INADMISSIBLE !!! 5 hours of waiting, lugged from service to service for a scan requested by an emergency doctor at 2 p.m. and doing it at 6:50 p.m. pk interns are not happy that the doctor is passing over them !!! Nurses who take you high, who speak badly and dare you disrespect !!! If you have an emergency, it is especially not in Pasteur's emergencies that you will be reassured !!!
I thank all the staff of the service of Dr. Balaguer surgery restorative, really attentive and caring.
Really competent and professional surgeon.
Really friendly secretaries, nurse caregivers ect.
I was taken care of from the beginning until I left.
Modern hospital and very clean.
I am really happy.
thank you so much
Carmela
Top teams and excellent surgeons. It s really nice to see such a level of professionalism!
I have absolute trust in the hospital!
A great incompetence !!!
We must flee this hospital.
Very good establishment with very good surgeons, impeccable hygiene, very good postoperative follow-up.
For my part, I was operated on by Dr. Bronsard's column for sacroiliac problems, and must therefore repeat surgery twice.
I go there with confidence, no more unbearable pains !!
Very unfavorable opinion !!! When I arrived at the emergency room at 18:45, my 81-year-old mother, with Alzheimer's disease, was admitted for another problem, Thursday 09/07/2015 at 18:00, I arrived at 18:45, I finally got back with my mom at 10:45 pm in the box and I had the visit of a doctor at 23:00, there is one of these circulations of employees in the corridors !! we do not look at you, nobody asks you anything! When you say that you have not seen anyone after 3 hours of waiting, we answer you "do you feel happy to be next to her"! some people are in palpable distress, a home overloaded, more than 30 people waiting, with one person to answer us! Most employees do not know how to direct you to a service, I wonder even if they know where they are going and what they have to do !! and do not talk about public receptions, no more people after 18:00!
What good is it to make such beautiful and expensive buildings for the public if there are no competent people to receive people!
Open mouth sore, no post-op antibiotics.
Unsuitable care, when a student knows it.
Shameful, for this type of wound.
I was received Sunday, June 9 in the emergency room because of a functional renal failure related to hyperthermia and dehydration both the care and staff was really at the top despite complicated situations they were able to keep the cool and be competent at any time and any circumstance and after the care at the level of the nephrology service was just as well I am a health professional and I know how to value the care that was promulgated congratulations to all the teams for your professionalism and your determination
are interns monitored?
a patient who does not seem drunk and whose blood alcohol content prevents the blood test is sent home and not sent to a drug addiction center
After a long journey we spend more time in the waiting room than near his wife under pretexts as stupid as perfumes or toilet
We still mix family and couple
Going through the emergency room for my 88 year old father. Fast support with MRI. Hospitalization 15 days in general medicine. Perfect follow-up. A big THANK YOU to this service!
My husband has been hospitalized for a stroke for 3 weeks the neuro service on the 2 floors as on the 5 floors of the teams very available for my husband and for us even thank you to all these teams
That night emergency management pastor ... not going to be catastrophic .... I do not want
And all in all there is a team at the top of the caregiver help nurses and interns.
Support directly processed in the 1/2.
Empty emergencies of empty home weird all these empty stretchers ....
But a big thank you to the night team (20/03 -21/03)
When it's good it must be said
Refusal of care after an hour of waiting. No hospitality at the reception and at the exit for all patients. Ashamed .. I did not understand the negative reviews on google but for having experienced it is really horrible.
I was operated for a lobectomy in the Pavilion H I wanted to thank the caregivers for their kindness and professionalism I make you full of a tlm
Thanks to the emergency teams this weekend. Professionalism and friendliness.
Thanks to Dr Almairac, and to all the neurosurgery team you are on top!
Can do better because this job requires real human qualities that are lacking ...
From waiting to emergencies, but they are overloaded. The staff is very attentive to the patients. And sometimes it's hard, especially when patients lose patience and raise their tone. Waiting also, but lightly, in outpatient services that are also overwhelmed. So the consultations are very fast. A tip: Write down before any questions you want to ask the doctor.
