If "the worst customer service" was a person. I highly recommend training.

Something's not right with this bill. The more I talk to people about their utility bill the more I'm suspicious. No way I should be paying over $100 in a 1 bedroom apartment when most days I'm gone from 7am-9pm or later. I don't leave my thermostat on high while I'm gone. My mom lives in an 1 bedroom and $50 is a high end for her and she's home all day. Either my meter is jacked up or East Point is extremely high.

Terrible service out of this office. For an office that primarily handles billing you would think they could easily correct a billing mistake. I was billed for 93 days worth of electrical consumption in a 31 day billing cycle. Months in and no one has done anything to correct this. Everyone I have spoken to in this office acknowledges this is an error that needs to be fixed and its "on Mr. Johnson's desk". How do I get Mr. Johnson's job? I'd love to be paid to do nothing.

Had a to make a bill payment today. I was there before they opened the doors. The doors were promptly opened at 8am with an employee directing customers as to what line or section they would need for their services. My agent Chassidy was very pleasant and friendly. She answered my questions very thoroughly despite the amount of questions. Overall I am glad they have this department open now because there are more agents and you get in and out very quickly as opposed to when it was in East Point City Hall.

The building is wheelchair accessible with a ramp and automatic door opening. Next door is East Point City Hall. There are also other businesses down the street including restaurants, bakeries, corner store, bank etc. East Point Marta Station is on short block away from this location. Plenty of parking as well.

How they can even call it "Customer Care" is a joke. Long wait times and customer reps with an attitude. Don't expect anything but a hassle from this office.

I was on the verge of my service being terminated as I was unable to pay my bill before the deadline. I spoke with Sandra 2 days in a row to try to figure something out. Each time I spoke to her, she was pleasant and positive that God would make a way for me to get that bill halted from termination.. I spoke with her today to tell her I still didn't have the money available. She spoke to her supervisor on my behalf and God bless her ! She was able to get me an extension that I could work with. Thank you Sandra! That was a big weight off my shoulders and my mind.

Great customer service. But your process are so high you need to cut them

Very poor Very slow service. In addition they take a $200 deposit and the power and water are still not on. Very sad for this poor community

I had to go through customer care in order to turn service in at property. Brought all things the dfirmsnand documents listed - including the one form of picture ID listed as required on the form. After taki g a ticket and waiting I am told I need another formm of identification (not listed in for..) so now I have to drive home and ce back to take another ticket and wait. Please update the inconveniences customers. I have a car and live close byor had to take marta mr Uber and pay?

Update: asked to speak with someone about the form but by the time they had corrected it - witch is great, however, the manager pretended the form had always asked for two documents. I said we could pull the form I had just submitted if he doubted what I was saying. It felt to much like a twilight zone moment at this point so I just got out of there and didn't push it. Lesson learned - don't complain to a buracrcy because it doesn't care - even if care is in the title.

Of course everyone there isn't necessarily like that and maybe it just wasn't a big deal.
