Love this theater I've been coming here for years now. They have great customer service. Seats and food are great. Will recommend for anyone.

Last weekend I took my 5 year old to this movie theater to watch Wonder Park the cartoon. About 20 minutes through the movie I felt something brush against my foot. I quickly looked down and heard something scrabbling under my seat. I pushed the recline button so slightly to lift the front and used my phones flashlight to take a peek. To my surprise, a mouse darted at me. Frightened, I let out a scream and dropped my phone. People started shooshing and I just picked my child and ran out to the exit. I told one of the workers about the mouse and she stared at me in disbelief. I was so shaken and angry at the same time, and my child was crying profusely by then. I asked for the manager and they told me that he was contacted and will be there. Waited and waited, no one was coming, and the worker kept asking me if I was sure I saw a mouse? By then I got so tired and frustrated that I decided to leave and attend to my crying child. The treatment and ignorance by this place is unbelievable and I plan to contact the health department. Besides the horror, to say the least, this place serves food, and mice carry all sort of fatal diseases... For God s sake; use pest control- I am sure you can afford it!

I will never be back. Unprofessional staff that couldn t care less about the customer experience. It was shocking. I ve never been treated so poorly. Left the theatre feeling disgusted, frustrated, and disappointed. Customer service at Alamo, amc, regal, and every other movie establishment in town was 100% better in identical situations.

I really miss working HERE..i had a GOOD DAY EVERY DAY...

I was expecting a lot better from the sound quality from this theater complex.
I went in for a movie and the sound was so low that I had to go to the same movie once again at a different Cinemark location. Even after explaining about the sound I was told that increasing sound in this movie would create a disturbance to the next screen.

Is soundproofing here that bad. Why are you guys spoiling the fun of enjoying a movie. People come to the movie theaters to enjoy the sound and the watching in big screens. You guys spoiled half of my movie with the sound here. It was so low.....

Best seating ever. Like being in your own living room. A wall blocks other movie goers below you. Reclining seats with cup holders and nice arm rests. Seats are in pairs so your honey is still close. Good sound too.

My niece and I went to watch The Amazing Spider Man 2 last night and the way kids do she forgot her little bag with a small wallet in it on her seat. She had put her daddy's military dog tags in it which he gives her to keep safe while he travels. It broke my heart to hear her cry about how sorry she was and that it was all her fault. I called the theater and the staff found the little bag with the wallet in it and when I went to pick it up hours later it was exactly as she left it CASH AND ALL!!. It gives me hope that my niece will grow up in a world where there are still honest people who respect themselves and their work. You are the backbone of this society and I salute you for your honesty.

I go to this location for the $5.25 movie night on Tuesdays at least once a month. The staff is friendly, the popcorn smells good and the seats recline. What more can you ask for?

Cinemark always gives Me the most top notch service! The popcorn is the best I ever had, the recliners are a nice touch, and I usually don't have to wait in line long

We bought two tickets on the handycap row by mistake. We were moved around three times. The folks were very nice, but we ended up on the front row in theatre 1. DO NOT BUY ON THE FRONT ROW. IT WAS SOOOOO BAD - WE were sitting under the screen. I would bet everyone who buys a ticket in row 1 wants their money back.

Great location. The theaters are all clean, well kept and the staff is courteous and friendly.

Always a good experience. Good for kids, good service, and extra comfortable seating. PSA - if you're watching a movie with the kids and it sucks, you will sleep like a baby with those reclining seats!

Came to see a movie with my mom, our seats didn't recline and there was popcorn and rappers all over them and on the ground.

Clean Theatre & Goood Popcorn. Didn't have time to get a hotdog, they were ready yet.

Super friendly service. Place was clean. Great seats. The only reason it's not five star is just because im a huge arcade game fan and was super sad to only see a few games to play and the other reason is just because I miss being able to order full meals like the Cinemark in Killeen. Other than that this place is fantastic and I'll be coming back for sure.

The seats here are amazing! Cinemark has filled this location with commodities and a great variety of drinks and snacks to enjoy with your movies.

I enjoy going to this theater. They have comfortable reclining seats. reserved seating. So that I'll never have to worry about where I need to sit when I go in I already have a spot just for me. The screen is clear and enjoyable, the sound system is spectacular. It's something that I enjoy. And this theater makes it more enjoyable. I recommend it, highly recommended.

Great Experience at the location Managner Michael helped us when we had an issue, he was very professional, nice and solved our issue. Great Job will return soon. The seats are very comfortable and the theater is clean.

It breaks my heart to leave a negative review for an excellent theater but I have had multiple movies ruined by screaming infants. The last straw was when I saw Black Panther one evening and there was another terrified screaming baby. It's a violent film and must be traumatic.

There should be a no baby policy for violent movies. Until then, I'll be at Alamo Drafthouse.

My favorite movie theatre ever! Close to my house and always enough parking. Had the best help from Deandra at the concessions when I brought my two 7 year old sisters! She was nice and very patient.

Were movie goers so it all depends on deals and the type of movie we can agree on.

Various reasons on why this theater is my favorite, but just because it's clean and makes me feel comfortable is the top reason why I choose Cinemark for my movie viewing pleasure.

No reason to give it 4 stars. Usually, 5 is for something AMAZING- but, well, thus us just a movie theater. It does its job, and it does it well. Wish the popcorn didn't upset my stomach though. Movie popcorn always tends to for that. Nice place tho!

The theatre is clean and the staff is courteous. the seats are comfortable well spaced , and recline. the only reason it received 4 out of 5 stars is the fact that food and beverage are not served. I know this seems petty, but generally I prefer to watch movies at the Alamo Drafthouse for the fact that food and alcohol are served. All in all a good experience.

Very comfy chairs, and I love picking my seat. They also do discounts on Tuesday, although it s usually packed.