Arrival at the emergency room at 5 o'clock in the morning with phlebitis on the arm I was sent back at the end of the morning with a verdict of insect bite !!!
The Doppler was not well read !!
I was saved by going to Paris for treatment
During my hospitalization big problems with the stretcher bearers who forgot me for two hours and missed me two important appointments .... an ultra friendly and helpful team overall. On the other hand the meals were really limited ... in case of hospitalization bring a plaid, a blanket because the nights are fresh according to the orientation of your room, no cover available when I was there it is better to be anticipating.
Nurses are aggressive spend their time laughing at nothing carelessness with patients having fun with their smartphone shameful damage
Great hospital, staff at the top of emergencies through neurosurgery, everyone listens, endless empathy, thank you everyone for the excellent services provided, even the meals are tasty in especially the vegetables, cleanliness nothing to say everything is impeccable, I felt in total confidence with all the people who took care of me. A million times thank you, what a great meeting, thank you caregivers, Ash, nurses, interns, stretcher bearers, technical team, and a high quality doctor, you deserve the best, you are excellence. Thank you to the whole team of Dr. Almairac Fabien, who took care of me in an admirable way
No problem with this hospital. To those who denigrate: would you do better if you were restricted to operating budgets, human resources, etc etc ...? So stop complaining, stop your gossip and feel happy to have a chu near you !!
The rheumatology department ... The personal caregiver very good and helpful. But the doctors are a beautiful band of broken arms! Hospitalization 5 days that have served absolutely nothing and still as much pain today. Going to another hospital is better.
Emergency services are very responsible and efficient
Arrived at the emergency after a slight car accident, taken care of fairly quickly by the staff so a little less waiting !!! Good organization in this brand new hospital center !!
THE ZERO RISK DOES NOT EXIST: this is what we will answer you if one day you have the misfortune of having your operation inside And by negligence they will lose personal effects: jewelry, dental prostheses, etc ...
Verbally you will have an apology, (no refund, they will shoot each other from one office to another) but in reality you may be leaving with a prosthesis for less than the value of 400, as in my case, and a bacteria caught in the hospital that you didn't have when you got home.
this hospital is to flee
my mother-in-law (80 years old with alzeimer) was admitted to the emergency department on Sunday, November 24 because she was feverish and had tremors.
after 3 hours of waiting we are warned that she has an infection at the urinary level and that she will go down on the radio (15:30) and that we will be warned of the result
5:30 pm seeing no one I go back to the mct1 where I see the chief doctor who tells me that he has a big kidney infection and that he keeps it, that the urology department is going to do a manipulation, I tell them that we come back to our home , I give them my phone number, I live right in front (3min walk)
at 18:30 her husband my step dad mappelle to tell me what will be operated urgently and that given his life risk there is a risk of death, I grab my bag and I run to the hospital where a nurse told me what is the block and what a big calculation in the kidney at the limit of sepsis
On Monday I go to her room, she is very tired, and I think she does not speak anymore with great difficulty, I inform the nurses who tell me that it is her illness and anesthesia
Tuesday morning I get a call to tell me what a lot for 15h to my surprise, so I go to 2:15 in his room and there I find feverish, trembling and paralyzed face, I rush into the office nurses and they tell me that it is normal I oppose its release and 'internal flora (I know his name) tells me that urology level is nothing to do what it takes what kind to free the bed and it is stupid because its such sounds but does not return
I ask to see the social assistance, the nurse in chief me bonifacci, join me in the room accompanied by the social assistance, I explain to them my doubts and especially my fears by asking a consultation neuro in emergency with scanner, the answer that I get is that there is no place
30 minutes later Mrs. Bonifacci (chief nurse of the urology department) comes to warn me that she has found a place in the hospital of Cimiez for my mother-in-law, I remind her of my worries for her paralysis and she tells me how she is going to occupy
before his transfer to cimiez, the doctors come back to his room with the famous flora, which teaches us that during the operation they had to make use the sevice of resuscitation because it had made a stop which is stipulated nowhere that cimiez was not not up to date
Yesterday I inform the internal cimiez who finds a place in emergency for a scanner where we see what made a stroke during the operation
this morning i go to the sevice urology 5th floor c area to get his file and the record of operation, I walk for 20 min to give me a written request to do so to get the file, I share edgy
noise
Good team, I spent 3 days in super efficient neurology apart from 4 hours of waiting for ophthalmology
Frankly a top care in the emergency caring staff very attentive and pleasant a big thank you
Service not bad overall but I strongly advise against consulting in ophthalmology unless there is no choice because we always go late like schedule at 10am and we only go out around 15h. Always plan sandwiches when you have appointment in this service
Assumption of responsibility to the UCA I apreciated the reception the competence and the kindness of all the personnel. It is a very good service.
