Great cinema, lots of space and high quality movies

I was here Saturday evening September 2, the Beatles tribute band One After 909 played on the roof of CineMec Utrecht. On the Berlin Square, opposite the Cinemec was a caravan tower of the artist Pet van de Luijtgaarden.

Nice cinema super nice sound, just a pity about the break. Cinelounge again next time.

I was at the starwars exposition. A great entertaining experience!

The cinema is very beautiful! Beautiful and spacious rooms with a fantastic sound! Highly recommended. However, parking is a bit of a search. Because everything is open there, it is a bit of a puzzle before you get there. All in all, a great night out.

Beautiful cinema. Only hospitality outrageously expensive.

Poorly accessible / accessible for disabled people. Free parking = 5 very high stairs on / off. Disabled persons must therefore be dropped off and cannot travel with their own transport.
Also not easily accessible indoors, despite the elevator still having to take small steps to reach the elevator. Elevator poorly adjusted so that it often glides past other floors, dominating buttons in elevator.
Disappointing for a relatively new building.

A nice cinema. Many rooms and are open for a long time! Definitely recommended and useful for multiple films. The largest room is with Dolby Atmos, great sound and the film comes into its own even better!

A nice neat cinema. Rooftop opened for a 360 view, beautiful. The only downside is that bass thumps penetrated a neighboring room.

Image and sound in Room 1 is perfect. Long lines at checkouts for tickets and food and drink is not so pleasant. Free parking for cinema visitors, parking card can be converted to a exit card at the cash registers.

Nice cinema near Leidsche Rijn center, also called Cinemec. Not too big. There is a so-called rooftop cinema on the roof, films are shown in the evening during part of the year.

Super hard to reach by car. Terribly annoying. You can also not sit and chat indoors. Good image and sound and nice staff. Unfortunately, it is not yet near Cinemec Ede.

If you leave there to go back to, in our case, Nieuwegein, if you want to do it legally, you have to go all the way through Maarssen, there are no signs at all. But weeks ago you could pass that student house, it was also not really safe without lampposts. Really annoyed. The film and company were fantastic. But the hall was packed. And we were on time with huge queues for a bowl of popcorn. As a result, missed the front pieces and when we were in the cinema the film started immediately. I don't understand that, you have so many seats but too few cash registers to accommodate a full cinema. There were still people in line behind me who were also on time but missed a piece of film because of this. Furthermore, it was all fine.

I like it a lot, it has everything that a good cinema can offer.

Cinema offers many different times per day, making you flexible to go to the movies faster in between. Personal touch because before the start of the film nice text and an explanation is given about the film. Spatial cinema. Very large multi-storey cinema. If you want to see a movie, this is definitely the location where you want to watch the movie. The choice is huge and if a film is just released, the premiere will be celebrated here in a big event! On other days it can be very quiet, but this is mainly due to the size of the building.
