Ordered a print and when I got it they had zoomed ...

Ordered a print and when I got it they had zoomed in on it and it had cut off my daughters face. I showed them the order and they could see the proper crop I had done and they had it resent to me and it looks great.

I love the standout canvases they do, but have had several come undone. A preframed one for a client even. I reached out recently to see about replacing the almost $100 framed canvas and they gave me a $50 credit. The canvas has fully detached from the frame and fell forward and the foam they have in the canvas fell to the floor.

I also super miss the ornaments even though they would always need to reprint a few for me each year where a white border was on them and shouldn't have been. I loved those ornaments and my clients did as well. They were cute, quality, and affordable.
