Worked for Churchill for 5 year would not recommend them to anyone poor management, poor wage, poorly run management never interact with staff an see why they lose so many contracts(like they've lost ours to ISS Services)

Not a company you would like to work managers are useless
Worst company out there and account managers are useless.. especially the ones in the Cambridge-kings cross area. No help at all and the corruption is unreal. Account manager going behind their own mangers back within the company to get info from others within the company and so on. Won t name and shame the manager as sadly still work here and In these sad times there isn t many other jobs available. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
Held back on my wages when i first started. Low wages and never seemed to be the sane wage. Not worth it
My girlfriend has worked this company she being bullied and being accused of lying by her supervisor and the health and safety is a joke walking on wet floors
What a joke of a company ..clicky management bulling reduce your hours dont getpaid an overall disgrace .should be shut down and all existing staff replaced with people who are capable of doing the job properly

NEVER work for this company promise to get paid and still no pay 10 days later, spoke to 2 supervisors, payroll and HR and they always said it was someone elses responsilibilty....they dont care that kids needs to be fed,rent needs to be paid....bunch of jerks

anything was ok at the interview with the supervisor and the account manager i when I started to work at a school I was told I will not get payed within the school holidays I think that's was so wrong the account manager should told me so be careful when you apply for a job with them
My supervisor was great, my coworkers were great, but everything else stunk. The manager was always patronising to everyone, thinking it was funny, and i have heard rumours that a previous manager made fun of employees and was going to be taken to court by the union before said manager was replaced. It feels very much like the upper management do not care and have never held cleaning jobs in their lives.
It wouldn't surprise me if my experience with Churchill is the same for most people, good co workers, but that's it.
How this company keeps running is beyond me, where my partner works there's been nothing but trouble... absolutely disgusting
This company refuses to pay their staff annual leave which is owed from months back. This is both unethical & illegal. They have no respect for their staff and their payroll officer refuses to call back. An absolute disgrace of a company.
Love working for Churchill. I work with a really friendly and professional team. Work / life balance is good and there are lots of opportunities for training and development.
I applied for a management position and was told that I would not be selected because I don't speak spanish and the cleaners are columbian , on the advert it states spanish essential! I have worked over 20 years as a manager and employed cleaners from all over the world some good some bad. In the cleaning industry there a lot of good african cleaners what about them? The position has been ring fenced to one nationality spanish speaking and under the 2010 equalities act that is discrimination.
There is also a health & safety issue that staff must be able to understand the basics in english , if there was a fire would they ring the fire brigade or an ambulance and ask only spanish speaking personal to attend. I have snapped shot the ad and will be taking it further through the media and making an official complaint to the race equality as this is not fair on other nationalities.I wonder if churchill clients are aware of this?

What a company, pathetic to say the least. Corruption, wages not paid, favouritism, poor management specially in Bucks area. I read all the reviews and we thank Google for allowing the true to be spoken nowadays. Hopefully the schools in Bucks will realise who they are dealing with and open proper contracts for tender with honest cleaning companies. A shame indeed .
I have been trying to get hold of my manager for a few weeks never answers phone spoke to help desk I got told she would get hold of her or else she would speak to my managers boss still waiting for a call back not good enough.
where do i start , finish your employment without notice , takes over 6 months to get the name of the person who said you finished , break HSE rules and do not seem to care , manager never visits site , messing up wages and have to wait for a long time for them to be corrected , is it any wonder that they lose more contracts than they get
This is the world's worst company I have ever come across. They will make you work day and night and will never pay you the right amount . I have not been paid of a 20 hrs all the time the payroll does not take the blame it's the manager and when you contact your manager you are been ignored or hrs being deducted . I will never ever recommend someone to work for this company cause of their corruption and government needs to look into the way they conduct their services. Worst company in UK CHURCHILL CLEANING SERVICES !!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting company. Wages messed up everytime. Breached tupe contract. Dropped our pay rate well below minimum wage which is illegal. I'm completely flabbergasted by the way we've been treated. Shocking
I worked there for 5 weeks liked the job but supervisor was useless,I told him staff put a time down but came in later ,he said mind your own business, I was doing 3 hours they were doing 2 getting played the same ,I was cross went and told him again ,so he rang Mark boss ,and I got told to leave he was so rude about it ,as he did not want me to rock the boat,I'm sure school don't know about it ,I should have known when he did not want references and did not want to see cv ,not a nice company to work for,

I've worked for Churchill, some of the people did not get paid for 13 weeks. Heath and safety problems and churchhillI would not Sort it. Bullying went on in the work place too.
what an absolute joke of a company if they can call themselves a company only think of themselves left my family without no money over Xmas period meaning my 3 children miss out nearly lost our home due to no wages and being fobbed off constantly the account manager for harwich is a complete waste of space couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. would never recommended anyone to work for this company unless you don't want to be paid. trying to contact them is never easy and when you have to contact the account manager he is rude and aggressive kept playing the victim card saying it's not his problem bloke hasn't done a hard days work all his life lives off mummy and step daddy for everything. still owe me 50quid but they can shove that where the sun don't shine I've left with dignity unlike them
Awful company. The management with the rail side of things in churchill is horrendous none of have any management knowledge they all ignore you and under pay you but expect 100% from you but the RMT is cracking down on them 1 by 1. My girlfriend who speaks to a lot of men and used to work with the company but the old supervisor bullied her like she did all the staff. She also had a foreign body in her drink. AVOID.
