Cin7 has been a great investment that has enabled us to easily share stock level to all relevant departments. It also have helped us to understand the stock movements and helped us drastically to improve our current stock management process. The team at Cin7 was really helpful throughout the implementation process. Special thanks to Jessica to help us through the transition period. We don t think we would be able to do it without her support. After implementation Chandni was a great support to us to keep the momentum going. Cin7 team is one of the best customer service teams I have ever come across. I can highly recommend Cin7.

A lot complain about customer service but do under...

A lot complain about customer service but do understand that
1. Global support isnt available yet so time differences is a hassle and 2. You have to pay for premium support if you want someone on the phone ASAP after your ON-Boarding Time has ended.
But to get something that can be tailored cut for your business isn't something you come across everyday. Our company is very happy overall with the basics and customization . Sure there are bumps along the way but at the end of the day They Meet expectations. Bang for the your buck!

Support is really woeful. Another great start up who focuses on sales rather than support. So after i gave CIN7 a 2 star review i was called by a customer service person not to ask if everything was ok but to ask me to change my review. I also submitted a support ticket and was told that if i subscribed to premium support, that my support question would be answered within 24 hours, but since i am not premium support that the standard reply is 3 days. I tried to remind them that i spent $2550 for onboarding and $600 per month for this software. Its not the employees fault but come on.....

Cin7 is a great Inventory Software, easy to use with all the fucnctions needed. As a marketer, Report part is my favorite. I can creat my own dashboard to have the data on hand at any minute. The flexible pivot-table with different dimension made it possible to drill down on particular fields. It is helpful for us to make strategic decisions. Their support team is easy to reach and helpful when we need.

Have been using CIN7 for a about 2 years. After some significant teething problems with QBO (now over come) it seems to have settled down. However be VERY AWARE they they will increase the price every year on you . They are expecting us to $4000/month. Hmm sorry we will be going elsewhere.

Cin7 is a Fantastic Inventory Management Software
We have been using Cin7 for about few months now. We find it very easy to use. It suits our Business needs as well. Moreover it integrates very well with Xero.The support that Cin7 Offers is Fantastic. The Tech Support Staff is very efficient. I am more than happy to recommend Cin7 to anyone.

As my colleague below has so eloquently put it...RUN A MILE!!! We invested nearly two months (standard onboarding should take 4-6 weeks by their own admission) and an onboarding fee for what we thought was going to be a great solution to our needs. Unfortunately, we will never know as at the SEVEN WEEK mark we had not even completed step 2 (of 7) of the onboarding process and the sales consultant described the process as 'DERAILED'. Despite this, there will be no refund of our 'onboarding' fee, despite the onboarding process being woefully slow. Don't believe the sales pitch!
Updated 25/7 still no refund , dont fall for the sales pitch, it's all about selling you a sub standard product

The team at Cin7 that we have worked with over the past year or so have all been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They quickly grasped the specific details of my business in very short order and were extremely generous with their time. Specifically Mehul from Cin7 was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their platform.

Was going to sign up to use Cin 7, however the sales guy was very rude on the phone and would not listen to our single requirements.

Personally there must be better solutions out here than trying to deal with this place.

Sales rep was not interested at all in what my requirements were, I run multiple online stores and just needed a central place to manage the stock from.

Cin7 is an excellent inventory system, we investigated about 10-20 different top ERP solutions with our extensive requirements list (bill of materials and scanning were some of the features that were difficult to find natively supported in a lot of the offerings out there). Many of the systems that we investigated were like a mirage in the desert. They looked great and advertised great features, but once you got into them, it was like getting to the mirage and finding there was no water there. The software packages would either not be capable of what we needed them to do, or the price became so high that it would put our business under.
Cin7 was like a tall glass of refreshing water in the Sahara Desert. After many long hours of wandering in the desert, we finally found this great inventory system, which natively has all of the features we were looking for at a price that is very reasonable for our mid-sized business. So, if you want to keep your camels watered (or your employees/and overall business happy); I recommend Cin7, where you will get to the water and not find yourself still thirsty in the desert, having only seen a mirage.

Cin7 is a fantastic product and has helped our productivity. Support is great and the only reason it doesn't have a 5 star review is the fact that they seem to raise monthly prices regularly by significant amounts.

