Nice venue and waitor! Good spaghetti and meatballs!
Friday, 11/11 Birthday celebration for 9. Arranged a little late, but was still accommodated. Excellent 5 star service from the time we walked in the door. Our table was ready. I was allowed to bring flowers. Our servers were very attentive: Angela was one and a very nice young man. I told them I thought they must have given us the restaurant's best servers. They were that good!!! The food was good. Butternut Ravioli could have had a little more pizazz. The owner, or manager was very accepting of a mistake WE made in ordering a dish with dairy. He, personally, came to the table and took care of everything. The restaurant was tastefully furnished, clean, and had a warm feeling. A Brighton gem. Thank you.
Service is top notch.
Very clean and inviting.
I would consider this restuarant one of my favorites! The pasta portions are giant and delicious. The hosts, wait staff, and managers are always on there game. Would definitely recommend!
Went for Easter Brunch today and a majority of the staff were not friendly amd some just downright inconsiderate. The food was alright, but the experience comes down to the service provided by the staff. I can't remember a place where it was as terrible as it was here today. There are many, Many other places that will treat you much better. They might even give you a pleasant "Bye, thanks for coming in today", when you are leaving... but don't expect that here.
Thank you Ciao Amici's for singlehandedly saving Mother's Day during the Covid-19 stay-at-home period. Mom was absolutely thrilled with the Pasta da Vinci + extra diver scallops. I've always heard their high reputation but never had a chance to dine there, but if their takeout alone is this outstanding then I can't wait to try the full sit-down experience this summer. Thank you for giving Mom so much happiness with your care & cuisine!
Good food and great ambiance. Classy but not stuffy.
Pleasant place to enjoy good food and friends. Tasty food and excellent service.
Wonderful atmosphere and service..great value corkage at $25
Ordered carryout here and the food was great. Kids loved the oven baked pizza. I ordered the lasagna and it was excellent. Best Italian food around. Will order from them again.
Excellent food, though pretty challenging for a vegan like me to have real choices.
Typically wonder evening in the lounge with great food and service by Colleen. Wednesday is wine night in Brighton, making it a fabulous deal at one of the best restaurants in Southeast Michigan
Came here for a wedding reception and the food was amazing. Very good traditional Italian food. I did not have drinks and I did not pay so I'm not sure if it was expensive. Those things might have swayed my opinion.
Excellent as usual! Have never had a bad meal here! Usually get the filet with polenta and it is amazing everytime! Highly recommend!
Unbelievably good! True authentic Italian food. The proof is in the meat sauce, which was so darn good I wanted to just drink it! Everything on the menu was awesome, and I stuffed myself until I almost got sick. I haven't had a meal this good since I lived in Chicago 13 years ago!
We recently had our wedding (ceremony and reception) at Ciao Amici's. The food and service was fantastic. Nick was extremely easy to work with. Everyone raved about the food. We could not have picked a better or easier venue for our day.
The meal was very good. However. The Service was very slow. It took 20 minutes for our bottle of wine to show. And then the wine glasses were warm. They had just been washed. The main course took another 40 minutes to be served.
We had this is a venue for a work party in the basement dining area, the drinks we're topped off constantly and it was delicious.
The bread and balsamic oil dipping is to die for. The server was fantastic and atmosphere is very romantic and nice. Perfect for an intimate dinner
We have a 3 year old and the waitress did everything she could to include our son on ordering and casual conversation. He left very happy and so did we. Great food once again!
Excellent food and service. Reasonable prices with very large portion sizes.
Good food, good atmosphere and good service. They were very accommodating as well for a larger party.
Awesome server, Carly....will certainly go again. Food was delicious, loved the atmosphere.
Mangia' for sure!
Excellent food, great service, and a quiet place for dinner.
Atmosphere was cozy and nice. Service was good! Food was good!
Had the Braised Beef and it was really good. Friendly fast service.
Ciao Amici's had excellent food and great service. A little on the high end price wise, but it's worth it. Lovely gem in downtown Brighton. Be sure to make reservations as they are frequently quite busy. No pictures of the food unfortunately, as we were all too busy eating! But everything we had from appetizers to dessert was delicious.
Very attentive staff, all covid precautions in place and enforced and the food was absolutely fantastic from the salmon chowder right through the tiramisu for dessert
Great quality of food, and large portions. Friendly staff.
This restaurant has the best Italian food. Every part of the meal is great, from the bread, to the salad/soup, down the meal. Also great customer service.
Excellent Italian food. My wife and I have brought many guests here, nice atmosphere and kid friendly despite what it may look from the outside!
We had the rustic salmon and braised roast beef, both the food and the service was amazing!
