CineMec Review

Cinemec is the best cinema experience in Utrecht. Extremely close to the recently inaugurated Leidsche Rijn centrum. The sound system, the 3D halls, the seats, the staff and ofcourse goes without saying the snack bar are all just excellent.

Large cinema with many theaters. Enough outlets for refreshments and smooth operation.

Since last year, the municipality of Utrecht has decided to demonstrate its hospitality by paying a lot of parking fees. Since then, visitors to the cinema can park for free in the parking lot of the cinema. Four stars for that. Admittedly: if you want to drive onto the stars, you have to take a real hairpin bend. If you leave the parking lot after the visit, a complicated spaghetti of (municipal) roads awaits you. The cinema itself is grand and modern in design. A matter of taste whether you like it.

It is extremely difficult to reach this case. Road is routed regularly.

It's a cinema and exibition center in one, but doesn"t seem to excel in either.

I like this place. I mean, sure, I'd like popcorn but I understand the direction they are taking and I actually vibe with it. The announcement at the start of every movie is also a nice touch.

Staff is friendly and helpful.
They play movies early in the day so you can not just take a movie in the evening.

Super nice bios. It is very large and staff are very nice here. I also went here with the Harry Potter exhibition and it was amazing. Just in general, this place offers nice things.

Very nice cinema with very large screens. Uncertainty about 3D glasses was only a minor point. Explanation prior to the film is certainly a plus, excellent location and plenty of parking options. I like to come back here

Super movie considering Informer, highly recommended. On floor 4 .... before the ff still to the toilet but toilets locked. I had to go back to the 1st floor below. The floor on the fourth floor was full of popcorn. Btw the popcorn is delicious! Only at the entrance of the room was ff sweeping up with dustpan and dustpan. The seats we sat on looked dirty. Turned out to be hardened chocolate / chewing gum. The ground floor looks well cared for. But the rest of the floors looked a bit unkempt when I was there.

Good choice of action films, phenomenal sound, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Super large cinema, is very far from the center but also easily accessible by train. Screens are really nice, you really notice the difference. Only in Room 1 are the 3D glasses sometimes a bit awkward, the frame creates a kind of blind spot on the glasses. Can be annoying.

Queue is absurdly long so you already have a bad start .... now curious about the exhibition ......

Service could be better, often very surly after the film. Also the always appreciated talks for the film are no longer there!

Nice cinema experience! This cinema is worth watching a film on the big white screen. Perfect sound, good image, nice seats and, in terms of sweets, all a bit more luxurious, but which fits well with the cinema.

Great cinema and online ballet hall. Rooftop cinema is recommended.

Nice cinema, movie with 4dx has been very fun with chairs that move and go up and down, snow, rain, fog, wind, really nice a must for children.

The cinema is fine, but the parking lot is a complete joke.
You arrive at the parking lot via a pedaled cycle path. Then you just have to see how you get back on the main road. Sandy paths, blocked roads and especially no signs. Very sad ...

Nice place, enough seats for drinks. However no air conditioning, in summer it might be warm.

Fantastic cinema! Not expensive for what you get you have enough legroom and the seats are super comfortable. Definitely recommended for young and old!

Nothing wrong with this cinema, good sound, good image, also in 3d. Read in previous messages that it was very quiet there. I thought that was better than expected. It is true that it is said if you come by car you have to drive the route to the old vleutenseweg. That is not entirely true. At a certain point you have to follow the signs Pathe parking. You drive that on a kind of cycle path to the parking lot, very strange

Huge cinema, with a roof plateau where you can go for a walk and see beautiful sense.

Fine cinema. The tickets are a bit on the expensive side, especially if you are going to a 3D movie. For that you get very good images and sound, and sometimes an intro talk before the movie starts. The building is also modern and beautiful. Parking is free on one side. On the other hand, you have to pay for this.

Lots of drafts in the lobby, very cold. For the rest, very nice location and easily accessible.

Huge cinema that offered many extras, such as a starbucks to go. The staff was super friendly, you can park for 4 hours for free by exchanging your ticket at the counter. It was a very nice experience.

A new cinema with many options. Especially the roof terrace. Also easy to reach from the city center.

Nice cinema with many halls and easily accessible by public transport and by car. The 4DX was also very nice! The only drawback is the large amount of stairs within the cinema.

Nice modern cinema with plenty of parking. I've been here a number of times now and had to get used to not having a break. I don't think it's a place to have a nice drink after the movie and there is nothing else in the immediate vicinity. If you really only go for the movies, this is a great cinema.

Nice remote location, close to the train station. I was here at the time of a harry potter exhibition. Had a delightful day.
