Just tried to order currency online. What a mistake. Everything all looks good, get to authorise the payment from my bank, all fine, then woosh, taken to a random login page. Nothing, no confirmation of the order. Sweet FA. Try again. Same thing. Try to register an account, tick the box for 'Travel Cash only'. Pointless on a weekend as apparently I need to talk to someone?! Come on! All I want is 500, hardly exciting.

I do note a 1p transaction in my online banking, so I can only assume it's these guys and I have to wait for a "working day" to confirm if I can have my . Welcome to the 21st Century. Will stick to the Post Office from now on. Poorer rates but at least it's significantly less stressful!

Their rates are much better that Moneycorp. I have never had a bad experience with Citi Forex and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Perfect. Used on a couple of occasions. Great rate and prompt delivery. I was concerned at first but don't worry about having to do a bank transfer to pay for it. PayPal\Credit Card would make people more comfortable.

I purchased a 1000 euros online. Went to the shop at Liverpool Street station. The person behind the counter was a bit too fast in counting the 1000, so I had him count it again. Asked him if it was a 1000 and he confirmed that it was. I sensed something was amiss and counted the money myself (at the counter) it turned out to be 900. The man simply have me 2 additional 50 notes. No apologies for the mistake - in all probability he was trying to short-change me.

No impressed by this company /employee . Please double check your money before you leave .

Excellent, fast and efficient service from the team. They have the majority of currencies in stock and can order in anything else that you need, I dropped them an email and everything was ready when requested. Happily recommend for retail FX transactions in the City.
