Wonderful shops ranging from high end to locally made to small knickknacks. Definitely an enjoyable view as you walk down the street browsing and shopping. Only down side was the 30 min only parking meters... I'm sure there is other parking but majority is those meters. 30mins makes it very annoying to run back and forth while trying to shop *especially with children!* but overall it was a very enjoyable time.

Love the live music but really need to get the homeless drunk beggars off the street the street performing is amazing the homeless alcoholics that drink on the streets need to be banned. They sit there with begging signs and it takes away from the performances that actually are trying to do something to earn money to make a living doing what they love. Some of the beggars there actually have their own homes and just dress down to make themselves look homeless and pay their bills doing this. Remove the beggars and the plavlce will be amazing.

Charming downtown pedestrian mall with lots of stores, restaurants and the like. I loved looking at the old buildings which had been restored and which are part of the mall now. The mix of stores was very good.

It is a great place to go shopping and hang out. It is such a pretty place to spend time and hang out with family. There is also a great range of restaurants to try out. Church St almost feels like you are in Europe enjoying the old cobblestone streets.

Church Street is Vermont's answer to Times Square. First of all, it is a great place to walk with your family and/or dog. Speaking of dogs, virtually all shops are dog friendly.

There are some decent restaurants. If you're into Americana, there is the ubiquitous Sweetwater's, while Lunig's does a great interpretation of French dining. My favorite spot by far is E.B. Prime Steakhouse.

At night their are several bars and lounges to go to. I would call the downtown core of Burlington very safe, but I came here from Lowell, MA so...

Barely any stores, with five guys it makes the entrance to the mall very small, and crowded when people walk through (it's just a space that's really only fits 2 people to walk through at a time) it's always kind of sad to be in there.

A nice European style pedestrian mall with sidewalk cafes, street musicians, good atmosphere. The only drawback is the number of panhandlers and scruffy people, especially at the lower end of the Street near City Hall.

Nice pedestrian street frequented mainly by the tourists but also by the locals, students, workers. The street section is reminiscent of another era with the architecture of the buildings with which it is lined and the brick pavement. There are restaurants and bars but also shops of all kinds. A must in Burlington.

We love to park down at the Macy's parking garage and walk up and down Church street. Parking isn't great right around Church street and the mall is currently under construction so you will have to walk outside but Church Street is a great place for boutique shopping and dining out.
