Awful. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and there were 10 people waiting. I was not seen until 45 minutes after my appointment time, 1h 15m after my arrival. Also, the waiting room is stuffy and hot and they have news on a loop like the yellow cabs. The reception staff was very friendly though.

TIP: Arrive an hour or more before your appointment time so you won't have to wait around all day.
