Went to dinner with four work colleagues from different home towns while in Baltimore for a conference. The recommendations provided by the staff were on point from appetizers to the sommelier's wine pairings. An absolutely excellent meal.

I enjoyed my meal, but it wasn't the same quality that i remember from this restaurant group. I used to live in Baltimore and returned for a business trip. Cinghiale's food is very good in the present, but i remember it being exceptional, in the past. Service has remained excellent

great food with good vegetarian options. some of then are made with chicken stock so mention if you have any dietary requirements so they can modify. definitely recommend the potato gnocchi with leeks and mushrooms.

What an exceptional experience! Arriving at the restaurant being greeted by a friendly valet attended was a great start. Our server Parish (hopefully I spelled it right) was fantastic. Took his time and explained menus, wine pairing (which we did). Just incredible. Chef produced outstanding meals for us that evening. We werena party of 4 (with a birthday guest) and every dish was just incredible and perfectly paired with the right wine. The evening seemed to go by fast, but we did not feel rushed at all. It ended up being 3 hours of elegant dining. It reminded me a lot of Europe.
So if you want exceptional food and service and just an incredible dining experience, come here to Cinghiale.

I was there when they just started serving dinner. I didn't feel welcomed at all. In fact, the host was kind of unpleasant and It just seemed no one was actually ready. My server tried to act professional but the atmosphere in the restaurant was not right. Food was so so and way too overpriced. I was really disappointed to find out another overrated restaurant in Baltimore.

We went here for a private informational dinner. Every dish was excellent! The private room was nicely decorated and generally quiet, although the people sitting near the door had difficulty hearing the speaker any time the door was opened. The service was attentive and unobtrusive. We would definitely return here!

Fantastic vibe, excellent food, generous portions, superb wine choices. You can't beat house-made fresh pasta! The wine pairings were perfect with each course. Each dish is expertly plated and crafted like a work of art.

Yummy

I dined at Cinghiale for the first time last night. The complimentary valet is extremely helpful and convenient. Ryan is the most amazing server. Everything about this dining experience was exquisite. The greeting, the delicious food, the wine pairings Ryan recommended, the presentation of the dishes, the quality of the meal- absolute perfection. I can't quite pick a favorite dish as each was outstanding but I especially loved the pheasant ravioli.

Took my wife and two friends for dinner last night, great evening completely spoiled by the so called 'complimentary' car valet service. They lost the key fob to my car. It was eventually found underneath their key locker box after much searching and much confusion. Insult to injury was one smart mouthed kid insisting our ticket matched up with some old banger they'd brought to the front door. Restaurant management were less than caring about the situation too. Very disappointing indeed.

So, the food was alright. Nothing really truly outstanding. However, this is easily the best dining experiences I ve ever received in my life. Our waiter, a soon to be sommelier, was phenomenal. He suggested the perfect bottle for me and was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his craft the entire night. I would come back time and time again just for him!

I ate at the bar. Service was pleasant enough but they were clearly short staffed on this weekday evening. It was hard to get any attention and orders were messed up. The food was OK but not as good as I expected.

Amazing food, well made and authentic to Northern Italy. Accommodating of all dietary restrictions, even gluten on a menu with tons of pasta! all things can be made with a vegetarian stock, very little dairy is used as a staple in a dish, and the food is phenomenal. pasta is made fresh daily and the menu changes every day as well. the wine list is an extensive homage to Italian wine, moving through the entire country, region by region. Tuesdays are 1\2 price wine nights and you can try some stellar bottles that might be daunting at full price, but feel accessible at a discount (time to try that new wine that you don't know and not your tried and true) Amazing Salumeria which is charcuterie, and it is located between the 2 dining rooms so you can stop by and ask questions and taste a few things, it's encouraged! there are 2 pre fixe menu options so you can dine in courses and try something from each part of the menu. the nonna menu is 3 courses with classic dishes and a homey, family feel (it's literally grandma's menu) and the other is a 4 course menu that allows you to try some of the large plate options on the menu like the Hudson valley magret of duck or the crispy skin on rockfish, as well as a small portion of pasta, antipasti and dessert. Or you can order a la carte. great place to spend an evening and not just a fine dining establishment, the service will always be top notch, but it's accessible, just as great for a regular Tuesday night dinner as it is for an amazing anniversary celebration.

This place is excellent if you're looking for a little bit more of a fancy meal. The staff are extremely professional but also still down to earth and friendly. Good food and drink selections, plus outdoor seating for a little more casual setting and a separate dining area that's more formal.

