I attended an interview back May and I didn't get the position of Stock Controller due to the fact that this company at last minute decided to promote someone within, it then turns out he didn't like the job and the company advertised for the role again less than 3 months, in all fairness I cannot believe how a company can operate like this one because when somebody who has the perfect skillset all they do is give people the wrong impression and never return calls, their HR team well I don't think they have any sort concept of how to communicate with potential employees..!

Having worked at Celestra for over 2 years, I can safely say that the ethos that surrounds the company - The 5Cs, is instilled at all levels of the business and through every element of service delivery. Having been part of the 10th birthday celebrations, it is an exciting time to be part of this fast-paced growing team. Celestra is a great place to work as it gives you a lot of variety and a chance to use your skills to the best of your abilities and beyond.

Attended an interview in march for a warehouse supervisor position. The interview went well and two days later HR contacted me for a second interview with the warehouse manager.
The second interview seemed to go well and I was told that I had the experience they were looking for. The manager told me he had 2 other people to interview and would let me know either way early the following week.
I didn't hear anything from them 2 weeks later so I emailed the HR department asking if there was any update. I received nothing back and it's now the end of June, so I thought I'd share my experience with you all. Appalling communication! Doesn't cost anything to send a email... Common courtesy!!
