Best place in Turin where to read a nice book or study with cool music and nice drinks

Elegant and high-level location, in an ancient building in the heart of Turin. Limited to the aperitif / aperitif experience, it is ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. We organized an aperitif for 30 people, almost all of them disappointed. Poor management of the bar that generated a long line (they even asked the guests extra charges on the drinks already paid by the birthday boy), food in objectively low quantity, unfortunately some misunderstanding with the waiters to our request to have something more than a Russian salad and chips , around 9 pm we were asked to speak in a low voice (we had booked for a birthday!) so as not to disturb the screening of a film in the next room (!). Too bad, the location as said very very beautiful.

Very beautiful. A bit 'messed up to understand how to enter etc and very expensive as a bar.but very good very few books in consultation shame. I will donate some and invite everyone to do so xk it's really a big flaw for a place like this

An amazing place just from the architecture of the building, but then enhanced by the ambiance in the resteraunt. If that's not enough, then the service was superb. Even a semilier with excellent taste; I recommend going with their suggestion, it was much better than what my choice would have been. The food was okay, excellent value for money. I will definitely aim to go here whenever I get to Turin.

On the website the club was open, while I found its beautiful wooden door strictly closed!

In a beautiful and very elegant historical building there is the Circle of readers, a circle where meetings, book presentations are held. There is also an excellent bar and restaurant. Brunch is possible on the weekend.

Very elegant place, in a central position a stone's throw from the main squares of Turin. It hosts interesting cultural events and you can even study there!

Once again we were fascinated by this restaurant. The environment is unique and the staff is impeccable. The kitchen is certainly the first place for care and quality. On the menu there are dishes from the Piedmontese tradition that you will rarely find in other restaurants. I think of the "Finanziera" which, having always found it excellent, prevents me from choosing other seconds ...
In short, the Circolo dei Lettori restaurant is a hidden diamond (almost) in this beautiful city.

Magnificent place. A palace of Piedmontese Baroque that catapults you into a unique dimension. 3 rooms all frescoed with imposing and sparkling chandeliers. Lots of initiatives and presentations even during the week!

Together with my wife we were invited for lunch by a friend. The environment is very nice, the food is good and the service is very nice. I would say a place to recommend. The prices do not seem excessive to me, so the quality / price ratio seems good to me.

Very interesting evening. Oscar Farinetti, the patron of Eataly, presented the new book by Piergiorgio Odifreddi: Democracy does not exist. "Odifreddi, as usual, was an excellent, witty and brilliant entertainer, but Farinetti was no exception. Only problem, typically summer, the excessive heat in the crowded great room perceived by all, except by an elderly lady, a regular frequenter of the club, who, regardless of our suffering, got up and closed a window from which no breath of I wanted to point out to Odifreddi that he is right, democracy does not exist, but by now the evening was over.
