Citizens Business Bank ARENA Review

First time here for an Ontario Fury match and it is a great arena. Big enough inside but keeps you close to the action.

Wonderful program... We are being "Trained" It's Always good to be with extended family!!! Jehovah's Witnesses, Best Life Ever!!!

Medium sized arena. Parking is close and easy. There isn t a bad seat in the house.

Disney on ice this year was so much fun. They performed Coco, beauty and the beast, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Frozen,and Moana. Be there on time!! Bring a blanket and something warm because it's very cold.

One of the staff was really rude with us when we just cheering for our team they when to tell us to chat up when we just having a good time.

I just didn't like the merry go round feeling of this place. It isn't very efficient for large groups of people. And why have 4-6 doors all around the building, yet have all the thousands of people line up going around the entire arena, and funnel in through one door....doesn't make sense.

Very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were extremely helpful and curious. We never had to wait in any outrageous lines as there where so many venders to choose from . The energy in the area was wonderful and we walked away feeling happy with our experience.

It's a mini Staples center. Good variety of food and drinks are offered. Plenty of clean restrooms. I've seen concerts, PBR,Disney on Ice, hockey,basketball and soccer games. Fun for the entire family. Love that it is in my backyard:)

It was pretty calm for an arena that was to capacity. People were friendly and so we're staff. My only complaint, which I think is for across all venues, is the womens bathroom and how crowded they get.

Arena is great, security is rediculous. Been going to games for years and the new security company this year is terrible.

Went to my first Ontario Reigns hockey game. What an awesome experience that was.

Two entrances make it easier to get in. Get there early if you want good seats.

Had the best experience coming here with my loved ones to the Disney frozen on ice so nice beautiful show from start to end my daughter loved it so much can't wait again to come and another fantastic show like very soon

Had a great time watching Funk n IE. The groups were great, enjoyed the DJ he was the best.

Like this place! Wheelchair accessible and family restrooms make visiting a breeze.

Great venue good sound but needs more concessions stands

Been to my cousin's graduation and going to see Kevin Hart tonight! Great place for an event.

It was an awesome place to see my daughter in-laws graduate from Chaffey College.

Great venue and any seat in the house is a good seat even the nose bleeds , this place has awesome sound system

Love this place! Great place to watch a hockey game, concert, circus, or just about anything! Not too big, so wherever you sit is good!

Never been here But had an awesome time watching all the music artists. Best experience ever.

Is a very nice arena. We have had season tickets for hockey for five years. It's very easy to get in and out even with a sellout crowd. The staff is very friendly. It's a mystery why there aren't more big name concerts there. The concessions are pretty much big league pricing, but I guess you can't have everything. Overall I think it's a nice place to attend an event.

It was a very nice venue for our Regional Convention of Jehovah Witnesses.

Love it, clean and comfortable seating. They have good security in case anyone gets out of control and easy parking.

This is by far the most uncomfortable place with a few restroom to use and the tini seats that in order for people to get to their seat either you have to stand or get out of your seat for then to walk by also becareful the cup holder will just drop your drinks if you leave then there if some one need to get thru

Best arena to see Disney on Ice
Easily accessible, clean bathrooms and friendly staff

Went see the Ontario Reign. From the time we parked to time it took us (4) to sit down 10 minutes, wow! Our first hockey game.. Quick service at consesion stands, helpful staff and awesome atmosphere, we will definitely be back!

Great Simple Sports Venue. Hockey, LFL, Basketball and music.

I only been here for the Disney on ice show. its clean lots of staff working, but you really need to take money to buy things inside everything is very expensive. Other than that great experience my kids love it.

Have been twice for 2 separate graduations. Great venue, food a little pricey.

This place is cool everything so easy to get to and if you have like front row seats or your down on the floor it's even easier. But if you want a shot of tequila it's $11, Lol! I paid for it anyhow cuz I wanted an extra shot in my drink.

The only problem I find is the seats aren't very comfortable for a person who is big.

Great place for family fun. Close to home and affordable.

Great venue don't really recommend floor seats if you're short LOL

Went to see George Lopez and even though the Arena was packed, security and staff did a good job. This place is great for big events weather its a comedy show, concert or graduation
