A wonderful place to experience a movie. Vaery clean and safe. One to two concession lines is not enough for a ten plus theatre house. I come here all the time.
Still kinda new so it is very clean and doesn't have that of musty smell
Way too dam expensive. Prices so high it takes away the pleasure of going to the movies.
I don't always go to movie theaters but when I do, I come here. The seats are as comfortable as my recliner and I can pick where I want to sit without having to wait in line! Yeah enough said.

Very clean theater, and fair pricing for tickets and concessions. Love the lounge seats and the assigned seating when you biy a ticket means no perusing the theater for a seat in the dark with kids and food in tow. Very great service inside as well.
I love this theater! I was told to run a straw through my popcorn in order to get butter throughout the whole thing by an amazing employee named Jayonna and I'm not just saying this because I'm her mother lol.
The seating is comfortable, it's also clean. It's a good theater to come and enjoy your sunday.

Nice for movies with the recliners but expensive like all theaters. They should put a loan officer at these places so people can take out a mortgage

Went to a movie here this weekend. Was pretty much in and out with no issues. The movie theater was surprisingly empty and that was a big plus. Parking was also quite nice and easy. This theater is just off 35 and traffic was not pretty for my friends to get here from South but coming from the west was no problem with the 1st Street access.

Have recliners here, very comfy and in general pretty nice. Arcade is lacking.
Clean, comfortable, and the staff was helpful. You can select your seat location, and the recliners are comfortable. Plenty of room in the rows to get to your seat without disrupting.
Had a coupon for $2.00 off, which I wanted to use on my large buttered popcorn, the girl at the register wouldn't accept because I needed to buy a candy..nope didn't want any candy. Then I couldn't wait for my hot butter popcorn, only to get cold popcorn an 2 hairstrands that I promise were not mine!!!! GROSS,,bad attitude from young girl who took her job way too serious. Messed up my afternoon..ugh
fun and relaxing Tuesday great family night experience
I had 2 rain check passes, I get there to purchase Lion King tickets using those passes. The cashier gets on the radio to ask the manager about them being accepted, the manager replies saying no they arent. I call Cinemark at Round rock outlet and Pflugerville on i-35, both state they should be accepted. I call back up to South park Meadow the manager on the phone says the unthinkable, "Yes, you can definitely use those for Lion King", only the regular guest pass, and a few others arent accepted.
In other words, can the manager I spoke to please inform the rest of his employees of the correct information, or hire me as a manager to give better customer service.
Great recliner seats and sound system. Normal pricey popcorn to much butter, but a large amount of actual popcorn
I religiously attended this theater even prior to the upgrades. Up until recently, the staff was amazingly friendly and made my family outings worth the price we paid. A couple weeks ago we decided to take my then 5yr old son to see a 'horror' movie, without prior incidents. At this showing, a "manager" actually asked my sons age. I could have lied and said ANY age, but I told the truth without questioning the motive. I was then informed he could not view this movie after 6pm(it was a 6:50pm showing). Needless to say, I was upset because I had purchased the tickets online and was unaware of this"policy". I was not refunded my ticket purchases. I've gone back once more seeking to redeem a 'Connections' reward. I was made to wait an ample time before being attended to by the same"manager", who came out smirking and seemed even more arrogant with his explanation on how I might receive this current promotion. I would rather drive the extra miles to an EVO Theater to spend my money and have my family outings at than to continue to attend a theater where its staff continues to blatantly disrespect &let its patrons feel uncomfortable about being a welcome customer.

Not impressed by some of the concession workers. Paying for your snacks twice because the one asking you to swipe again after being distracted by a fellow worker in conversation isn't alright.

The staff was very friendly and the theatres were nice and comfy. At the food counter the floor was extremely sticky where the customer stands and the lobby was littered with popcorn and trash. The place needs to be cleaned in a major way.

This is such a nice theater. The seats are luxury recliners. The prices are better than the crappy theaters in SC. Tuesday's have $5 movies! Snacks cost about the same as every other theater I've been to across the US...stupid expensive. They don't have a very big food selection. It's nachos, hotdog, or popcorn, but there are plenty of restaurants near the theater. I love this place. I would come here all the time if I lived in Austin. Highly recommend. Especially on Tuesdays. Matinee prices are decent too.
When we didn't like the location of the seats we purchased , the kind manager gladly offerd to refund our money or exchange it for a different seat at another movie .We saw another movie and so avoided disappointment on our night out ! The reclining seats are SO comfy !
