Would i have known how bad they are. Never received my order. They don't respond to emails and they have no phone numbers posted on their website. Unbelievable that companies like this remain in business. If you order from them just hope you received the package, otherwise you are screwed.
I've been in the sign industry for over 20 years and thought I would try a new company out. I've never first of all received a banner (blank as ordered) with a seam without being warned ahead of time about it and if I did I would receive something to make me happy so I can then make my customer happy real soon. Instead I had to yell at the rep I was given, Caroline Klangos, for wanting to charge me more money for a material that would not have a seam. If this had happened with any of the other vendors I've worked with they would never hear from me again.
Orlando Armenteros is working on making this right for me and sending me a correct banner.
This place is a joke. Basically if you don t speak English you can work there. Probably because they non English speakers are too dumb to realize they are being Over worked for low pay. They leads there have power trips but have a IQ of a 5 year old. The majority of the staff there are clueless...
They do a great job supplying vinyls for our boards. High quality and ink longevity.
Ordered a print and when I got it they had zoomed in on it and it had cut off my daughters face. I showed them the order and they could see the proper crop I had done and they had it resent to me and it looks great.
I love the standout canvases they do, but have had several come undone. A preframed one for a client even. I reached out recently to see about replacing the almost $100 framed canvas and they gave me a $50 credit. The canvas has fully detached from the frame and fell forward and the foam they have in the canvas fell to the floor.
I also super miss the ornaments even though they would always need to reprint a few for me each year where a white border was on them and shouldn't have been. I loved those ornaments and my clients did as well. They were cute, quality, and affordable.
I am sorry to be giving Circle Graphics only one star.
The canvas wrap prints I have ordered are beautiful.
Problem: After 1 to 3 years I am having multiple canvas wrap prints come unglued and falling apart. (See photos).
If I were a retailer of these prints I would be very concerned.
I am so impressed with the quality of my street sign!
