Most reviews will do a better job at explaining how amazing the food is. One thing I really like about this place is they make your very expensive dinner almost seem like a deal/good value. They treat you the way you expect to be treated when spending 2K on dinner. For me, it's just perfect on so many levels.

I have never experienced heaven this close before. The sushi takeout box is revolutionary and exceptional given the circumstances. Everything is super fresh and made with care with precision. My top recommendation.
Masa gives me the biggest disappointment. The ingredients are decent, however, the sushi is nothing special. The service does not deserve 3 star as well. There are lots of better sushi restaurants in Japan or general East Asia than this one.
The Resturant price way too high and over price the sushi ok and no big deal I definitely think 600 a person set price dinner NOT WORTH IT I RECOMMEND U NOT TO GO THERE Don t TELL ME I DID NOT TELL U AND U WILL REGRETS TO PAY WHAT U GET FOR R THE SUSHI FOOD
The quality of fish is definitely there, but for the price, it is simply not worth it, and COVID makes it even worse.
Part of what you pay for is the ambiance and service. And this place definitely delivers on both. The ambiance is inviting, relaxed and calming. The staff is very polite and attentive.
Every dish or nigiri we were served was pretty good. But they lacked originality. The pieces were comparable to 15 East in terms of quality and style, but 15 East charges much less. Our sushi chef also rushed us for some reason and it became a struggle to keep up with his pace. The COVID screen between us didn't help, as it was difficult to communicate through it and with him with his mask on.
Overall, I left the place feeling dissatisfied, never having been wowed by any of the pieces. To me, Masa is good, but not great. For its high prices, I expected something I couldn't get anywhere else. But what I got was an omakase I could experience at half the price at other places.
Excellent experience with MASA....595USD plus tax but the price was already included the tips (hooray!)for sure will come again to try next season menu......wish next time I can become their VIP so I can post some dish pictures....Oh I just dropped my wallet.......
We have been to masa twice before the pandemic when we visited NYC. Having dined at hundreds of Michelin star restaurants, this place still remains my top 3. Can t wait to go back again.
Very fortunate to enjoy this experience. Very deserving staff and chef as I was grateful for them. I felt very comfortable and safe during 2020s environment there.
Husband tried a few of the speciality beers. We just chilled at the end of the bar and hung out for an hour. Place looks so nice. Along with their beer selection they also have an extensive menu of bourbons and whiskies. Very nice atmosphere.