We have been using Cin7 for some time but only on a very basic level. (making a sale and creating purchase orders) We are now at the stage that we need to expand our POS system and utilize all that Cin7 has to offer. As per any POS/IT system there will be and has been teething issues. The team at Cin7 (no mater who answers the call or email) are always willing to help or guide to the specialist that can. The continual development to this system and the fact that they take our concerns and suggestions seriously gives us confidence in the software and our ongoing relationship.

As a 1-2 year user of Cin7 in a retail store, I found Cin7 Customer Support team very helpful and knowledgeable. The customer support rep I had assistance from 'Harish' whom was very patient, effective & reassured me that the problem I was facing would be fixed asap. We had a new eftpos pin pad which needed to be integrated with Cin7 & had difficulty with passwords (our end). Took some time because of this but in the end all went perfectly well and I've not had trouble since. Many thanks!!

DO NOT TRUST CIN7.

I am leaving this review whilst still in my valid 2 month premium support even though I am constantly being put through to a 'general enquiry' support. When first signing up to CIN7, we were told that our ecommerce system is in conjunction with CIN7 and that this would reduce our work load.. 1 month in and I am feeling more exhausted than ever! If anything the workload has just been tripled. The false promises and constant lies from the team at CIN7 is just unparalled and something we cant quite believe.

Every conversation with them is just passed to another member of the team and then we are told 'we will come back to you by the end of the day, latest tomorrow'. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had to chase them back up explaining my issue to about 5 different people before I am then told the same thing again. As a business owner, I am fully aware what it is like to have a customer complaint and I take it with all hands on deck to resolve the issue but being a customer of CIN7 you are just left feeling naive because all they want from you is your money.

This is not exaggerated and I would highly recommend considering another POS provider.

We are using Cin7 for the last 1 1/2 years and we just love the options Cin7 offer us. We love their customer service and their support team is always there to help us when we need.

My company's experience with Cin 7 has been overwhelmingly positive: their customer service is thorough, patient, and ongoing. I thought we would only have hands on service from a devoted account rep. through our onboarding, but I can still email Mehul with questions (which he promptly answers or sets up a call to resolve).

The service itself is a powerful tool for wrangling inventory when you are moving from start up to established small business. The folks at Cin 7 have customized a number of features for us to make this software absolutely right for us. We are beyond satisfied with Cin 7!

And we are impressed with their good support team, they are always being helpful and having great customer service. would definitely recommend this Software to our other suppliers!

The System works okay but there are quite a few issues with it. I would say its a little clumsy and could be improved a lot to make it more user friendly. The System we used before was a lot more stable and user friendly. The system is cloud based and does go down on a regular basis which is frustrating.

Awesome inventory system that works! Cin7 are always improving there system keeping it well up to date with fast moving technology! It may not be the cheapest system but the sales gains from having a streamlined system definitely outweigh the price.
Keep up the good work Cin7 and don t forget about small guys as one day they may be your biggest customers

Don't do it, massive mistake. No interest in customer service, or fixing faults but still gauge you. We've been overcharged for a massive amount of time and refuse to be refunded. It's a total joke. Like other reviews run a mile.

Working with Cin7 over the past 3 years has be very rewarding. The businesses that I have consulted with have really benefited from the support and customisation available from the team at Cin7! I don't see any down side to this product. It is customisable and easy to use. It is up to the end user to get the best out of it.

We made the decision to sign up for Cin7 in Januar...

We made the decision to sign up for Cin7 in January 2018, by the 28th of March 2018 we were using the system solely. We have over 6000 products, so this time frame was much faster than we had ever anticipated.
Eden (our dedicated training / on boarding specialist) replied to emails within hours and helped customize the system to suit some specialty products that we sell. This capability for customisation was ultimately what made us decide on Cin7. With Eden's constant support we were able to get the system in place without any outsourcing of IT / accounting specialists.

We have left behind an outdated system, and are so happy that we finally made the leap to a cloud based solution. We are enjoying the integration with Xero and an inventory system that we can trust to be accurate.

We have using CIN7 for the 4th years already for all our inventory system, together with the integration of our online e-commerce system. CIN7 work very well for us and I think we finally found the correct system which suit to us. I have the feeling that we are the first company in Thailand to use CIN7 :-)

The support teams in CIN7 is excellent, very fast and helpful. Good job! They even make some custom changes to you when necessary.

Highly recommended inventory management system!
