I use Reonomy to find propery info and ownership contact info for the small commercial developer I work for - and I have found it to be a wonderful tool! The ownership info is accurate, and the reporting display is easy to read and reference. It cuts down my research time and helps me reach out to owners quickly and effectively.

Very unhelpful. Very pushy to sign up and once you do, no help after that. You can't have a home and work computer to log in. Only 1 computer and that was never mentioned.

Was exposed to Reonomy through my previous employment at a brokerage, never had a chance to use it. I recently left to the principal side and needed a platform that was all inclusive ( owners numbers, property searches, maturity dates of loans...) I have used Reonomy for about 6 months. I am extremely pleased with their product. I am located in the Va., Pa., and Md. area. The errors I have experienced have been with the local municipalities not being updated or accurate. A little pricey, but I am pleased. The people I have spoken with have been nothing but total professionals. KUDOS to you guys, keep upgrading and tweaking your product.

We signed up for Reonomy about six months ago and have had nothing but success in growing our prospecting efforts. The searching and filter tools allow you to search and refine by property type, location and several subsets of data. The Reonomy team has also been really helpful in understanding the best use and guidance for our prospecting initiatives. We would definitely recommend trying Reonomy as they are willing to work with you on a case by case basis pending your specific needs.

Their 3rd party data is garbage - I am constantly harassed by phone and email asking me to sell properties I have never heard of. Snooty receptionist told me it was impossible to have my contact info cleared from their list.
There are not enough stars here to justify Reonomy Software & Team. The Property Data Software is very user friendly and provides great results. You just have to put in a little leg work. There is no doubt in my mind that if your are in Commercial Mortgage, Brokering, Sales, etc. If you are not using Reonomy to find clients then you are doing it wrong. I have been in Commercial Mortgages for over 18 years and this is by far better than any leads I have bought in the past to generate business, any website, even the website i have now. I wish i had Reonomy years ago, it's that good. With great products you don't always get great service, that is not the case with the Reonomy Team they are readily available by chat on the website and they get back to you so fast you think they are next door to you. :0) From the start before I signed up with Reonomy Kevin Barnett was a joy to talk to. It took a couple nudges from him to get me to sign up but I am glad I did. From there once I got going Hayley Parks has been exceptional in helping and answering any question quickly and promptly and when she wasn't readily available Susana Lam jumped right in and provide exceptional service as well. The design of the website was nice, but there is no way I'm paying for this. Information is outdated and they don't offer monthly contracts. Sounds like a scam to me.

Great tool! I used it for building prospecting lists for multifamily properties. I tried building a list manually and quickly decided it was too time consuming. This is a great solution, very good support as well.
Be aware Scam! Do not subscribe to their software, it doesn't work. I worked with them in good faith that they are in the process of updating their software and interface and they are in the process of eliminating all wrong information such as ownership info etc. its been several months still no improvement. Its expensive and clearly doesn't work. I am going to try to make an awareness to this fraud, so that others do not get trapped in there false claims they sell their software on! They wont even refund me after they admitted that they are having issues!!!!!!!! Reply to this message if you would like to know more information etc.

Great tool for searching and finding property information. You can not only find owners, but links to their other properties owned along with tons of contact data. There is not perfect solution when comes to this type of data, but Reonomy s execution and support are amazing. They are very responsive and listen to the why of how you use their data trying to make it better for your needs as well as the next guy!
I use Reonomy on a daily basis and it's my go to tool for my job as an investment sales broker. Without it nowadays, I would not be able to function. I find the data to be relatively accurate and the website's UI to be user-friendly and easy to navigate.
We have been using Reonomy for about a year and a half. It is the backbone of our research and prospecting programs, and just keeps getting better. It offers us options for data and contacts we cannot get anywhere else and their customer service is always available and helpful. Also, we work in a non-disclosure state (sales data is private), but Reonomy finds information that even our appraisers miss. Highest recommendation.

NOTE: Its seems clear most of these one line 5 star reviews with no other ones on record came from employees This is a horrendously dishonest and deceitful company with a mediocre product. An extremely aggressive salesperson kept calling me, I finally said I would try it for a month just to get him to leave me alone, which he resoundingly says is fine, only to then try to charge me for an entire YEAR for an extremely expensive subscription that doesn't even cost anything--there is absolutely no reason for them not to cancel it! Instead, they send threatening collections emails and provide phone numbers that lead to no one. Was mocked by an unhelpful chat agent. But what else do you need to know--its like a Berlin Wall for subscriptions. What honest company would try to prohibit people from cancelling when they are not using nor benefitting after lying about the term of service, let alone after promising for a month? Who ever heard of paying by the month and not being able to cancel? This is not a cheap service, many hundreds per month. Do not touch with a pole.
I have only been exposed to Reonomy for a few months and the Customer Service has been remarkable. My representative Monet has been accessible to me anytime I needed assistance. She has helped my VA without hesitation. Monet has been very generous with her time and resources. The real telling results however will be the response rate from my first mailing and how many "Return to Sender" letters I receive from dead leads. My first mailing goes out this week and we will wait and see. So, Reonomy and Monet, so far so good!

When I complained, Reonomy was able to determine that there is a property owner in Louisville with an almost identical name, only capitalization and a plural word differentiate. The program has been very useful to us at SVN/Walt Arnold Commercial Brokerage, Inc. We use it for various things such as, ownership, building and lot sizes, and owner addresses. It is extremely useful for us and we would recommend that other brokerages use the software and they will agree.

Salesmen do not follow up to make sure you are having success with the software. Service is contract only and the company is completely unwilling to cancel any contracts no matter the circumstance nor how bad the customer service was.
I have used a lot of other software and i found reonomy to be second to non the platform that they have is great and the customer service deportment is also very helpful. Would defiantly recommend to anyone in the real estate business!
