My supervisor was great, my coworkers were great, but everything else stunk. The manager was always patronising to everyone, thinking it was funny, and i have heard rumours that a previous manager made fun of employees and was going to be taken to court by the union before said manager was replaced. It feels very much like the upper management do not care and have never held cleaning jobs in their lives.

It wouldn't surprise me if my experience with Churchill is the same for most people, good co workers, but that's it.
