We went here twice during our Kolkata visit. We LOVED the dosa so much! I can highly recommend the Ghee with cheese and onion dosa. My favourite chutneys: Garlic, Mysore, spicy coconut and beetroot. But they're all soooo good. Iced tea is great.
An absolute MUST visit restaurant in Kolkata. It's the type of food experience you dream about for years to come. I look forward to my next trip to Kolkata just so I can eat here again!

Decor and Location is good but food need to be improved....

True to its name this joint serves a huge number of mouth watering chutneys alongwith a range of delectable South Indian fare. We ordered Rava Onion Dosa and Idli and were offered a choice of six chutneys and all of them tasted heavenly. The sambar was extremely tasty, thick and well balanced. The dosa was crispy and very appetizing. To wash it down we had filter coffee in southern style, i.e. in a steel tumbler! The staff were very polite, prompt and courteous. This restaurant also scores above other South Indian resturants with its elegant decor. Truly a cherishable experience and definitely calls for an encore!

Amazing South Indian food with a wide variety of chutneys. Also have Jain masala dosa which is something I have not seen in any of the restaurant s offering south indian food in Kolkata. One must try the mulgapudi mysore idli and pizza uttapam.

A very tasty and very clean....here u can get 6 types of chutney which are the best part u can get....The finest south Indian dishes they have at the best price.

Never ever failed to satisfy me. The first two times I had Dosa and was surprised by the number of Chutneys they gave with our Dosa xD("Chutney" makes more sense now). Of course food quality is excellent. If you're going there do not miss on the filter coffee. Last time I tried something different, plain English Waffles. And boy oh boy was that good. Staff well-behaved. Ambience cosy and comfy.

This is one of the most fabulous place for vegetarian food lovers in Kolkata at Dalhousie BBD Bag area.
I absolutely love this place the food is just so yum and the so mny varieties of chutneys and the red chutney is amazing.once you to this place you would like go again again and ya piacdilly square to adjoined to chutney & co so you can have italian food with south indian or order a dessert after you have had your food you must try try fondues.
The inside decorations are very nice and beautiful.Ambiance is very pleasant and awesome.
It has well and enough seating arrangements for the customers.The foods are really amazing and superb in tests and presentation.Customer service is also well and very good in manner but at weekends specially at Sunday you have to swait for many times to get a seat.
I am strongly recommend this restaurant to all.Come and enjoy the mouthwatering preparations of vegetarian foods.

A beautiful restrurant located above The Great Eastern. The concept is new in Kolkata. Food is awsome and wonderful, be it pizza, pasta, dosa or any thing. The desserts are mouth watering. In all the experience was very good.
