very poor experience mediator seemed to be unprepared

Great place with great people who know exactly what they're doing.

A great team committed to helping people solve their disputes. They put all the pieces in place and have many of the best mediators in the state. I use them often and highly recommend them. Even after your mediation, they help and provide the best service possible.

Worst mediation company ever. I sued a guy that destroyed my house, with plenty of evidence. I've spent over 20K suing this guy and left it in the hands of one of their mediations named Nisbet Kendrick. Not only did he not rule in my favor, but he awarded the crook I was suing 4K and didn't make him fix anything that he destroyed in my house. I would never use these guys. They are worse than the crooks you try and go after!

It's the best place in town to get your disputes resolved outside of court.

You can't go wrong with Henning. Yesterday, I used Joe Watkins for the first time and he did a phenomenal job getting a difficult case resolved for a fair amount. Whether you use Joe, Rex, Tom, Gino, Nick, Art, or any of Henning's other fine mediators, you will walk away knowing you were provided the best opportunity to settle your case.