My wife and I get bizarrely good treatment from this restaurant. We're treated so well, it confuses me. We come here decently often, but we're far from regulars. We normally sit at the bar and chat with the staff, but we normally just get wine and light fare (not even a full meal). I suppose we tip pretty well, but it must be comparatively low to couples who get dinner. So based on all of that, I can't imagine why we get such special treatment.

And then it hit me. We don't. That's just how exceptional Tony and his staff are. You don't normally expect a high end restaurant to have the welcoming ambiance of a corner bar. But that's the culture here. I can't name many restaurants in the city that get it all right. Cinghiale is one for sure.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Baltimore right now. We've dined in both the formal dining room and the enoteca and enjoy the enoteca a lot more; you get the same level of service, but it feels a little more laid back. The menu consists of two prix fixe menus - a slightly smaller ~$30 option, and a full-blown $60+ option; however, you can also order dishes a la carte. Obviously pasta is going to be what a lot of people focus on for an Italian restaurant (and it is quite good) but don't sleep on some of the other options, including the charcuterie and the bronzino. I also recommend brushing up on your wine if you're so inclined, since the wine list is extensive. For the level of service and the quality of the food and drink, I think I Cinghiale is an absolute steal.

5 stars. Wonderful experience. My wife and I dined in for the first time since COVID. What a way to break quarantine. Otherworldly Bronzino Crudo, Venison, Rabbit, Squid ink pasta, cured meats, cheeses, etc. A wine menu to die for to boot.

Very good food, vey nice service, ridiculously small portions for the prices. I mean,I frequent NYC restaurants-so I'm well acquainted with small portions-but they take it to another level(of small). For that reason,I wouldn't go back. A shame,as the food is quite good.

This is a fantastic restaurant. We checked it out for restaurant week and everything was amazing. I had the tagliatelle and my husband had the veal. It is relatively fancy but not stuffy. We went in our work clothes and fit right in. Seems like it would be a good place for a special event

We arrived on time for an 8 o'clock reservation and were seated in an out of the way table by the kitchen doors and an obnoxiously loud group at the end of the bar. We werent given drink or wine menus to browse and couldn't get the attention of any waitstaff. We wanted to request a change in table (the place was half empty) but decided to leave after we couldn't/ weren't able to speak with anyone for 10 minutes unattended from when we were seated.

I'm sure the food is great, but never got past the poor service to try.

Yum!

Disappointing. We dined here on a Saturday evening. The supposed attentive waitstaff was unimpressive. Our server never introduced himself, never brought bread to the table (we finally asked the person who delivered the appetizers), seemed rushed and uninterested, and then shook our hands at the end (yuck). My lobster dish was quite good but the remaining dishes (two appetizers, risotto with butternut squash, cavatelli pasta,
swordfish) were nothing special and ok at best. The decor is beautiful but the actual food and experience were very disappointing.

Celebrating our 28th Anniversary and we chose this place because of the great reviews. They were right on point. We had the 4 Course Meal for $62 a person. We loved the food and ambiance. The portions were plenty and the ending with desserts included was a perfect ending.

As a Frenchman who loves good fresh and well cooked food, we have been on holiday for 13 days in the USA, after New York and Washington we are looking for a restaurant that can satisfy our requirements. We find it by chance from a walk on the Baltimore quays. The Cinghiale is the one we have been looking for for several days and cities, yet we did not have any excitement to make a stopover in Baltimore, mistake, this city is very lively and beautiful (only in some neighborhoods). That of the quays and hotels is very good and totally secure. This is where you will find the Cinghiale, they offer great quality on products, presentation, service and of course the wines. Completely satisfied this typical Italian restaurant is worth the detour.

Adding to everything others have said, first visit last night made us staunch supporters. Prix fixe with the wine paring was fantastic with a huge selection to fill your card. Given COVID restrictions tables far apart & comfortable conversation was free & easy. Service was top notch, a perfect dress up date night for us.
Again kudos to the chef & staff!

One of my preferred locations for delicious italian food. Do yourself a favor and try this place. The service was very friendly and attentive. This place has a good atmosphere. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I liked.

Great service, food, and wine, plus a great location in harbor east. The dramatic lighting is nice for the younger crowd, but during the time I spent there I saw 4 tables utilize cell phone lights to read the menu, which was equal parts distracting and hilarious.
