The speciality obviously being the "chutney" but that doesn't lower the unique decorative aspect of the place. Quite nice hangout but no parking available.

The ambience and service are good. The chutneys were creative. I was a little disappointed with the sweet tasting sambhar. The menu is interesting, will visit again.

They make 9 different chutneys. I didn't like even one. South Indian food is avoidable, but the Piccadilly square part is quite nice

I ordered for a masala dosa and I was not disappointed. It was tasty and the chutneys which were served were also nice. Service was good.

I guess they make the Dosa too much roasted..I think that is not the way to make dosa.

Oh man i love it the taste of their buttermilk has no comparison its my ultimate benchmark....south indian food is just class apart...their chutneys platter is their usp....i live its food....

The Chutney Co. is always one of my favourite places to visit whenever I'm in the city. However, this time around I visited not for the south indian food that I love, along with all the chutney option. But I went for the Piccadilly square desserts.

We ordered the chocolate waffles and salty crepes with cheese. I loved the crepes but the waffles didn't live up to my expectations.

Anyway, it's always a pleasure to go there and next time I'm coming back for the dosa and idli and Chutneys Ofcourse.

I quite liked the place! It was nice. It had a nice atmosphere. There were variety of dishes. We ordered for a masala dosa. The masala dosa came with three types of chutneys which was quite a new concept. The taste was okayish. I expected more.
It's for a one time visit.

It's a pure vagitarian resturent. It's South Indian, Italian dishes are very famous. Specially chutneys are very yammi.

Enjoy the south Indian dishes in the heart of Kolkata. Service is really fast. Food is very very delicious. Quantum of food is worth the money. Filter coffee, Idly, Dosa and varieties of later two. Italian food and desserts are also served. Hot and cold coffee with their varieties are also available. Worth visiting. Enjoy the food.

10 types of chutneys were there, we ordered South Indian food .Food was tasty and not that expensive. In the restaurant some chefs are from Bangalore.

Well I am a die hard fan of Anand when it comes to South Indian food but something changed when I visited the chutney co. What makes it different from Anand is it's varieties of chutneys. I am a bit choosy when it comes to South Indian cuisine but the chutney co . didn't disappoint me. I am surely gonna visit this place again.

It was an average experience here at Chutney. We visited around 4 at evening and the temperature was high. The centralized air conditioning was not working there and the temperature inside the restro was high too. We asked to get a seat where we can get some air to refresh ourselves but there was no arrangement for that and they just told us to check air and seat accordingly. We ordered dosa and the taste was good enough. They accepted the payment by card and online payment facility is also there.

I just love this restaurant for it south Indian cuisine.

Must try the dosas.. serves variety of chutney.. which one must try.
