Draguignan agency: Are carrying out their thermal study in 2023 with software whose standards date from at least 2020!!!
Result: they announce to me a bonus of €1,500 from the energy sieve in addition to the aid from the ANAH... except that when the ANAH enters the encrypted data from Citémétrie into their software (to the standards of 2023 they !), the letter E stands out (not an energy sieve) instead of the F found by Citémétrie (and even G on the DPE when purchasing the house!). For information, the house in question dated from 1974, simple wooden joinery glazing, oil heating, no insulation and cracks...and they still manage to find a consumption of only 262 kWh/year/m²!
When I call them in September 2023 to notify them of their amateurish error, they retort that I just had to accept the payment of the ANAH in August 2023... while admitting that they are at aware that the bonus had skipped since...June 2023!...then ended up hanging up on me.
In short: incompetence? amateurism? bad faith? inability to recognize their wrongs? voluntary lack of information? Everything at once? Your turn to judge!
In any case: avoid!!

Very big disappointment with our experience of the ANAH / Citemetrie collaboration for our energy renovation work. Very great lack of responsiveness on the part of the expert who came to our home in addition to a delay of more than an hour during our meeting without even warning or apologizing. However, my wife reminded him, in her own way, of the rules of benevolence and politeness. We received the report well beyond the announced deadline and after some reminders from us.
Our contact person in the agency was still more professional, even if we were disillusioned when we learned, during a call, that the eligibility measures had in the meantime changed and that we had at no time been warned beforehand or called from them during the 6 months that our case was in progress, if only to find out where we were, if we needed help, questions ... NOTHING
I dare to hope that all the files do not turn out like ours, in which case I suggest that you pay attention to the annual changes in the eligibility criteria.
