Very very poor hotel, poor service and a bad dirty room. I cannot recommend this to anyone. Sardinia is a beautiful island but this hotel is terrible. Some rooms overlook the chick and it stinks in the hallways to piss. Not recommended, do not book this hotel through Corendon it is certainly not worth 4 stars.

Absolutely wonderful, this is our first foreign holiday and we couldn't of wished for better, the hotel is lovely, so very clean and fresh throughout, the staff so friendly and welcoming, their English is excellent so huge help for us. Lots of steps so not a great idea for those with mobility issues but if steps are fine with you then try to get a third floor sea view room and trust me every step is worth it.

Nice hotel, but has a lot more potential than is being taken out.
Noisy rooms, pretty hard beds, but clean and spacious enough. Only 1 bar, causes crowds.
All inclusive should be seen more as full board with some selected drinks.
Great hotel for 8 days

That was all too little. The beach virtually does not exist. The room with too low ceiling. Climate was only, if we were in the room-so much too stuffy. The balcony did not work. Breakfast ... we did not want to stay there long. Otherwise, but well located for a visit to Castelsardo.

We spent 10 days here with our two children and everyone enjoyed the stay. We had a large and pretty room with sea view. The view of Castelsardo is outstanding. The center is very close and it takes 10-15 minutes to get there on foot. This hotel has a strong point, its staff is always pleasant, smiling and attentive.
We stayed half board and enjoyed ourselves at the dinners. Congratulations to the cooks . We have never lacked anything thanks to the high efficiency of the server team.
The pool was also great and we always found sunbeds available even though the hotel was sold out.
Very good experience, I highly recommend this hotel but you have to go knowingly and remember that there will be some steps to climb.

great hotel with generally great staff. Pleasant entertainment for adults. Hotel rooms were neatly cleaned every day. a bit of a shame that we were promised a room with a sea view on our honeymoon, however we sat at the back and looked out on a rock ....
Beautiful town within walking distance and great fun for snorkeling on the private beach of the hotel. bring beach shoes due to sea rules.

We had some major problems with this hotel. Our room didn't have air conditioning for the first six nights of our eleven night stay! After constant complaining on our part, the problem was corrected for two days when it broke down again. I had to pack and move our stuff to another room on a different floor without an elevator for the remaining three days of our vacation. This room was close to half the size of our previous room but we did have normal air conditioning. I also booked an extra night by mistake and the hotel refused to modify my reservation stating hotel policy. For the problems we had we should have AT LEAST gotten credit for the night we weren't there. Nice location and pool overlooking the sea. The food was decent at best. Pedraladda is an old hotel and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

We are currently staying at this hotel.

We are currently staying at this hotel.
It is a low budget hotel all in concept.
Beverage is only cola water orange white and red wine limoncello local rum or gin no tonic coffee from pot and tea from pot no other hot drink and beer all plastic cups except hot drink rest against payment.
The snack is toast from the lunch with herb butter around 4 p.m.
The food is buffet style and drinks are dispensed from the vending machine. The food is good but not extensive. At dinner, 1 small dessert in a glass is no longer.
WiFi is 3 euros a day money throughout the hotel and if it works a disaster.
The room is clean money for the entire hotel. No tissues in the room and we had used shampoo in the room. No blankets provided in the rooms.
The 2 public toilets in the hotel are broken every day. No Dutch channels on the TV.
A sandy beach is only far away from the hotel.
There is little to do in the village itself. Taking the best rental car at the airport at the hotel will pay you a triple of this.
Bus can also be cheap but a tour through every village eg to Sassari only 3 euros per person.
And last but not least, the hotel issues fines if, for example, you bring a towel to the pool or if you bring food, drinks outside the bar or restaurant.
In short, choose another hotel next time.

The hotel is not bad, the pool has the ambient temperature if the water is cold, it has a small piece of private beach, the food is excellent I can not complain but the wifi has to be paid for the day you use it in the room .

