SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS

Bought ER40 Collets & ER40 Collet spanner by accident and tried calling and emailing with no response, had to go through paypal for refund, provided tracking details for items returned, no refund provided, paypal case timed out without realising and now as per usual, no phones being answered, all emails being ignored, they have their products back that i have paid for.

I ve been buying machinery and tools for the past 30 years, so it is safe for me to say that I do know thing or two about customer service. That being said, Ausiee Machines and Tools is an absolute and genuine seller that I come across so far. One of the values that any client appreciate is honesty and they will provide you with honest advice about product before you purchase it as well as to provide an excellent after sale support. Another value that their client will not find there is staged politeness, or pushy product sale. For some of us that like visit them on weekend and if it happens to be past trading time, they will open their door and invite you in. Positive feedback can go on and on but I think I ve made my point here.

Five stars from me

I have given Ausee 5 stars because the most important thing about their business is that the quality and range of their product is excellent and prices are competitive. This does necessarily mean that there will not be prickly exchanges but that is not always their fault. As customers we are not always blameless. Is there room for improvement in their communications? I am sure there is but I would rather have tardy email answers and good equipment than the reverse.

Not long ago, after a lot of research, I bought an SC4. I have had an X2 Mill for years (long before Ausee opened their business) and cannot speak highly enough of it. I have lost count of the number of gears I have cut on it. It has done everything I have ever asked it to do and was the reason I opted for another Seig machine.

I am more than happy with the SC4. My only criticism is that it is a bit noisy but that is almost nit picking.

I bought an SX2.3 Hi Tech Mill/Drill which looks great and ticks all the boxes but it does not live up to it's requirements. The machine is loosely fitted and requires all axis to be fully locked except the axis that you want to use, the spindle also requires locking as well to possibly stop the tool from rising during use, the Operators Manual gives only very scant information. As a Christmas present for a twelve year old it would be fine but do not consider it if you want to do serious work

$2K burning a hole in my pocket to buy a lathe. I drive 25ks to inspect the Sieg range to find the door locked, no bell & no response to repeated knocking as well as three unanswered phone calls. No response to first email, a curt three word response to second email. On the following day, another valiant attempt to call & ten unanswered calls later, I am writing this review. This is no way to run a niche business & going by other comments, my experience is all too common.

After sales service is not worth anything. I didn'...

After sales service is not worth anything. I didn't even get a response from my emails. And specially after I explained my intentions, of writing a report on their web site. there are other web sites you can purchase the same machines. (maybe better).
The machines are okay for what they are made for.
Last November I bought a SC3 machine and had an issue with one of the axis. I when and explain the problem but was given some story about (that's they way it should be), even after I explained that I open the other axis and found that it is not the same and all they wanted to do is get rid of me. The machine I wanted was told that it is not made any more. (C3)
So I went ahead and bought the SC3 as (before any purchases) I found them helpful and had no reason to question them. The difference between the 2 machines one comes with RPM included and the other is sold separately. I since repaired the problem myself and all is good now. If I knew about this before I would have purchased a different machine from another seller as I would never do the same again and definitely not from this seller.
