Big and convenient for conference. No charm. Tiny room with lot s of noise from the outside vents. Big property but nowhere allowed to walk because golfers only . What you are left with is parking lot. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Bag storage security issue. Could just pick mine up without identification.

I was at the self built show exhibition space was great clean bathrooms clean venue. Easy to get to but I have to say the food was so over priced 3.50 for a cup of tea/coffee/hot chocolate is extortionate.

The massive size makes for an impersonal stay and seemingly interminable hallways. However the experience is saved by the well trained and truly friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Decent pool too.

Hotel reception staff were a hit/ miss -the night porter was fantastic.
My room looked ok when you first walked in until you tried to use the facilities - TV turned up or down and the channel changed when trying to mute or turn down volume.
Ran a bath looked at the tap it said Hot but actually it was cold i had two taps marked as hot. (dangerous)
Bathroom was laid out nicely except it wasnt cleaned properly. (snot on the wall)
The view in my room was so bad i kept the curtains shut for the 2 days i was there.
No sign on my room door saying mind the step.
Breakfast was so poor - buffet style - food looked awful and not sure how long it was lefted in the containers - the continental breakfast was poor. I spoke with the staff in the restaurant area and passed on my comments and she didn't pass any remark.
Lemongrass restaurant was very good only after i had complained how i was treated on my first visit. The foodin the restaurant was amazing which it happen on my first visit.

Hotel is fine. Dont eat at the bar. Absolutely terrible service. We waited for an hour to get our order taken and another hour to get the food and never got it. We left hungry. They offered no resolution other than to wait. The order hadnt even been put in yet apparently.

No power outlet near the beds, making it impossible to charge phone overnight at bedside. Incredibly annoying. Hardwired bedside lamps compound the issue since they cannot even be unplugged to plug in a phone. Just... why?

This was my first visit to the hotel in many many years.. I was very impressed. The reception desks were well manned with pleasant, eager attendants. The foyer was clean. The bar area was clean and served by attentive staff. The furniture was comfortable but not really geared to a formal business meeting.. but we made do. The place was buzzing with all ages of clientele. Very impressed.

The place is huge, seems like thousands of bedrooms, The one I stayed in, had poor / little hot water in a morning, and was noisy from the external corridor, two of my pet hates..
Good Wifi and massive amount of car parking.. Sure if your into Golf its a great hotel..
