Terrible service out of this office. For an office...

Terrible service out of this office. For an office that primarily handles billing you would think they could easily correct a billing mistake. I was billed for 93 days worth of electrical consumption in a 31 day billing cycle. Months in and no one has done anything to correct this. Everyone I have spoken to in this office acknowledges this is an error that needs to be fixed and its "on Mr. Johnson's desk". How do I get Mr. Johnson's job? I'd love to be paid to do nothing.
