Support is really woeful. Another great start up who focuses on sales rather than support. So after i gave CIN7 a 2 star review i was called by a customer service person not to ask if everything was ok but to ask me to change my review. I also submitted a support ticket and was told that if i subscribed to premium support, that my support question would be answered within 24 hours, but since i am not premium support that the standard reply is 3 days. I tried to remind them that i spent $2550 for onboarding and $600 per month for this software. Its not the employees fault but come on.....
