I've been in the sign industry for over 20 years and thought I would try a new company out. I've never first of all received a banner (blank as ordered) with a seam without being warned ahead of time about it and if I did I would receive something to make me happy so I can then make my customer happy real soon. Instead I had to yell at the rep I was given, Caroline Klangos, for wanting to charge me more money for a material that would not have a seam. If this had happened with any of the other vendors I've worked with they would never hear from me again.
Orlando Armenteros is working on making this right for me and sending me a correct banner.
