were broken which ruined the fun.
Overall I did enjoy my stay here and would stay again.

This is a fabulous venue on the outer edge of Dublin City. The ease with which they can cater for big events is astonishing. I have been here for two events and cant get over how well they are run. There is loads of parking and you are on the dublin to cork road within five minutes of leaving the hotel. I haven't stayed but have heard great things about the accomodation

The hotel and staff did an excellent job. Bala the reception manager is super helpful and that attitude is reflected by his staff. It was the convention weekend for Jehovahs Witnesses and the staff had literally hundreds and hundreds of people to look after. As most of us were eating breakfast at the same time and coming back in to dinner at the same time, they had to work extremely hard and they did it while remaining cheerful and helpful. Food was excellent, rooms great. I can't fault the place and would like to say a huge thank you to all the hard working staff that made our few days so amazing.

All in all a nice place but lost marks for a number of reasons.
The decor is tired and needs upgrading
The TV in the room was less than adequate. A very poor SD TV, no program guide and the picture was bigger than the screen
If you want to listen to radio - doesn't work

Now for the positives - great mattress. Big and firm. Brilliant nights sleep

I stayed here recently as I was attending a conference. The food at both the conference and the event later that evening was excellent. The staff in every department were so friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. I could certainly recommend this hotel.

Not bad but also not good. I expected more from a 4 star. The restaurant was extremely busy, not enough staff no serve, mixed up my order, took too long to prepare the overpriced food. Which was not bad, but I could not enjoy after all the mess.
The rooms are not isolated from external noise and sounds. If you are unlucky, you can find yourself next to an arcade room, next to an aircon chimney or simply noisy neighbour. The hotel is living from conference visitors and they don't need to take care about service quality as the revenue is given.

A very nice hotel but some of the rooms are very dated. I do know that they're currently renovating the place. Good on site food, and asian cuisine around the corner (Lemongrass). Golf course on site with beautiful views. Good bar but the service could be better, they seem not to see you when you're waving the bar staff down.

Inconfortable, badly planned bathrooms. Fatty, unhealthy, out of date breakfasts. Ridiculous arrangement for in room safe box. Bad, illogical room lighting. No policy for more environment friendly staff and guest behaviour. No footpath on hotel grounds for non golfers.

A very large conference hotel, however, there were also family rooms, the cleanliness was fine, unfortunately, the flushing power of the toilets was a bit wow, the breakfast was unfortunately not appropriate for the ambience, the staff was very friendly, overall a recommendable hotel, but a bit away from the center of Dublin, about 30 minutes by car to the center

Wonderful, a very friendly and inviting place, staff are pleasant and helpful. Our room was impeccable and very comfortable. Also the events center is amazing. We have been to different events there and each time the quality is the same. We will definitely be returning again. The children cant wait to go back to the games room. Couldn't fault this place in any area. :)

We have just attended the Watchtower Convention at City West and it was superb. The rooms was top class and the food was very good indeed. The staff are friendly and courteous, nothing was to much bother.
This was the third time we have attended the convention and hope we can be there in the future.

Very poor quality hotel in general , big is not always the way to go when it comes to service with a smile
Way too much going on here the few different times I have stayed here
Lacks that personal touch
Reminded me of a Giant hostel

Relatively fair and appropriate for group outings but may be a little bit expensive for an economically focused family. Perhaps endeavour to make comparisons with other outfits near the same location

I have to stay here for a conference I attend at the attached auditorium. It is not a hotel I would choose to stay in.
In the last 2 years the hotel has improved a lot it now has WiFi in all the rooms and more staff to help especially on busy days.

The beds are clean and comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The rooms are quite dated now and the furniture has bleached . Not a huge thing but considering the premium cost you would expect better. Not all of the rooms have Aircon and that's a problem in the summer .

The staff in the hotel are ultimatly accomodating polite and helpful . The staff in the conference centre are generally the opposite.

The restaurant has wonderful food . The food for the conference delegates is little better than school meals.

Considering the cost of staying here there and the long distance from Dublin the city West is not somewhere I would particularly recommend. Unless you like golf . Apparently the golf course is quite good.

I went to a wonderful religious convention here in the summer and thoroughly enjoyed it.my parents stayed in the hotel.it took a very long time to get checked in because there were so many staying at the same time but the rooms were lovely and comfortable and the staff were friendly.the buffet breakfast was lovely. The food on the evening could of been of better quality for the price but it was adequate.the hotel provided a good sized lunch for the convention which was much appreciated