Only criticism: the wait. Otherwise nothing to complain about.
Well received in the emergency room but their charge is too patience even with the pains ..as it happens your turn
And inside you go back and you wait for hours even for the doctor to arrive
Hospitalized in July last year in the department of neurosurgical resuscitation and operated a bulging meningioma by Professor Lonjon, I wanted to bring my testimony.
This delicate intervention that lasted a little over 5 hours was a total success, not a sequel.
On the other hand, in the nursing home where I happily stayed for only 5 days, I met some wonderful nurses and others who were more than unpleasant, which is sad when we have to deal with people who have just undergone major interventions!
I suffered threat and humiliation, I was refused a blanket on the pretext that there was none in July while I shivered ... A family visit arrived at the same time and took place 10 minutes later, I was warm ...
I did not write to the hospital management, preferring to forget this unfortunate episode, but I can say that I have never cried so much in my life!
Unthinkable and unfortunate when you know what great work was done by the neurosurgeon, the rest unfortunately did not follow ...
Very good doctor, very nice, too bad the nurses come to spoil that.
30 min wait
Super top service!
Hospitalization programmed in neurochir for 5 days in the service of doctor LITRICO, my visit was just perfect. The teams in their entirety, whether for meals, treatments, passages in chamvres for cleanliness, all are extremely attentive. It's reassuring to know that we are keeping an eye on you. The surgeon or his assistant comes every day. My exit is by ambulance, the exit is planned, I have nothing to manage.
Really good service which I highly recommend.
A shame !!!!! My wife comes back to the emergency room on Saturday at 4.30 p.m. for a serious respiratory problem after 3 hours blood test nothing serious for them ?? Then scan 3 hours later he does not save he decides to repatriate her with a bow? It's Sunday and still at Pasteur
Very disappointed by this hospital! Do not go there for emergencies! Be said new hospital but
my aunt arrived at 23:00 by emergency for an intestinal volvulus was left on the ground (sitting on the floor) twisted with pain, then it was put in a box and no support for his pain before 1:30!
Then put on morphine and paracetamol until 15:30 !!
It is from this moment that we raised our voice and it was finally operated but under what conditions ... no charlotte; no disinfection nor washing with betadine is deplorable / I really wonder about their hygiene conditions and the risk of contraction of a neusocomial infection.
In addition, the staff is nice but they lack everything + some things to be desired: no compresses, no soap, no hydroacloolic solution for visitors, trays meal are cleared several hours later with dessert not open (va- can it be re-used to someone else?), reads patients present not disinfected during the day, no cleaning of the toilet after departure of patient etc.
While the hospital is certainly brand new but not at all developed to accommodate patients in good conditions; Do not go there for an operation!
Feedback as there are many others.
During my stay in the emergency department of the Pasteur Hospital, I stayed on a stretcher from 3am until 2.30pm to finally have appendicitis once a doctor had the good idea to pass me a scanner.
