Not much leg room. I'm short and felt like my knees were in my face

Absolutely gorgeous venue. Clean bathrooms are welcome.

Long slow lines for bathroom and refreshments make this venue average. They do tend to book acts that I want to see.

Awesome place! Only downside is the seats are very very small so if you're a bigger person it may be uncomfortable.

This was a lovely little theater. When they first opened the doors we got in right away, very fast. The staff was super friendly. The concession stand is cash only but a lot cheaper than at other theaters I've been to. I used the restroom and it was very clean. Definitely recommended for a good evening out!

Beautiful old theater. I've gone to see programs here and I always enjoyed myself. I hope it's around for a long time.

I cant say enough good things about the Taft Theatre. After the renovations it was brought back to its former glory. A beautiful part of Cincinnati history. We love attending The Children's Theater performances at the Taft Theatre. There is truly never a bad seat or a bad performance. Grab a Bobbonerie cookie, bottle of water, and sit down and enjoy the show. Thank you to the staff for always making every night we attend the Taft Theatre truly memorable.

Killer space, great 1920's vibe, not a bad seat in the house. Always a great place to see a show!

Love the Taft. Great theater and cool intimate ballroom. Fantastic selection of shows, there s something for everyone. The staff is great. Tons of parking and easy to get to.

Nice place. Very old building with interesting architecture. Plenty of nearby parking garages. The pic is of Walk The Moon Playing at the Midpoint Music Festival 2017, which was great!

My wife showed up on crutches and they changed our tickets to a handicapped seat. Very appreciated.

This is a nice fancy historical venue. It was easy in and easy out that says something for Cincinnati. Lots of garage parking is kind of crazy but good pricing and right across from the theatre. I have been here 3 or 4 times and haven't had a bad seat in the venue yet.

The Taft is a beautiful old theater. The seating has been updated (cupholders!) and is comfortable unless you have long legs. There are plentiful restrooms and concession stands, and you are allowed to bring your refreshments into the theater. The acoustics and sound system are up-to-date and good. The gold-leafed ceiling murals and other pracenium decorations glowed beautifully when the house lights went down, making it easier to see the mural subjects. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

I did not like being sanded, or My purse looked into. I go to Arnoff, and Music Hall and have none of that done and get to Taft and feel like a criminal

My only complaint is that I asked an usher if I could walk outside for the last song (it triggers my PTSD) and come back in to meet my husband. He said no then let two other men in. No look at a ticket or anything.

Remodeled Greek Revival theater. Finally has air conditioning, but not much.

Lily Tomlin was was an absolute joy. The lack of air conditioning was miserable.

its hard not to love this place, service is great and the shows are top notch.

Small family friendly theater. Easy to get in and out. Seats were comfortable and had a good view of the stage. It was nice to find out snacks and drinks that could be purchased there were allowed in the theater. Planning to go back for other shows!

Beautiful building was very happy and thankful for the opportunity to visit the building! Tim McGraw and Faith Hill was just a plus

Beautiful place, staff was great, but I'm average size and seats were still a bit cramped. Wouldn't stop me from seeing another show, just a heads up is you're a little huskier than average.

Went to see Alice Cooper! Had great seats! Had a really excellent time. Only downside were the drink prices. $17.00 for a double mixed drink. And they put very little alcohol in it.

Intimate and good acoustics. Make sure to bring cash if you want food or drinks.

Attended a LolliPop Concert which involved 3 stories of stairs - be warned. All seats are simply amazing with fantastic views of the stage.

The acoustics in this place are phenomenal, and there isn't a bad seat in the house. Refreshments are reasonably priced, more like a local tavern; they don't gouge you like when you're attending a sporting event. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the parking.

Nice performance venue.
Don't purchase seats in the AA. You are one row from the back wall, however, because the theater is small, even those seats aren't bad.

One of the oldest theaters in Cincinnati. Parking could be difficult for huge events.

The theater was easy to navigate and everything seemed to be in good working order. It also looked like most of not all seats would afford a decent experience. We attended a children's theater event and all staff were pleasant with the kids (and hiccups that come with them). Looking forward to going again.

Personal preference but I really wish there was an elevator. Other than that, beautiful theatre and the ppl here were extremely helpful.

Omgosh!!! It was so hot, inside! Considering the cost of the tickets and the convenience fee...... You would have thought they would have made it comfortably cool. Have been there before, many times. Very disappointed, this time.

I love this theater for musicals, plays, and concerts.

Awful seating for comfort. Unless you want your knees smashing into your chest. Absolutely no leg room. The seats are so jammed together it was awful. Ruins your whole experience. Will never go again.

Buddy Guy Concert was fantastic! View from balcony seats was very good. Leg room in the seats leaves something to be desired.

Gorgeous classic building. I seem to find new things in it every time I go there.

I was excited to see Eric Johnson at the Taft. I have been there before, but this was my first time in the "ballroom".
My first observation is that the sound was horrible. Overbearing bass with little clarity. Could not hear the vocals etc.
Second, it was so incredibly hot down in this basement facility that my son and I had to leave early.

What an amazing venue!! Easy to get to, plenty of parking options and lots of good food near by.

The play, A Charlie Brown Christmas, was excellent. The lighting and accoustics were great. Our seats in the balcony were the best!!! A beautiful building. Highly recommend!!

We saw hozier perform at Taft Theatre and it was great! The interior was beautiful and big! The seats were comfortable although we stood for the whole concert since we were in the first row. There was security at the doors and they have nice restrooms as well.

My wife and I recently attended a performance of Beethoven's Missa Solemnis conducted by Juanjo Mena and it was absolutely wonderful! Our first time attending an orchestral performance and we will definitely go again.

They would not let anyone use the restrooms at the end of the show and there were no restrooms nearby. Terrible way to treat paying customers in my opinion.

Found parking close by. Seats were a little close for tall people. Beautiful decor.

Great show. Tiny seating but it seems to be the norm with theaters

The theatre is a bit old, though not run down. I went for a music concert there. But I don't think it is the ideal location for concerts as the acoustics were bad. The lighting was good. The air conditioning was not functioning well and we were all sweating like pigs. The seats were small and cramped. I am not sure if you pay more you get better seats. It's a good place for small events but definitely not music concerts.

Taft Theatre is gorgeous! Great bar service, comfortable seating, and a wonderful atmosphere. Probably not the best place for a high-energy concert. Perfect for plays, comedy shows, and orchestra.

Dream Theater concert #4 I've seen at the Taft Theater. Fantastic venue, for sure. Just tricky to get back onto I 71North from there.

Great show, but you know it's a cold old building when even the performer is saying he's cold. If heading there when it's cold outside wear warm clothing and keep your coat with you.

Just went to Family Fued Live! It was so much fun. It's so nice inside Taft Theatre!

Only complaint is upper balcony seats are precipitous & tight, but the 'loge' boxes (lower balcony) are cool. The upper balcony can be problematic if you have mobility limitations, vertigo, or have a medical condition that may require you to get up frequently.

The Taft gets some quality shows. They discourage dancing in the aisles which is a bummer.

The workers weren't very clear on when we could enter the theatre, they opened the outside doors and everyone entered, but entering the physical theater wasn't allowed yet. We had balcony seats so we went upstairs and entered two doors, no one was manning them and there were no signs, so we both entered and were then hollered at from the other side of the theatre that we weren't supposed to be there yet and to leave. Sorry we weren't psychic, should work harder on communicating that piece then.