Ok where do i start?

Bad:
Breakfast and dinner always in the dining room.
The rules say that you are not allowed to take food or drink to your room.
The water pressure in the showers was relatively low.
Lots of stairs, small elevator-> not very wheelchair friendly.
Expensive water in the minibar.
Small menu at lunchtime.
Hotel towels may not be taken to other beaches, only to the pool and the hotel beach.
! Some of these drawbacks are easy to change and maybe they will change!
-
Well:
Has its own beach (made of pebbles, with sea urchins and jellyfish).
Large menu (except at lunchtime).
Pleasant coworkers.
A large pool (depth 90cm-3m), a smaller pool (depth not specified).
Approx. 40 loungers by the pool.
Pool towels from the hotel (these are also allowed on the hotel beach).
-
Other:
Nice sea view.
Housekeeping every day (mornings).
Staff can speak multiple languages.
Has a bar.
The key must be in the room so that the room receives electricity.
The hotel is on a mountain.
There is a relaxation room (with a pool table), a lobby and an outdoor area near the reception.
In the city of Castelstrado there are several sights, some small shops and in the next town there is a beautiful sandy beach.
-
Result:
Overall, I would recommend Hotel Pedraladda
Give 3.25 stars. It has advantages, but also disadvantages. We stayed here for 2 weeks and we really enjoyed it here in Castelstrado!

Excellent cuisine, nice people working there, but the rooms are without windows or overlooking the construction site and a dangerous beach where people break their legs. Be careful! Pas op met strand, meer mensen hebben trauma gekregen. Strand is erg slecht en gevaarlijk! Er zijn kamers zonder raam of met uitzicht naar bouw. Dus, kijk goed welke kamer wil jij reserveren. Goede kok en aardige mensen!

Very nice hotel but with enough pesantucci flaws, first of all the presence of stairs everywhere and lack of slides for suitcases or elevators, for those with small children absolutely uncomfortable for an impossible disabled ... we have consumed 2 dinners in the hotel and the we found a bit miserable as portions, both the buffet and the other with table service ... otherwise all very nice, comfortable pool, outdoor bar and beautiful view

The only drawback of this vacation were the many typical Dutch vinegar divers!
I am extremely annoyed by those Dutch aso who on the day of departure are going to make a lot of fuss about the swimming pool.
I did not experience any inconvenience and I saw everyone swimming all day through 12 days in a row.
There was another gentleman who claimed that his child had fallen ill through the water ?! That same evening the child sat with mom and dad at the airport to eat some fast food!
If you feel addressed you are nothing else a bunch of pathetic anti-social individuals and to that father I hope that your child will soon get better from that fat bite at the airport

Hotel for groups of drunkenness or beach tourism and bar.
Ants in a dirty, poorly maintained pool where piles of glasses accumulate to be collected
Terraces with three months of delay in cleaning. Mosquitoes Buffet somewhat less than insufficient.
Lots of stairs for everything.
The only good thing is the very attentive and efficient staff but the facilities are poorly maintained.
It has 3 stars according to the search engine but it is as if it had one and a half.

Beautifully clean hotel with a beautiful view. Downside are the many stairs. There is only a two person lift that goes to the second floor while there are three floors. A bus stops in front of the door, but I would still recommend a car and book it at the airport. If you book a car here at the hotel, it will cost you 135 for two days. The same goes for the excursions, which are very expensive. If you own a car you can do so for half the price. Staff is very friendly and willing. They come to your room every day. There are no towels for the swimming pool, you can rent them for 2 euros a day and there is no wifi either. We were all inn here. Both breakfast lunch and dinner we found very good.

Noise, you can listen to what the neighbors say. All-inclusive does have a different meaning here ..... WiFi 2 euros, towels 2 euros, drinking water after 10 pm, 2 euros. Don't think piece of meat, fries or roasted chicken. Pasta and lasagna and macaroni and penne etc.
2 restaurants which one only serves pizza the other does not. And since you are not allowed to take anything to the terrace, room or other restaurant, see couples eating separately. Finally we were the youngest guests 50 and 51. Average 75+.