I was alone, without a phone and I had to ask someone to lend me one or call, nothing to do.
My spouse who could not escape from work called several times and no one knew how to tell him where I was, or what I had:
"Ah yes, she's in the block.
- Oh? she gets surgery on what?
- Sorry, we do not know :( "
After my operation, the next morning at 11am, I was already disturbing. They wanted me out and go home in Uber ... at my expense of course.
Fortunately, a caregiver took pity on me and arranged for me to return by ambulance because I was barely on my legs.
They have complicated working conditions our caregivers ... I mean well.
The patients are not always very pleasant, I heard several times the tone mounted. Aggressive gestures and sometimes very threatening words on the part of the sick.
I also know they do not have the time but none of them show up.
Just one: "Hello, I'm Sandrine, caregiver" is enough.
We do not know who is who, who cares for our care.
It seems completely disorganized and quite frankly, it's not very reassuring.
In short my galley continues.
Once back home, no luck, I learn that social security lost my notice of work stoppage.
And there ... you know the twelve works of Asterix?
For a simple request for duplicate, I was wandering service.
I had to have 10 different people on the phone, with 20min waiting between each.
3 returns to the standard, but I did not know what service did not answer .. so I tried to recall several times, to no avail.
Finally, after several hours of hard work, I managed to get what I needed.
I understand that the hospital staff is overloaded but as a patient, it is to go crazy ...
Fortunately, I was well operated and everything is in order in the end :)
Friend transported to Pasteur with 18 blood pressure and without any fever, the doctors struggled to find a covid-19 without any results. After a week with 18 of tension without any research on a coronary problem, Pasteur sent him away.
Thank you, Home of Adult Emergencies, Pasteur Hospital, for your professional, friendly and efficient care!
Pneumology service 18/01/19
A little humanity!
Note of a caregiver to my mother under oxygen caused by constipation and unable to breathe: "we will not even put you on the chair every day!"
the nurse wanting to put on a mask, my mother taking too long a breath, "well I'll go back tomorrow!"
I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Bruno Adami and his group!
I would like to emphasize their professionalism and their considerate attitude towards me personally
Thank you for everything.
P. S. Sorry I can not thank you all by my name.
Sincerely, David Zhorzholiani
I arrived at the emergency room at noon and was taken care of quickly (15 min) by a smiling nurse, then placed in an examination room where supervised students came to practice what they learned. I then saw a doctor and a surgeon. We had to wait for the results of the analyzes to leave reassured. The surgical intervention is postponed. Thank you to everyone who does their best to care for us.
The worst experience of my whole life, the doctors are interns, a botched operation, no politeness, we answer you with a nod, do your job instead of asking for bonuses that you don't deserve!
I publish this opinion after a consultation with Doctor of Pneumology Boutros Jacques who officiates at the Pasteur Hospital of Nice.
This doctor initially welcomes you in an icy way.
Then, probably due to his lack of experience and his young age, this man is very indelicate, this man does not take the time to explain slowly and gently how should a doctor the ins and outs of your health problems.
Moreover, he is for his very haughty early career and an indelicacy when he has patients like that should not be able to be tolerated.
We wrote a letter to the management of this hospital because also this doctor practices illegal prices compared to his accomplices.
We do not recommend this doctor in pneumology.
Unpleasant reception for a person who is just relieved to do his job. They believe they are a restaurant by saying that it is Friday evening so there are people in the emergency room and I cannot be taken care of. 2-4 hours of waiting if I don't pay right away.
Frankly you are ashamed
Clara isis Hello ... spelling lessons would do you a lot of good ...
My care with nurse Sabrina was reassuring for me.
A nurse with a smile and a correct positioning.
Thank you to her for choosing this Trade.
If Miss you read this message do not change ...
Thank you also to the entire healthcare team for your kindness.
My husband was helped immediately and very competently with an acute internal problem. Extremely nice, friendly and calm doctors and nurses, great communication with us relatives.
