As guests visiting from Canada, this place was amazing. Interesting decor, building architecture and awesome restaurants. We spent 2 evenings there with our hosts and loved it both nights.

I love visiting Monte Casino. I love their loyalty card discounts. I come to movies very often and the restaurants are always fresh and happening. I love that they are constantly improving and bringing big events.

This is a great mall to go with the family or with your friends! Plenty options for food and activities. A casino for the adults and a arcade for the children and laser tag and even a cinema. The atmosphere is lively and wonderful. I recommend it to all. Well done Montecasino

Most restaurants are closed permanently due to covid 19 the atmosphere wasn't good. The casinos are even worse.

Montecasino is a multi entertainment complex which caters for all tastes. It boasts several movie theatres as well The Teatro and Barnyard theatres for live productions.
There are a few hotels which caters for economic to extravagant. So many restaurants to chose from....all types of cuisine to cater for all tastes.
All in all an awesome venue.

Safe place to spend time at. When you are there make a point to visit the bird park.

The ambience is good. The staff @ the help desk where we fetched our rewards card made the experience daunting

Little Italy. It's literally done like a small Italian village with restaurants, stores and shops. There's a huge casino with several games. I particularly liked the Casa Bella restaurant. It had the best oxtails ever. There's also a cinema and theatres for stage plays. A lovely experience all in all...

The view is amazing forever daylight .time seems to stop when u ther absolutely magnificent

The culture and structure of the place it's just out of this world. The car parking is the cheapest and safest in South Africa.

You can go anytime, even during weekdays, you will find lots of gambler over there. Its a nice place to spend time. Foods, Cinema, Entertainment, Drinks, Gaming etc.. lots of good to things to enjoy at one place.

This place has a wide choice of nice restaurants. Went there for a business dinner with colleagues. It is a place to go in Joburg.

You can never go wrong here ,very safe the restaurants are amazing I love 360 ,Texas when watching sports,biltong corner even late it's open and la cafe for amazing coffee or slice of cake.

Plenty of eataries to choose from, birds garden and movies. One can never be bored in there.

Loved the Rocky Horror picture show. Great dinner at one of many places. Coffee at Seattle coffee to round off a great evening.

One of the best resorts in JHB. Italian theme resort with variety of restaurants and plenty of activities. Book restaurants and shows in advance as it is booked out over christmas period. Sun Square breakfast however needs a bit of attention. No R10 roulette tables.

Wow it was such an breath taking place we were on holiday from Port Elizabeth. We enjoyed everything about the place especially my kids so loved it we had a great time there.

Lovely place to just walk around, enjoy the shops and the restaurants, bare in mind it is a casino though so it is pricey compared to normal shops etc.

Great place for kids and tourists. Nothing much to do thereafter. It was exciting when it first opened but doesn't have a lot to offer now. I love the architecture though..

Palazzo at Monte Casino is as good as it gets..pure opulance....the rooms are clean and comfortable...the breakfast is fit for a king...Hail Caesar

Staff extremely friendly. Food good. Rooms comfortable but definitely in need of upgrade at Southern Sun Hotel.

They have a wonderful christmas theme going with a lot of lights.
The outdoor eating area has a 3D projection on the walls of the hotel which runs every 30 min or so which is fun to watch.
There is a competition running until 13 Dec 2020 to win a Ferarri, or an Italian holiday for 4, or up to R3m in cash.

Well worth a visit.

We came to watch the South Africa New Zealand game at Boktown. It was organized well and the event was great to be at! There was a jumping castle for the children and also mini games that could be played before the game as well as at half time

I was pleased of how this place was well organized for our #WindowsInsider #Microsoft #DevTour #Goosebus #Office365 event. I would say the place is perfect and one of the best places to have attended an event at.

If you want a cosmopolitan food experience where you can choose from Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, American, etc.special meals all under one roof.... Montecasino is it!!! There are a ton of things to do. From browsing shops, gamble,watch a show, sit and read a book at Skoobs..... There is something to do for everyone. Fantastic outing for the whole family. What is amazing is that the parking costs only R10.00, no matter how long you stay. And the R10.00 prize has been the parking fee since sometime in 2002.... Go, it will be worth it.

When you need some good food and a few drinks with the misuss then this isnt a bad shout. Some very cool unique shops for your retail needs and obviously a good place to blow some money on the tables. Parking is cheap and love the theatre.

Monte is really nice, there s a good variety of shops and it s just beautiful inside, the restaurants are all really diverse with a lot of cuisines to choose from, the vibe is good snd overall a really nice place.

This is a must visit in Jhb for any tourist..excellent service, stunning design and setting and visitors are spoilt for choice with amazing eateries including autheniceateries: mexican at Rosa, Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Italian. You cannot get bored spending a weekend here and theres something for everyone. Try the kai thai spa, wander around the centre and feel like you are in another country, visit Liquid 64 for a live band and dancing in the middle of the casino or chill out at Milk and Honey for probably the best cocktails, an exquisite menu and live dj. There is a bowling alley, theatre and large movie cinema. Super kid friendly with music, balloon sellers and face painters around the main square at night. Accommodation is 3 hotels, a scenic minute walk away from the entrance to the main area. The huge bird park at Monte casino is a must-not-miss with a bird show performed by birds small and large. All hotels are beautifully set with excellent service. Would definitely visit again...and again..and again.