Very nice hotel, not too bad location, swimming pool with sun loungers available to customers at all hours ... arriving, however, we note that the hotel has no reserved parking and the location does not make it easy to find free, once parked we find a another nasty surprise ... Stairs to never end up outside and inside, it is quite uncomfortable even for families with children, some rooms also have some internal stairs to the room, a lift that does not exist for almost all the hotel wings. We also tried the kitchen of the hotel, we consumed 2 dinners on site and found little choice and super mini portions ... In short, from a 4 star I was expecting something more

I was on vacation at the Pedraladda hotel from 16 to 26 July together with my wife and our 1 year old daughter. Well organized structure and room with beautiful sea view.
The beach for the exclusive use of hotel guests does not stand out for its breadth and comfort but offers tranquility for good reading.
The kitchen is really the strong point, buffet with a good variety of dishes and above average quality. Friendly and professional staff.
A special mention to the Chef Antonio and his collaborators who have prepared excellent baby food for our baby, showing great sensitivity and kindness.

Water pressure / hydrophore very bad.
Drinking water (basic necessity) had to be paid outside of all inusive times.

It was just okay. Repetative menu though tasty, just very boring after a week. Staff is meh! Only one guy was helpful because the wifi you must pay for is not consistent or dependable. Not a nice beach nearby. Next time I will stay on the other side of the island.

Hotel needs a thorough renovation. Travel booked through Corendon. All inclusive, but not really. .... Espresso with payment, no free WiFi despite this being indicated and much more for which you have to pay extra. Not bad in itself but then you expect quality. Room with sea view is a vertical rock wall about 1 meter away from the window. Not what is proposed in the brochure .......

The location of the hotel is good. Within walking distance of the village of Castelsardo and there it is nice to stay. The beaches in the area are also nice.
The pool was disappointing to us. Icecold water. The sea water is warmer.
The room is ordinary. Sufficiently spacious and functional. We had a view of a wall and communal terrace. For privacy reasons we could not open our curtains during the day. The shower was enough punishment, but temperature was not constant. Risk of burns. The cleaning crew does their job well. Blankets are old-fashioned dust eaters, have asked for a down duvet because of allergies and got it. They did have it transferred from another hotel. So they make an effort.
Food is not always warm and fries are served cold by default. All inclusive is very limited. Rather is full board. The snacks at 4 pm are strange (oven snacks or fried snacks) and usually run out quickly. Not everyone can get their share. The choice of drinks within all-in is also very limited, no real fruit juice (= water with syrup), cola, sprite, water, wine and a few strong drinks.
Get out in unintelligible English with a strong Italian accent.

Very friendly staff apart from the owner of the hotel who is extremely rude.
The all in is not one. Paying cocktail, paying drinks including water after 10pm, paying Wi-Fi! We really don't see it as a huge portfolio.
Everything is written in English or Dutch.
I absolutely do not recommend!

All in 1 concept, but there is still room for improvement before it becomes a really nice hotel. Ao the dining room that is very noisy, entertainment which often presents the same thing (and above all does what they themselves like) and sailing with suitcases we find less. But reasonable for a week at that price.

Was not a 4 star hotel rather 3 stars (staff very friendly) very noisy, a lot of inconvenience. Poor beds but a nice hotel. Buffet was fine, count on few desserts. Location was excellent by the way and only for that reason I recommend the hotel if you set yourself up for a 3 star hotel instead of 4 stars

We spent a week in this hotel, from September 12 to 19, 2020, we had room 241, it is horrible! a mini terrace overlooks a huge rock which oozes into a gutter. The room is dark and smells of humidity, the cellar. The flush has no power despite the intervention of a technician. You often have to use the shower right in front of the toilet for work! Wifi costs two euros a day, but it lags a lot. An extra service charge of 3 per person per day is requested at check-in due to the Covid. Towel rental for the swimming pool costs 2 / day. The swimming pool is okay but even if it does not officially open until 9:00 am to 8:00 am there are towels on all sunbeds! It is forbidden but it is never respected! The food is pretty good (except the disgusting machine coffee) but you have to queue a quarter of an hour before being served.