Merci beaucoup, thank you very much!
just for the star room! just a shame this hospital ... I come from Bordeaux! and there I come across people with rude and rude emergencies and so on ... I am disgusted !!! this hospital is full of people who do not like their job .... it is not possible a wind of MADNESS !!!! AND THE POMPOM FOR ME C THAT I HAVE FOUND A STROKE ..... IN BORDEAUX AND MONACO NO STROKE ..... EUH IT'S NOT A Joke ..... you know there is is there a pilot on the plane ??? is there a DIRECTOR SEE 6 IN GENERAL IN THIS HOSPITAL ??????????
we are just numbers they heal but they do not know how to heal call for donations they know how to do it, it's funny 5 stars you have an answer and a star nada ???????
A real shame. They are incompetent
To avoid
DETESTABLE STAFF. Astonishing to notice at what point they are bored! NO OTHER WORD TO DESCRIBE THEIR BEHAVIOR. LACK OF MEANS !! THEY ARE NUMEROUS AND DO NOT STOP WHEN TALKING TO THEM. DEPLORABLE.
If you want to waste time in your life, I highly recommend.
In the emergency department, it was I who gave a medical course to doctors ... Mind-blowing, right?
Very nice premises, a technical platform very modern and powerful.
But big problem during my first and only experience ... the management of pain: close to nothingness
Following herniectomy, intervention however innocuous and supposed to be painless ... huge pain ... reported 10/10 on the EVA.
Nobody to take the responsibility to prescribe me a Morphine, worse ... I was offered hypnosis while I was in pain crisis, and that I would not have been receptive.
TREATMENT OF PAIN: ZERO
In the future, I would avoid to the maximum to return to the CHU.
Serious, recent hospital and many services available.
Following a stroke in December 2016 from my wife, an appointment for follow-up was made on May 31, 2017. We are informed on May 23, 2017 that the appointment is canceled because the doctor who was to receive it no longer practicing at the hospital since March 2017 and will not be replaced.
It's really a shame because we laugh at the patient.
It is bullshit. Well done, the public health service.
The emergency department is deplorable: 6:00 to take care of a stroke victim ...
I thank all the team that took care of my husband this night in emergencies, for their patience, kindness, professionalism and listening
I'm not talking about support for MRI which was fast enough. The longest is the result 45 minutes of telephone waiting and the loss of my results found 10 days later. Otherwise personal nice but I can not really judge because I was only passing.
emergency department, returned at 12:45 with very strong pelvic pain, supported immediately, by team 3 and Delmare, he immediately performed all the battery of biological examinations, urinary etc .. electrocardiogram, and I pass, have chained in record time
all the staff was attentive and knew how to bring me: kindness, smile and particular attention, in spite of a visible workload;
For all this, I wanted to thank all the staff attached to this service and by this approach, I count and hope to make '' TAIRE '' all those who constantly criticize and deblock emergency services.
only downside: the waiting infinitely too long to spend a scanner, nearly 3 hours; (It may be desirable to provide a second) to avoid the clutter of many wagons and their patients.
To finish, I say '' hat '' to the staff of this team 3 and congratulations and thanks again
a patient named
HEY
Came on Saturday for severe pain in the lower abdomen, I was quickly taken care of by very welcoming staff: radio, blood test and urine tests. The whole medical hierarchy comes to ask me the same questions and drumming on my stomach. If that doesn't relieve me, at least I have the impression of participating in the Nice Jazz Festival.
Good news, "your blood tests are impeccable. A good enema to do and return home".
My attending physician, called on Monday, notes that my impeccable analyzes show a leukocyte count of 14,000! No enema would have been effective, the cap being far too high. And that I escaped (very) little from an intestinal obstruction. A veterinarian would have treated me better !!!
Very friendly welcome, short wait, very individual treatment by a doctor and accurate diagnosis plus further care by dossier for the following doctors in French. However, the (refundable) consultation costs 58 . Can only be paid by credit card or cash. Debit card is not processed by the billing system.
