Although my sister Jeannie only had a week with Visiting Angels, it was a perfect match from the start. Our aide Kitten hit it off instantaneously with Jeannie, there was an immediate connection. The care and affection was genuine and it gave our family confidence that Jeannie was getting the best care possible during her time of need. We are forever grateful.
The best company in home care as I would say in my 12 years of experience. I have enjoyed working for Visiting Angels for the last 7 years now. I have the upmost respect for the staff in the office and the company as a whole. I have enjoyed every client I've been to and cared for. Some angels were better than others; having to patrol the angels and redo the assignment has been time consuming and frustrating, causing much more work for me . So, when we had a few who were very experienced, taking some of the burden off of me as caregiver for my husband, I was very grateful! So, it is a mixed-bag of 'lazy angels and a few excellent in care, personality and reliability!

I work for an assisted living company and on occasion we need one on one care. I enjoy working with Debbie Choate, she is very responsible and gets the job done. One Friday at 5pm, I needed her services and she had a visiting angel lined up within the half hour. I recommend Visiting Angels for care.

Visiting Angels has been very good at relying messages and making sure my needs are being met for my mother. I am very happy with the compassion and caregiving that my mother is receiving.
This company is incredibly disorganized. They don t sent contract agreements - they charge Doble - they force you to pay - they are lier only matters is their bank account. We regret that fone call - don t make the same mistake to be forced to pay something that you never got or don t want anymore. Don t go in to this headache. People who has family members in delicate health situation don t need this harassment. Search for a better company than this one here.
