I am leaving this review whilst still in my valid 2 month premium support even though I am constantly being put through to a 'general enquiry' support. When first signing up to CIN7, we were told that our ecommerce system is in conjunction with CIN7 and that this would reduce our work load.. 1 month in and I am feeling more exhausted than ever! If anything the workload has just been tripled. The false promises and constant lies from the team at CIN7 is just unparalled and something we cant quite believe.
Every conversation with them is just passed to another member of the team and then we are told 'we will come back to you by the end of the day, latest tomorrow'. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had to chase them back up explaining my issue to about 5 different people before I am then told the same thing again. As a business owner, I am fully aware what it is like to have a customer complaint and I take it with all hands on deck to resolve the issue but being a customer of CIN7 you are just left feeling naive because all they want from you is your money.
This is not exaggerated and I would highly recommend considering another POS provider.