Impression: full competence. Trust in the hospital met.
In all departments the same attentive care for patients, you really are wonderful
My husband came back on Friday night for a fracture of a lumbar vertebra, we came on Monday morning to get him to operate without seeing, neither the surgeon nor the anesthesiologist, and the height the intern did not even know not the name of the surgeon who was going to operate on my husband. So we fled this hospital. My husband was operated on at the Oxford Polyclinic in Cannes where the care was excellent.
Surgery Professor Boileau.
We came in consultation 3 times and we were very well received by all the staff. This time it is the surgery and everything is perfect. Many thanks to the medical team and all the administrative staff. Good continuation.
Amazing people ... thank you to the staff, golden people
I came to the ER at night with a horrible stomach ache, the doctor who followed me was a sweetheart. However, I was in the hallway and saw the behavior of nurses and caregivers who openly mock patients in front of them. I didn't find it professional.
Nothing to say except that I thank all the medical team of the trauma service, nurse, nurse, doctor, radiologists, stretcher bearers, cleaning employees, secretaries, and those whom I forget .... Thank you for their friendliness, their patience, their work, their professionalism. Thank you for looking after and taking care of my daughter Dorianne. Criticism is so easy, some people should put themselves in your shoes a bit.
I have been operated on in the vascular department and I am very satisfied the staff is competent and very kind and attentive to the patient good luck to all the staff and thank you to all of you for your competence and your kindness
EMERGENCY DOCTORS AND NURSES INCOMPETENT AND WITH NO EMPATHY WITH THE PATIENTS. ON THE OTHER HAND, I RECOMMEND THE SAINT GEORGE CLINIC FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE.
Very well received by the staff, special thanks to the psychologist.
Bad hospital despite the renewal of the medical team and the new building of the hospital must make efforts in the management of communication and medical equipment!
New, pleasant and very recent hospital. With good services.
Very good hospital with a professional team. The staff is very attentive. Thank you very much for your help in my recovery.
My father hospitalized in trauma, impossible to see a doctor when we arrive at the time of the visits the doctors are either in operation, or gone elsewhere, or we can put you in an intern !! quid !!, information obtained from the nurses (very nice).
We only learn because we ask a nurse in the hallway that our father will be transferred the next day to a convalescent home ...
We ask patients and families to respect the work of ALL nursing staff which is wonderful which is largely justified in this difficult period for them because they all do a hard and complicated job and sincerely I thank them but we must also understand the families.
And finally, when we enter Pasteur 2 in this magnificent hall we are entitled to an airport gantry with a more than random "control" by a security officer on the other hand no temperature measurement and not even hydroalcoholic gel terminals upon entry ..... a rather strange protocol for entering a hospital ... whereas to go and buy jeans you have to disinfect your hands ...
Very good service of pneumology, caring team very attentive to the patient.
I thank the H2 team for taking care of my husband
Good care but there is still room for improvement, in terms of patient psychology
Hello ,
Today I go to the pasteur public hospital, I find myself facing 5 people screaming security guards who do not even respect the patients regarding the taking of hospitalization, it leaves something to be desired. ...
Disappointingly, I find that emergency room doctors are not competent enough. They fly over, do not bother to examine the patient, to examine him, to look at him. They fly over and send you to a specialist pretending they do not have the right devices. No sampling, no blood test .... to avoid. Too bad .... these are still emergencies.
Quincke edema and I am advised to go home to rest!
A pure scandal!
Hello everybody
Arrived at 6 a.m. Saturday for breathing problem and swollen throat / chin
Very few people (I understand now why) in front of me
The nurse without any wobbling l told me to come back it will pass ... And in any case the doctor will be there only by 5h ...
My wife therefore brings me back to an emergency room results: early angioedema due to severe dental infection.
Thank you for this legendary professionalism ... no comment ...
Nicolas Ezzahi
