I had 2 rain check passes, I get there to purchase Lion King tickets using those passes. The cashier gets on the radio to ask the manager about them being accepted, the manager replies saying no they arent. I call Cinemark at Round rock outlet and Pflugerville on i-35, both state they should be accepted. I call back up to South park Meadow the manager on the phone says the unthinkable, "Yes, you can definitely use those for Lion King", only the regular guest pass, and a few others arent accepted.

In other words, can the manager I spoke to please inform the rest of his employees of the correct information, or hire me as a manager to give better customer service.
