Warning: company buries expensive insurance premium into the lease without informing you at time of signing. Have had ok customer service from them but their insurance scam is disheartening.

We began with RCAP Leasing in 1997 when they were first known as MTC Leasing, then MCAP Leasing to present. It has been a pleasure dealing with the Sales Support team as well as Customer Service over the years, and our different representatives who have all been professional and courteous.

The rich get richer and the rest of us get screwed by leasing companies! Stay away from any leasing companies! I learned the hard way!

RCAP has been my preferred leasing company since the day I started and I do not foresee a change in the near future. Our representative from RCAP is Shawn Dixson (Vancouver). The service is prompt and issues are resolved professionally and promptly.

Company took a double buyout payment of a lease. Have been calling and emailing for 3 weeks without any reply.

No response during COVID shutdown when small businesses were struggling. My other leases all converted to interest-only payments and this company wouldn't even return an email or phone call

Through Light Financial, RCAP have been a focal point in helping my business getting back on it s feet. Still to this day, hard times and all, they are still there backing me up! Love this company! Thank you RCAP!

Very difficult to get information on their contracts. They ask you to pay a fee but refuse to provide the relevant information

Run and stay away from this leasing company!

We leased some equipment through them and after a while we decided to buyout the equipment leased and they asked from us the buyout cost even higher that was the initial amount.

Think before you want to lease from this company!
