Dr Lezell is the most skilled dentist I ve had the pleasure knowing. He has done miracles with my many dental challenges.

I've had only GREAT experiences with this dental office. The dental team and front office staff are professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. Most recently I had an unexpected dental emergency and called their office first thing in a panic. The front office staff helped calm me over the phone and then was able to squeeze me in the schedule that same morning to be seen. Within an hour of me calling I was all fixed up and pain free. They were so gentle and caring during my treatment. Gentle Dental lives up to their name!

I truly love this office! I went for my 1st time last week when my 2 fused post and crowns fell out without warning after 15 years. They got me right in and recemented them to get me to my appointment today. Today they had to pull one of my teeth to prepare of my new bridge and I was so scared to walk around with a space in my mouth for 3 weeks until it heals, (Its not in the very front but noticable when I smile) not to worry, they fitted me with a temporary until my new bridge is ready! The doctor and his assistant were very informative and educational. They went over a variety of treatment options with me and explained how each one applied to my insurance. I definitely felt in control of my care the entire time. Having a background in medical office administration I will also say that the office staff is very friendly, helpful and top notch. I recommend them highly and will not be taking my family anywhere else.

My wife & I are very happy to have found Gentle Dental. Every employee is extremely polite, professional & you can tell they really care how we are doing & feeling. Having two offices is convenient being they are so close together, if an appointment inst available at one location it usually is at the other. We have recently moved about 25 minutes away and will continue to drive to Potterville & Charlotte for our Dental needs. They have always helped us out with costs by sitting with us and figuring out what is most important to take care of now & what can wait for a later time.

Staff is always very accommodating and take time to discuss any issues you may have. They are also willing to work out payments for unexpected expenses that may come up like crowns, etc.

It was great they were super fast and good all at the same time. It helps when you brush your teeth it makes there job a lot easier.

I called in a panic because i had a toothache. They got me in quickly and came up with a care plan that worked with my insurance. Literally the next day i was getting my teeth fixed. The staff is great and knowledgeable and they seem to genuinely care about you. Another thing I like is that they dont just throw narcotics at you for pain management. Couldnt be more pleased.

Since moving to the Lansing area I have been frequenting Gentle Dental of Potterville. I left for a while just to come back again. I can't find anyone I like more to do my routine cleaning. My husband also recently got some fillings done there and they are affordably priced. My husband hates the dentist but he didn t have any complaints here!

On my way to my most recent visit I was thinking how grateful I was that this dental Office and staff have taken such good care of me & my family's dental needs for so many years. The staff has always been kind and friendly. I am told about any out of pocket costs prior to any work being done, which living on a tight budget and why I left the last dental office I was with, I truly appreciate. I had a wonderful experience! I was really nervous because I had a broken tooth and knew I would need a root canal. The Doctor was really friendly and so was the staff. I was really happy that no one made me feel bad for not being as good as I should have been on keeping regular visits with the dentist.

My family switched to this dentist when our current dentist couldn't get my husband in quickly for a cracked wisdom tooth. They were wonderful to us and we have since become clients. Very thorough and conscientious in a hometown atmosphere.

The staff is professional and friendly, and show a genuine caring for their patients. Legitimately. We live a 2 second walk from their office and it is incredible that not only is a great dentist's office is close but they also have always been so welcoming and accommodating when I have to bring my young son with me on days his father cannot get time off work to help watch him during the appointment. Amazing place. The staff is awesome!!! I had an emergency situation with my son. His 2 front teeth got knocked out. They got him in the next morning. He was very comfortable and impressed with how quickly his broken smile was fixed. Great place..... Highly recommend....

I was very biased when I switched over dentists to you guys, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. Deann is my regular hygienist that I ve seen majority of my visits and she is always friendly and helpful when my daughter has to tag along. When I got a cleaning done back in Nov/Dec of 2016, my daughter was only a couple months old and Deann and the ladies in the receptionist area were very helpful with my daughter when she started to get fussy, but I wasn t able to hold her due to getting my teeth cleaned. I also appreciate how nice and friendly Anna is. She was who I saw when I came in twice for my toothache (which they got me in same day), and she listened to what I was feeling and helped figure out what was wrong, along with Dr. Lezell. I also appreciate that she comforted me when I was getting my crown done and talked to me the whole time and took extra effort to make sure the nitrous tank was hooked up correctly so I could get the nitrous to help me through the procedure. I ve grown to enjoy and appreciate all the staff and how accommodating they are, especially since my daughter has to tag along for pretty much every appointment I have. I ll definitely recommend you guys if I have anyone looking for a dentist for themselves.

I had exceptional experiences here. I went for a crown and the staff was super friendly. The day I was getting the permanent I was coming from Chicago and the weather was terrible so I thought I'd have to reschedule. They just said drive safe and get here when you can. The office was extremely patient and Franny even stayed after hours to put the crown on. She didn't have to numb me up or anything; painless and quick. Probably my best dentistry experience in 25 years!
