Cibolo Nature Center Review

My family and I love this place!! We are also getting married here as well and we are so excited!!!! Breath taking sunsets and a great place to take a deep breath and relax

Cheats to have a service project got here to clean it up mostly just painting and stuff like that should be done there

This nature center, is huge! I visited twice, and only saw half! There's the farm, and the various ecosystems: I walked towards the marsh, and through the prairie, and peeked at the old farm equipment: But I still haven't walked along Cibolo Creek; which the guide said is her absolute favorite! Can't wait to go back. Thank you Boerne for your conservation efforts!

Be sure to pack water and wear comfortable clothing. My 9 and 12 yr really enjoyed this place. Bring towels. There is a place for them to get into the water and play.

We were extremely disappointed at first because the marsh seemed to be dried up. However as we continued on our walk, we found the Creek / Marsh on the far side which our kids thoroughly enjoyed exploring.

Words do not describe how beautiful this place is, I recommend visiting regularly.

This is a very chill place to take your family or pets. My dog loves walking through the creek and they offer bathrooms and water Fountains, as well as picnic tables. The trails max out at about 1 mile, so it's a nice little stop to explore.

Great spot for enjoying the natural wildscape. There are several unique ecosystems, and I was really excited to find Antelope Horns milkweed. Be sure to check out the cool turtles in the visitors center.

It's a great place for walks and pictures, but they want entirely too much for an event rental. Rather than being business into Boerne their prices are pushing it out.

Our favorite place to go for a walk and to walk our dog and let him have fun. Different scenery as you walk through and we always see wildlife. We have seen lots of deer, a few foxes, snakes, lizards and numerous birds. Our dog loves to play in the water here which we only let him swim in one spot which is off the beaten path. We always go during the week so we never see anyone else which is nice. We really enjoy the lower trail that follows the creek. We come here very often. If you have pets with you please please pick up after them and please don t litter. Enjoy this awesome park.

It's awesome. It has shaded trees, flowing water as long as we're not in drought and minnows. It's a great place to Cool off in hot summer especially for kids. There are a few barbeque pits and a few benches around.

We love it here! The kids love the fort and splashing in the water. Worth the trip. Can t wait to go back and look for sunflowers.

Wow! Great place tucked away. Trails down by the river and over the marsh. Perfect learning opportunity in a fun setting.

Great nature preserve. The creek is great and the trails were nice. Everyone had a good time enjoying it. Plus down by the creek it is nice and covered so you stay nice and cool on a hit day. Saw tons of wildlife, butterflies, birds, deer, fish.

Beautiful scenery everywhere you look. Sounds of birds, whispering leaves and tree buds from spring rains.

Went to the creek with my big family, including dogs, and everyone had a great time. There are various trails to walk, run, bike and explore. Entrance is free and is well kept. Definitely going back.

This place is huge and a great place to get away. Even when its busy, there's always a space that you can have to yourself.

The creek was a great. While walking across the stepping-stones I fell in!

What a great place to go on a walk after a good lunch in Bernie Texas.

It was fun. Great to get the kids outside in nature. We went to the Little Explorers activity(Tuesdays at 10am), which included a discussion about bees, an activity about bees, a bee craft, and a nature walk.

What a beautiful place this is. You can't go wrong with Bald Cypress! And it's free. Lots of families.
