Chutney Review

Not so good only Gujarati & dhosa idli veg. Hotel little bit costly

The ambience is okayish.
I had rava plain dosa, idli which were delicious. The difference between the products of chutneys and rest of the South Indian serving restaurant is the variety if chutney. Chutney provides 8 different types of chutney which all tastes delicious.
The quality of service is also okayish.

Good for South Indian dishes, but no where near Sarvana of Chennai. Tastes more like Bengali South Indian..

Visited during the dosa festival and now really wishing that those dosas be available even after the festival. Had one of the best dosas in my life so far. Bit overpriced but quality and taste of food is good. Located in a prime location this place is must visit for dosa lovers. They also serve Italian and has a large variety of desserts. Tried their famous Popeye's pick and I never thought I would love a vegetarian dish so much.

Excellent, like always the taste was just too good always recommended it , it is a must try South Indian joint

One of best restaurants for South Indian food in Kolkata. Limited seating space. But one can enjoy tasty south Indian food. Wide variety of South Indian menu is available for you to enjoy your choices like idli, wada and dosa etc.. European food also available in this restaurant. This restaurant is very close to Hotel The Lalit Great Eastern.

Very impressive presentation of South Indian snacks / food. Excellent vegetarian salads and sandwiches from Piccadilly Square....... Superb deserts also....... Fantastic place for vegetarians.

Had to give this one star even though I don't want to there are no table etiquettes food quantity is very less waiters do not know how to behave themselves and don't even know how to talk they stand in front of the diner watching them eat. Not a good experience for me..

One of the best dine in restaurant for South Indian food, we have been there quite many time but taste always remained same.

Chutney is definitely the best name for The Chutney Co. as their speciality is varieties of chutnies and I just loved it..

Definitely a very good place for south indian and desserts..
They have variety of chutney as the name suggests and all of them are yummy.
Second is the biggie idly.. huge in size..
Third one is their desserts.. waffles with chocolate (pic I d posted). You will br craving the plate.. so so good :)

Its 100% yes for mix n match kind of people.. they must have their branch in south Kolkata also as the office location is slightly negative.

Very good collection of South Indian food items. As per the name, lovely chutneys. There is a Piacaddily in the same complex.

This is a really pathetic resturant without proper service and food is really bad. It took really one and a half hours to bring one mixed utpamp. This is a place which is still archic with no credit/debit card swipe machine. There is no proper air conditioning in the restaurant and above all the staff attitude was not good as they just make false commitment to each of their statement. So, in one word, the experience in this restaurant was horrible and I would like advise everyone to not to dine in in this place.
