One of the happening places in Austin. It has an high tower and a grand arcade to watch the F1 formula race. On the off-season you can rent the car in the race track on hourly basis. The place is located bit far from Austin city near the Airport(15mins from Airport). Has a huge parking location so never have to worry if arrived late.

Awesome track, clean facilities, amazing views. If I could spend every day here, I would. The smaller races are actually more fun in that the experience is a lot more personal, explore the paddock, talk to the teams and drivers, check out the cars and technology. It's gearhead heaven.

IndyCar classic. MX5 series. Super trucks. Indy light. What a fantastic weekend from start to finish. If you're looking to buy bleacher seats look at turn 15 the stadium seating closest to the main entrance somewhere around section 10 all the way up to 13-14. In my humble opinion these are the best seats if you're looking to pay for seating. General admission is also fantastic you get to move around set up your lawn chair and see the race from different angles. Of course everything is overpriced in regards to water beer and food but no more than any other venue no more than you would expect. The Austin 360 outdoor Amphitheater and the Muse concert was also fantastic. My wife and I go to concerts here regularly. This was a fantastic 16 year anniversary for us. MotoGP here we come!

Incredible inaugural IndyCar race day in Austin that turned into a historic win for rookie Colton Herta in only his second race! Youngest ever to win an IndyCar race at 19! Awesome track and venue with outdoor amphitheater, soccer field and lots of seating/viewing options to compliment the ample RV parking! The track has an incredible color scheme to identify the turns/rumble strips that give the fans and drivers a special and unique experience!

This was the first day of the Formula 1 races. It was not crowded. We were on turn 4 in the cheap seats but the racing was great. The cars were speeding by at 180 mph on a difficult four curves in a row.

I liked it better this year than last year. I hope it gets better every year so we can keep going. Parking is so much better than trail of lights and not as cramped. They take free photos for you and post the high quality images online with a cota logo which is nice. We got pictures with Santa, in a storefront thing, and with frozen characters. There aren't really a whole lot of light displays but the lanterns this year were cool. I'd definitely go again but I'm wary of recommending it to people I know because of the cost for what they have. To me though not having to deal with parking and a crowd is worth taking my young kids to see some cool displays and santa.

World-class venue for motorsports and concerts. However, I think some upgrades are in order to drainage, landscape and lighting systems after struggling to make across dark, muddy pasture on way to see Bruno Mars after Formula 1. We still had a great time.

First timer here with my brother. We came for the F1 practice races. Great event, great seats with a view, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice shops for souvenirs, and vendors. Turkey legs and sausage was to die for. Parking was expensive as hell tho so that's why I only would have gave a four star. Everything else was pretty reasonably priced otherwise! They earned that fifth star back when staff went out of there way to help us find our way to the right parking area where we left our car after we kinda got misdirected the first time!

Awesome venue to see a race! I went to see the NTT IndyCar series here and the track is pretty spectator friendly. There are plenty of places to walk to see the race from various vantage points even if you don't have tickets to a grandstand.

Excellent venue. Took the tower tour a few years ago and knew I had to come back for a US Grand Prix. COTA is great for seeing all kinds of races and concerts that are held here. The only issue (and it's a big one) is parking and ride-sharing options. The bus / ride-sharing area was nearly a mile long walk from the front gate to a dirt lot which is off of a small two lane road. The City of Austin and COTA must work on improving road infrastructure and expanding parking options.

Very professional, however, I expected the karts to go faster then they did. There's no way we were hitting 55 mph, it was more like 35 tops. And the track time could be long for the price.

Wonderful event, venue can't get it right 6 years later, so you should go if you love Formula One, but pack up a lot of patience and prepare to spent some serious cash if you get hungry or thirsty...

This track is fantastic! Parking can be a struggle, especially if you end up parking in the back of one of the far lots. Track is well laid out and easy to navigate. Our favorite turn is 15 but all of the turns are fantastic. Food vendors have improved over the last few years and there is a better shuttle system than there used to be. We love going to events here.

The track is a gorgeous venue, it was well equipped to handle the masses. Everything was organized, there was first aid made available and restrooms we're also widely available. Only downside is $20 parking. It's a really cool event! If you enjoy racing, come check it out.

The experience of witnessing a MotoGP race live was unreal and I enjoyed every second of it. Our seats were amazing, right at the finish line! Food was good, and beer was reasonably priced. One thing I might add, if your not sitting in the main grandstands there are not many monitors set up around the track to help you keep up with the race. They need to install a few more so everyone can see what's going on with the race when their not racing through ur sector. Other than that, no other complaints.

Great track, the 2018 F1 USGP was a great event. The track layout makes for exciting racing with areas for overtaking and plenty of high speed areas. The staff was good, plenty of great volunteers to help answer questions. Even with the rain the event went well. The only complaint is the cost of food, it's out of hand. No food is allowed to be brought in. We'll be back but we'll definitely eat before we go.

Nice facility with facilities. Seats and washrooms are good. I went for MotoGP'18 and the experience was good. The cops managed to regulate the traffic well. Ample parking spots for events but buy your tickets in advance. There are ranches out there you can park you vehicles too.

First time visiting the track and seeing MotoGP! It was a very nice venue. The seats in grandstand were good for the track and provided a good view of the whole area. Venturing out to the infield and other areas were very nice and certain views (turn 1, Hayden Hill especially) were very much worth the time and walk.
The selection of food was just ok... the drinks were good, especially at the Grandstand Bar (upstairs). That area was pretty nice and worth hanging out in. But the food stops (not the food trucks) weren't all that great... (food trucks were better)
Good amount of events, store tents, etc. The Ducati area was especially fun to get to examine and sit on the bikes.

Amazing track! This place is special because it has the very Texas feel, but they managed to create a pure racing atmosphere. From the track layout to the turn seating and the hospitality tents, this place is a great place to spend a weekend of racing.
The track design is very technical and has some high-speed zones that allow for drafting and hard breaking. Turn 12 grandstand is really nice for viewing multi corners, you can see turns 12, 13, 14, 15, and the beginning of 16. There are plenty of hills and open areas, you can go sit or stand on a grass hill if you don't buy a seat ticket.
The venue is very clean overall, and they always have plenty of portapotties all over. The food vendors are consistently good, the price is so-so, but the beer selection could be better and the price for the beer is $$$ expensive. There are at least 5 parking lots if not more, so plenty of parking if you didn't buy parking ahead of time don't worry.
Overall I love this track, I come here for MotoGP and the experience is always great at COTA.

It is a crying shame you can't visit this facility unless there is and event. We came half way across the country and wanted to stop in while passing through Austin. Take a look and check out souvenir shop. You can stop in any race track I know of in this country. Heard there isnt any tailgating either. Always loved F1...this track needs to get onboard with the American way
