Referees that consistently seem nonplussed, some even with shocking attitude problems

Great swimming lessons for children all ages and then lots of fun with toys and jumpy castles water fountains etc it also has a great little cafe.

Great centre, gym is good, a little small but there are plans to make it bigger

Would be nice if someone answered the phone at Craige Leisure Centre, Must be under staffed or cant be bothered to pick up the phone.

Fantastic place with amazing team. Struggle to find the words to describe the lovely people here. From reception to personal trainers all go out of there way to help -

Craigie Leisure Centre is one of the best places for a lovely evening swim, or a family swim. There gym facilities are amazing with all of the latest tech, and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

Fabulous place for swimming and a beaut large indoor heated pool for kids of all ages. Swimming classes available by staff who are exceptionally friendly and great with the little ones.

The pool could stand to be a little warmer, especially over winter! But it's a great venue with plenty of space.

Great facilities. Spa and Sauna can be very crowded at times especially over the last few months.
To make matters worse, new lifeguards have such poor customer services. Today I was in the spa area I went out into the indoor pool for about 1 minute, refilled my water bottle. When I tried to get back to the spa area the female lifeguard at the door would not let me back in. stating "we are at full capacity " I advised her I was in there just less than two minutes ago, i went to the cold pool as im doing cold and hot water contrast for my recovery. She told me i had to wait until someone leaves. I said to her im happy to sit on the chair where I placed my things. She still would not let me in. I asked her if to let me just grab my things and leave. I pay per entrance whenever I comes. So pretty much just wasted my time and money for the day.
Such poor customer. They really shouldn't allow NEW entrance if overcrowded.
I hope for better experience next time.

The outside pool is refreshing, but watch out for the bees.

After looking at the website , no where did it mention that the indoor pools could not be used , even on arrival and paying I was not informed about this untill we walked around the corner , as first time users , I 1 think it s very poor communication by the centre, very disappointed and will not be returning

Nice and warm water. The kids area it s great! I ve managed to entertain my 3yo daughter for 2 hours :) the showers could use s renovation but it was all clean. Definitely coming back

Place was a bit dirty and run down. Most lanes are usually full of classes so there's only a couple left for casual people to share.

Streamlined entry and exit for these corona times. Everything was clean. Great metafit classes.

Great pool to being the kids with both indoor and outdoor swimming options

I would like to give a huge thank you to your staff who provided support and care to my son on Saturday. My son was playing basketball when he tripped on the ball, twisted his knee and fell back hitting his head hard on the Court. One staff member immediately came to us to check he was ok and let us know about insurance, should his injuries be severe. Another staff member offered support and got a wheelchair to help get my son into the car. At all times their compassion to ensure he was seen to promptly to get him in the car and to emergency was second to none. Thankfully my son pulled up with very little issues and will likely be playing this weekend!

Good Facilities, Good place to come to the gym as it is a welcome environment. Don t miss a payment, even if it s a very brief one less than 12 hours, or they ll charge you an administration fee of almost half a months gym fees. Has definitely left a bad taste.

A very well run center offering many top class sporting facilities.

A great spot with indoor and outdoor pools plus kids water playground. It was a bit crowded when we went but still a good time.

Very limited swimming space yet very expensive to use the minimal swimming space. Too much swimming lessons tak8ng up pool.

A great central leisure centre for all us northerners. Fabulous for families with small kiddies as they offer so many little classes swimming and movement opportunities.

Great outdoor pool for fitness. The centre is a little dated but has a lot of options for all ages.

Disappointed that the student concession requires proof of residence in Joondallup as well as a uni timetable. At most places a current student ID would suffice.

With all the swimming lessons going on all the time, it's not a place to take your kids for a recreational swim.

Big shout out to two of the loviest staff members in the cafe, Kaylee and Elijah. These two are the most wonderful, friendly people. Such a credit to the business. I know the food and coffee will be great but the customer service delivered with a smile will be exceptional when Kaylee and Elijah are on shift. Well done to the both of you for being such bubbly, engaging people who stand out. Thank you for your efforts, it's appreciated :-)

Awesome staff very friendly and polite unfortunately the same cannot be sad about fellow patrons in the morning using the outdoor pool all they do is whinge when they get stuck behind someone.

A well maintained, clean and modern facility. The staff are friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool is geothermal heated, very nice on cold mornings/evenings. Very popular with swim clubs, fitness groups, and middle aged male triathletes who have unfortunately formed a love affair with all things Lycra/Spandex.

It was a nice visit enjoyed my excerise class & cuppa afterwards was nice & convenient place to catch up with sister :)

When i go to do my lap swimming in the early arvo it is so peaceful there. I read my book and do my exercise. Pleasant arvo.

nice place for play basquetball, very close to joondalup.

Craigie Leisure centre in my opinion lives up to its name as being a leisure centre since its refurbishment some few years ago adding an out door area. This now expanded pool complex is a beautiful scenery for events and is fit for all ages.
