Great location. Good for meetings and nice gym and swimming pool facilities. Clean, friendly & efficient staff, nice food both in the bar area and the restaurant.

A la carte menu here (in the woodlock) is lovely, had a great waitress the time I eat up there with a friend. Great service. Lovely and attentive and accommodating as we were short on time.

Reasonable rooms, but you can hear people in other rooms, so if that bugs you, you may reconsider. Doesn't have a fan/air con unit, so can't create white noise to drown out other noises around you. Staff is nice, restaurant on-site is nice as is the place just down the street.

Lovely hotel. Recent upgrades have made it much more accessible but the grand entrance has been lost sadly. The functions I have attended here have all been really well organized. The hotel food is standard but the lemon grass resteraunt is really nice it is in the golf course building just past the main hotel.

A real cannon this hotel, actually a real city (for some so much too big)! In any case, the price and performance are right, the rooms are huge, always have three beds and the food is really good. Nevertheless, the house does not really charm, is also 14 kilometers from the center and lives from organizing family celebrations for you Dubliners. Pretty busy, so only four stars.

Very busy the Sunday Bank Holiday weekend we stayed but didn't spoil our evening. The Lemongrass Asian cuisine restaurant looks definitely worth trying. Unfortunately we had already eaten so didn't try but had a look and it looks good.

Had Carvery food but unfortunately it wasn't very hot it was just warm. Also it was a beautiful day with a lot of families there but only 5 outside sitting tables. There is a large green area, which I believe use to be the helipad, that caught the sun lovely so would be an idea to put sitting areas there. Staff were really lovely.

The hotel is huge. Breakfast is good. The only downside it has it is that it is quite far from the centre of Dublin. You need to take the Luas Red line in order to get to the centre, which takes more than 40 minutes, plus a walk of 10 minutes from the hotel to the Luas station.

My wife and I had a great time there on a two night stay. The room was clean and warm. The staff were really nice and helpful the food was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Could not find a fault even if one was looking for it.

Rooms are boiling hot and they "control them" from the front desk. Asked them 7 times to turn down the heat but it remained frying hot. Beautiful grounds and awesome fitness center. Best I've ever seen.

This hotel allways brings a smile to my face, the size of this place is mad, not in hight but how spread out it is, it just goes on and on, when you are booking ask for a room close to reception. There is a concierge desk to help you with bags, info or taxis. Theres two bars, the lounge and swifts bar and two restaurants the woodlock and the lemongrass.theres a top class leisure club and a beauty salon, and for the golfers this is heaven for you, to get in to Dublin you can get the Luas (tram) its cheap and quick but can be busy.

Really accommodating hotel. Comfy beds and nice showers. Lemongrass restaurant is delicious. Loads of parking, even if no one polices the bad parking in the car park. Great place to stay for business. Staff are brilliant, especially Connie, who is just a credit to the place.

Too many people directing, made it feel quite scary as if it wasn't scary enough for my daughter getting a covid test maybe if the place had been extremely buy it would have been different. However after getting test done, we sat there like two twits as there was no one around in the testing area directing us towards the exit. So funny too many on way in and no one at first exit point, after following another car out we then encountered more staff directing us out of citywest. A major plus to this is a lot of people are being employed.

Just back from staying there. Friendly and efficient staff at reception and all over the Complex. Great food. Lovely grounds. Felt extremely safe during the evening with Security in all areas outside, inside and Car Park. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

Actually a pretty nice hotel. Stop very far from the city (taxi into the city costs about 60 , bus takes about 75 minutes). Unfortunately the shower in our bath was full of mold (seems to be Irish standard) and the room was totally idyllic between elevator and hotel air conditioning. It is really unfortunate, as in Ireland with foreign. Visitors are treated. Somehow Dt. Tourists have the reputation that they are on dirty storage room, because in every hotel this was the case. Here, the City West does not stand out from others.
