Citizens Business Bank ARENA Review

I hope you never have the displeasure of attending an event here. The security guards are extremely rude and the policies on what items are allowed in the arena are unclear. It said bottled water that was sealed was allowed, but then the guards weren't allowing the older woman in front of me to take hers inside. I had my entire family here for a graduation and we came in at separate times and all were telling of rude encounters they had with the staff here. I do not recommend.

Great experience. I go to every Ontario Reign hockey game so know the CBBA.

What an amazing venue, it's small enough that anywhere you sit is a good seat. We went to watch King of the Cage MMA fights and we had a great time. Staff were very helpful and kind. Only gripe the Beers were very expensive $15.00 dollars for a 24oz Can.

Visited this arena for the Frozen Disney on Ice show.. Spacious parking, clean grounds, clean bathrooms, clean arena and friendly staff. Would definitely come back. We sat in area 204, row A.. Not an awful view at all. Our 6 year old had a good time but as a tip, I wouldn't recommend nor sit again w a child in Row A... The protective barrier obstructed the view and that was what knocked a star off for us.

I came for graduation I thought it was going to be really chaotic but it's a really nice venue and things ran really smoothly

Attended the a Toby Keith concert here in August of 2019. The venue is great. Ingress and egress to and from the parking lots was fast and easy. Entrances on more than one side of the arena make even the more remote lots convenient for parking. Staff was helpful when I asked for directions to my seat. Bathrooms we're clean and we'll maintained. I'd happily attend another event at this facility.

Came for a Reign game and all of the workers were nice and efficient.

IT IS A GOOD PLACE FOR THR EVENTS THAT THEY HAVE. KEEPS OUR COMMUNITY ENTERTAINED WITH SPORTS EVENTS, MUSIC CONCERTS AND A VARIETY OF SHOWS. GREAT LOCATION AND THE RESTAURANTS HAVE GOOD FOOD.

Great location for Disney on Ice. Hardly any traffic to get in and out. Plenty of parking. Very clean restrooms and great food and drink options at the concessions/snack bars. Highly recommend for any event.

Love CBB. Small arena great for con arts and shows. Enjoy Fury and Reign games!

Ontario Reign games make for a fun evening with friends and family. Good event offerings from concerts to ice shows.

Great venue. It's like a "Minnie Me" to the staples center. Closer to the action!

Ample amounts of parking, close to the airport, lodging and shopping. Very nice and well maintained venue.

Love going to convention every year here. The location is perfect and the air conditioning works great!

The parking was terrible. Could not understand the sound system. Hope next years Santiago High School graduation is not here.

I understand if this people where drunk I will agree with the security actions but really come on is a kid and a mom trying to make some extra money selling hot dogs

I recommend you choose this venue over any LA, OC venue for any event.

You get the big arena experience but with a more intimate/premium feel.

I've been to hockey games, concerts and other events like graduations. They have been amazing.

Also, you don't pay crazy parking fees like LA or OC venues.

Parking is $10. Far walk. But I like the arena. It's nice.

Went to a hockey game here and it was very very fun... Pizza was surprisingly delicious... Or I was just hungry ... All in all great experience

It was really packed and the seats were uncomfortable lines were long as hell and very chaotic. Once inside the setup is really nice. I enjoyed myself except for the fact I went with a douchebag

My first time ever stepping foot into this Venue. Very nice facility. Seating setup is similar to Staples center. All seats seem to be pretty good.

for KING & COUNTRY concert with Rend Collective, Jazmine Murray, SoCal Mitfitz, Johnny W, etc. It was the most uplifting, beautiful and amazing performance ever. Touched my heart and soul, changed my life forever. Left totally, completely awestruck! Outstanding and going to the next event on Oct 25in Irvine CA but this time I am bringing my girls. Most definitely!

Since the Reign joined the American American Hockey League much better hockey than the ECHL of course always have a fun time at the matches

Smaller venue with arena atmosphere. Every seat has a great view.

Great view no matter where you sit. Parking made easy, quick in and out.

Depends on what your are going for. Hockey games, always great. The last concert we went too the they blamed the band for being late and wouldn't let anyone go to seating for over an hour. It was packed in the hallways to where you could barely move. And even the handicapped people were having a tough time moving around. It was a huge safety violation. The place is nice, sucks that a beer use to cost $6 bucks at events and is now $14 but it is what it is.

Judas Priest concert....it was very loud. Needed hearing protection.

Seats are very close together for concerts in the upper levels. Very crowded and hard to get in and out to go to the food/drink area.

Pleasant, good seating.. The staff were very hospitable..

I don't like this place they give me a hard time for exchanging tickets so it's a non star mines -0 star

Concert great . Parking attendees stupid No way to control mad rush when doors opened. Must have better security outside . stupid people driving wrong direction

Great place. It's pretty big so if you sit way st the top, the view is not great.

Great facility to see events, you can pretty much see the floor from anywhere in the arena. Lots of parking and friendly, helpful staff.

Probably the cleanest and well thought out arena set up. Not too big or too small, great for the Reign hockey games. Pretty inexpensive on the food options too surprisingly. Every seat high or low is great viewing.

Cirque solei crystal is wonderful, venue is good, people are friendly

Saw Lindsay Stirling this evening, it was FANTASTIC.

Great venue, easy to get in and out of. We went for the marc Anthony concert and had a great time. The down side is the drinks are ridiculously expensive. We got 2 old fashioned and 2 patron shots and it was $91 dollars. The shots were baby shots not full or double shots. I say get your drink on before you get there cuz it's not worth it to drink there

I've been here a couple of times to watch hockey games. it's a good venue for that. I can't tell if it is a good venue for concerts but the person singing the Our national anthem sounded great.

I was disappointed that with even a low attendance on a rainy night the men's bathroom ran out of paper towels.

Went to a soccer game, music, setting and view were great. Restroom was pretty big, not a long wait. Beer was good too lol
