The 4XD theater is fantastic with moving seats, water from the front and above, wind at your neck, legs and head, lightning and fantastic sound. Great for good action movies. We were there with the last Star Wars movie. Enjoy fat!
Film experience is great. But if the new cinema at the Jaarbeurs tackles it well, I fear for the Cinemec. Reception / foyer is bloodless. Three or four top films if everything goes well, otherwise you can choose from flopped and straight to DVD films. The owners do not like movies much but go for the money. Otherwise you make a choice from 100 and beautiful soundtracks instead of setting up radio 538 wallpaper. No popcorn with the movie? How many times mentioned in the reviews but just not done anything about it. The sweet junk whose tooth enamel already bursts at the entrance is actually out of date. Have a drink after the movie? Nah! No draft beer or a real Coke. Sin, sin, sin because the cinemas are great! But now also understand why it is never busy at the Cinemec.

Nice, big and new cinema. Too bad there is so little choice to eat. I would like to see popcorn, nachos and different types of chips. Currently there are only pringles for sale or nuts.

The parking lot is worthless and the cash register didn't work
Good cinema, nice seats. Unfortunately, a short "introduction" is made for each film by an employee who often has little to wear and swallows up five minutes with information that can also be found with 3 seconds of googling if desired. Furthermore, it is a very pleasant cinema, unfortunately no IMAX screens.
Reasonable cinema but didn't find it overwhelming. Pathe arena is better for me. The whole outside the room looks pretty atmospheric and not finished, while almost everything is now finished. Nice is the movie announcements by the staff in the room.

Pathe's own parking is disastrous. Especially entering and leaving the parking lot.
What a beautiful but completely retarded design. Kind of modern version of Hogwarts. Very many stairs that I never feel will get to the floor where you want to be. The same applies to the lifts.
Great center but terrible for getting out of the parking area. No signs or other indications to end up on the main road.
A very nice, spacious and modern cinema.
The seating is very nice and even the tallest people have room for their legs here. A steward will explain a bit about the movie you're going to watch beforehand, as well as announce what trailers you will see beforehand.
For those who find it important: they don't serve popcorn here, but plenty of other snacks, including nachos.
For drinks, they have all the regular stuff plus a wide variety of (local) special beers and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that are rarely served in cinemas.

The seats are good, but depending on the time you go it can be a bit dirty. People make a mess, and they only clean the cinema superficially in between movies, which makes sense.

In terms of film offer nothing to complain about. Prices of food and drinks, through the roof. Parking is fine, but unclear. You can not go back the same way. Long waiting times for food and drinks. If you are in the queue as an unlimited member and you are one minute overdue, you have to collect single tickets.
Good seats and big rooms. In the summer they have showings on the roof which is very nice.

Nice initiative to organize an all stars night. Being invited and watching was a lot of fun, unfortunately the film was slightly less. The cinema does not have much atmosphere but is completely new, is easily accessible and offers the possibility to park for free. Food and drink assortment is very standard and unfortunately few healthy or special (tasty) options. Rooms are always clean and staff are usually friendly.
If you are a fan of the cinema then it is nice to download the Allstars app, with which you save free points for discounts on the hospitality industry, but also for free cinema tickets.
Great cinema, however, the staff are a bit sluggish. A film for which you have to be +16 years old and for which you still have to be asked for your ID card as a 25 year old ... Although you can look a bit young, this age difference of 9 years must have been noticed. Pity.
Very nice and clean. Theaters are big. Only issue is the stairs, escalators would be nice.
Beautiful cinema with excellent image and sound, especially room 1 has Dolby Atmos and a mega 4K screen, I think it is better than IMAX. In the other rooms it is also excellent to watch film.

Beautiful new cinema. Bad parking. When rain just a pool and many stairs before you are inside. The film offer has noticeably deteriorated since their financial debacle. Many children's films. Or fillms with mandatory surcharge.
A large cinema with modern equipped theaters. Staff are very friendly and many snacks are offered. You can also find healthy alternatives.

Nice movie theater, but I think it's a hassle with those pauses in between. For the rest it is fine and the roof terrace is nice to sit on in the summer.
Poorly accessible. The cinema room was also unpleasant. Hard seats. The screen was too far and the layout wrong. You cannot look at the canvas properly when people are sitting in front of you. In short, not worth repeating.
Not my favorite cinema although it ia the closest to my place..what cinema doesn't serve popcorn? Their biggest hall has strange chairs as well
We are surprised that there is nothing to eat, except sweets and chips. Such a large cinema could be so much more a meeting place with a film opportunity. The film is a nice outing but we miss the evening out opportunity in this beautiful building. It is now empty and cold. Hope it will come.

The accessibility is not due to this cinema, but to the city of Utrecht, which changes the route almost daily due to construction works. There is ample parking, both for the car and for the two-wheeler.
The cinema is warm and welcoming upon entry. The smell of popcorn lures you to the buffet that offers more than just popped corn. You have the option to compose your own M&M portion in terms of size and color, you can scoop candy and there is draft beer.
I mainly come in the summer. On the roof, a changing film is shown every night for three months, sometimes a new film, sometimes a classic. There is no break on the roof, but behind large windows is a bar where you can get fresh hot drinks, draft (local) beer and refreshments. You can continue to watch the movie when you purchase, as everything is glass around the bar.
Top cinema! Why would you want to go downtown for a movie?
After the film you can easily drive to Utrecht from the nearby station, it is a five-minute drive.

The service was great and the building was in excellent condition had een overall good experience but the cinema was kinda in the middle of nowhere! But the cinema and the movie were great.

Nice big cinema with Rooftop Cinema. Was there the week before Frozen 2 NL but the Rooftop turned out to be closed. Too cold. The film seen inside room 3 that was just new in interior. The lockers are now on the 2nd floor and the elevator no longer goes to -1. Also a shame that when the Rooftop Cinema is closed, you can no longer enjoy the view. Then leave the door on the 6th floor to the outside open.