A rare find, italian flare, good selection of pastas, seafood food, veal and quality steaks. Great atmosphere. Especially enjoy outdoor seating in summer
Food was good, however I was turned off by a server who quickly and voluntarily joked that mask and social distancing rules would be over soon after the election. This restaurant is in Brighton, but not everyone living and dining in Brighton believes Covid is a political conspiracy. I would have left if I had not have been there with a group. Does this one employee represent the seriousness that the management is placing on community and customer safety? Possibly not, but she didn't make me want to go back. The food was good, not amazing, but good. It was expensive and unhealthy (veg should be served with smaller pasta portions) but I'd enjoyed coming in the past. Not sure when/if I'll go again.
Cia Amici's was recommended to me by my bosses sister Mike. The food and service was excellent! Our server was very funny, and took a picture of me . Ihad a bottle of wine that was their special of the month or something and it was really good. The crab cakes with fresh crab, salad, homemade dressing, pasta, chicken parmesan, and sausage dishes were all excellent! The cake for desert was also very good! Highly recommended, and i will definitely be coming back!
Excellent Service. Excellent Food. We had a large group (about 18, separate checks even). The staff was attentive, fun. Great experience.
One of the best qualities of Ciao Amici s is how consistently good they are with each and every meal. This downtown Brighton restaurant has always delivered excellent food coupled with excellent service. Waiter Darryl offered great suggestions and was very attentive all evening. I highly recommend Ciao Amici s!
Pasta tasted home made. Waiter was nervous but did a great job. Made us laugh when he said enjoy your bread and alcohol (rather than wine). Owner stopped by and checked on our table.
First time going Ciao Amici's. Nice atmosphere, service was good. I was with good company we had a great time..
Wonderful Italian restaurant! Best lasagna in Michigan and the veal is melt-in-your-mouth tender!
Such a nice surprise, geat food and service, Graham was so pleasant.
Five star service but two star food. Waitstaff is very attentive and prompt. Chicken Marsala tasted like a pre-packaged meal from the freezer. My husband got the steak and he was not impressed by it or the instant mashed potatoes that came with it. Will not be back.
I ve been eating here since I was about 6, now at 24 its still the best Italian restaurant in Brighton by far.
Nice restaurant. There for a office Christmas party.
Wonderful!! The salmon was delicious. So was the steak, calamari, bread, and cheesecake. Highly recommend!!
Service was horrible. Waited just about 30 mins for our drinks after we ordered them & after 15 mins for her to finally take the darn thing. Maybe 4 tables in entire restaurant. My Lasagna had hard noodles in it & was mediocre at best. Save your $$. Go elsewhere.
DELICIOUS authentic Italian food, and not overpriced either!
My husband and I came here for lunch with the idea of ordering traditional Italian food. What we were served was a notified Italian food that did not taste so fresh. Service and atmosphere were good .
Delicious chicken parmesan, salad, and bread with balsamic dip! Yum! Will definitely be back soon!
We had a shower for my niece, 34 guests and it was perfection. The food was great and the service outstanding. Would highly recommend and definitely return.
Everything was delicious, if you are in Brighton downtown this restaurant it's a must!
Very nice traditional Italian restaurant. Staff were very friendly and wine list had some good selections across a broad price spectrum.
Great wine selection, however the quality of food didnt seem to match the ambiance and white linens. I had the shrimp, thought they might have been a chew toy.
The only Italian food left in Brighton. All of the menu items I've tried are very good. The atmosphere is good, the service is prompt. Prices are moderate, though not high when you consider the quality of the food. My only gripe is that the menu seems to change a little more often than I would expect, and though they will make older menu items for you as long as they still have the ingredients, I sometimes don't like feeling like "that guy" who orders something that isn't on the menu - even if it was the reason I went up there in the first place.
Great food and excellent service. We will be returning.
I think the Google maps description was a little off. This establishment is a bit more upscale than Inwas expecting.
House made sauces & pasta including gluten free! My wife can't have gluten and was THRILLED to be able to order Penne (GF pasta of the day) Alfredo. Very attentive service. Nice wine & beer selection, too!
If you're looking for a fancy dinner, this is the place. The staff is friendly, prompt, and very courteous. The food is a whole other level. Soft, moist meats, delicious soups, and appetizers that hold up on their own. $20 a plate roughly, but you will not regret the price.
Amazing food and very attentive waitstaff. Overall a good atmosphere.
Never a bad meal
Great ambience.
Atmosphere is nice. Pizza bad. I ordered pizza....nice and simple. Horrible sauce...just like tomato sauce out of a can.( Not even pizza sauce)Super thin..no flavor....not thick and full of flavor and spices.I didn't finish it...took it home but threw it out. Expected tons more from an Italian restaurant. Was disappointed.Maybe other food is good...I don't know.
Fantastic food, service and drinks! They also donate to local charities which is awesome.
Amazing food and staff. I love coming here for lunch and dinner!
1st time customer - fabulous atmosphere - top rated service - cuisine was awesome - will be returning patron!
Loved the butternut squash ravioli with marsala sauce. Eggplant parmesan was excellent too. Best Italian we've had in a long time. Love this place. Will come back again.