A charming place:

A charming place:
- Located in a good place, facing the sea and a five-minute walk from the center of the beautiful city.
-Spacious and clean room.
-Super friendly, charming and attentive staff, from waiters to housekeeping.
-Fabulous food: Buffet breakfast a little scarce but good and quality 10 a la carte dinner.
The only negative is that it has many steps.

Very happy. The staff at the hotel has been very correct, even if they did not speak Spanish, they did everything possible to make themselves understood and help you in any way. The rooms very well and clean. The views to the sea are beautiful, the common areas such as the swimming pool and the bar, always well attended. And the breakfast very correct. The extras as in many of these hotels ... very expensive, a simple beer could charge you up to 5 euros. Of the comments I read before going, only one. The hotel has many stairs and the elevator does not reach everything, to raise the suitcases, they have a service, but it is not a hotel recommended for people with reduced mobility.
The beach to which it has access, rather than a plaza is a small rocky cove that forms a pool. For the children it is good, since it does not exceed two palms of water, but for adults and nadas it is complicated.

We had booked in the structure "Castelsardo Resort...

We had booked in the structure "Castelsardo Resort ****" but the day before they contact us to tell us that they had diverted us to the "beautiful" Hotel Pedraladda **** and to apologize for the inconvenience they gave us the ALL INCLUSIVE instead of the half board requested by us ... a disappointment though ... also because upon our arrival they did not know that we were guests of the other structure, nor that they had confirmed the ALL INCLUSIVE by telephone.
Hotel not up to its 4 STARS!
Dated building, with rough and poorly maintained maintenance. The staff were polite but not always prepared for requests. In the buffet there is no dish WITHOUT LACTOSE ... at our request to have a simple cappuccino with highly digestible milk for breakfast we were told to wait for the opening of the hotel bar at 9 am and therefore we will not could have nothing. Let's say that satisfying the customer is not their forte.
At check out we explain that we were disappointed not to have been satisfied with the lactose-free dishes, the girl at the reception countered by saying that it was enough to simply communicate it, we pointed out that even in the hotel pizzeria we requested the pizza with highly digestible mozzarella and that in any case we were told that lactose-free mozzarella does not have any ... so she replies with "eh but that's not a real pizzeria" ... ah oh well!
In the room there was an EMPTY minibar without even a miserable bottle of water. The towels in 3 nights were not changed, not even having them placed on the floor as the practice requires: towel on the floor, please change them.
ALL INCLUSIVE? water, wine, juice, limoncello at will .... NO coffee! You pay for that! If in an ALL INCLUSIVE you have limoncello at will and not coffee .... what quality is the limoncello they serve? Boh!
Let's say that it is a hotel based on a strictly NON-ITALIAN type of clientele ... also given the vastness of signs written only in foreign languages ... Italian, this, unknown!
However, the goodness of the lunch and dinner dishes repaid us ... truly delicious and varied ... a round of applause to the chef who delighted our palates!
Also beautiful is the area of the large swimming pool with umbrellas and recliners .. shame we discovered ALONE that the hotel also has a small beach connected with a private underpass ... we discovered it by going away ... why not say it at check in?

A generally good hotel, the all in buffet was good and also varied, you can also choose from a pizza that is baked behind the bar in a brick oven.
A major disadvantage of the hotel is that the rooms adjacent to the corridor are very noisy both the noises in the corridor and the noises from other rooms (we could hear the neighbors snoring).
The beds were also quite hard, clean was perfect everything is cleaned well every day, and clean towels ect every day.
