the trauma nurses are people without the slightest respect or professionalism, my brother is hospitalized with a ruptured femur and the nurses do not give him his medication. they don't give him food twice a day. I attach the video where the nurse yells at me and I am in all my rights taxed and she tells me to file a complaint

A little surprised by so many negative comments ...: my "experience" comes down to 3 passages for an old person (for dehydration, malaise, intestinal infection / aneurysm). With dozens of people in the waiting room, so a lot of patients. EVERY TIME, an almost immediate ... "evaluation", then an expectation, yes but hey we can see that there are people in serious / urgent condition too. Then, analyzes, radios, scans within 3-4 hours and orientation in stride: home, hospital service or outdoor clinic.
As the other says: "what else" ...?

I didn't know that there could be such an empathetic, benevolent, helpful reception at the telephone reception of a hospital. At a time when stress, anguish, sadness, worry are the emotions that invade you, I had on the phone a helpful, kind, understanding person and then a gentle and understanding nurse. I thank you with all my heart.
Good luck to all our hospital staff, from switchboard operators to nurses. If doctors and surgeons are also professional then I leave it to you to provide those we love with all the care they need :-)

The secretary of Professor Sacconi is unreachable .... It's been three days since I try to join them ...
Indomitable. You must not be dying!
In addition, people at the reception are very kind a treat for the ears ...
Followed for twenty years by The Hospital The Bow I never have any problem. They were professionally foolproof ...
Too bad it was transferred to Pasteur.
They are clearly below a shame

Nothing to reproach the caregivers but it seems urgent to sensitize the administrative staff of the various receptions.
Remind them that the people who come to the hospital are in their overwhelming majority of patients who do not come for pleasure but to seek treatment
That among them there are also old people who hear badly, others who have difficulty understanding or doing things but in any case do not deserve contempt or sometimes see the aggressiveness of certain administrative staff towards them
Those who cannot stand the others have nothing to do in a hospital and it is up to the hierarchy to ensure that.

In a first service, nice but an incredible casualness towards what can feel a man!
In another department, an unsympathetic secretary on the phone is a good indicator. The real grossness, the one that attacks me, is the morgue lined with arrogance. I should have studied before press articles. Edifying and very informative! And consider the word of mouth.
Very very special mention to Paquis.

I need to get in emergency before midnight by the firemen. Arriving there I was put in a box in the dark to wait half an hour for a so-called doctor to come and see me he stayed a minute or more to ask me questions when I could not speak. Then disappeared someone else and came after 45 minutes to meter me an oxygen mask because I could not breathe and disappeared again the pipe and fell and no one and come to hand me. In short the urgency of this hospital and falabraque not to set foot there I had to get up asleep by the drugs that gave me such for my husband to leave takes place with bruises made by an infermiere who had made me blood and even more damn

Arrived at 10 p.m. for my friend who had a problem with her eyes with the ticket number 241 (No called in class 231) after 55mn of waiting and No called in class 233 (so 2 people passed in 55mn and my friend who had very very sore eyes (diagnosis of the ophthalmologist herpes to the eyes, therefore very very painful dixite the ophthalmologist!) She will see the reception secretary to tell her that she is on the verge of being unwell so much pain is strong Answer by the secretary: you cannot pass otherwise it would be anarchy compared to the people who are waiting. Once in consultation with the ophthalmologist,
my friend realizes that he has nothing to do because the reception secretary only sends him people who have eye problems and there was only my friend who still had to wait her turn (2h10 of waiting for a consultation which lasted about 6mn !!!) leaving the ophthalmologist, she hears him tell the secretary to send her people because he had nothing!
It is a TRUE SHAME and a TRUE SCANDAL OF INCOMPETENCE madam secretary of emergencies that evening (Wednesday August 16, 2017)
Why make a person wait for his turn who requests an ophthalmology consultation if in the people who precede us there is NO person who requests an ophthalmology consultation knowing that the secretary only sent him people who only had eye problems to such an extent that it was he who asked my secretary before my friend to send her people who had other pathologies than those affecting the eyes !!!
INADMISSIBLE Madam Emergency Secretary!
Going to unemployment, you don't deserve to work in a reception dealing with human emergencies !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never again. Come on Wednesday after a fall with inability to move the forearm and pain. I was sent home after examination and radios (in total 3 hours): <You have nothing, madam. Move your arm. Take Doliprane> A person called me on Thursday evening: <After re-examining your radio, come back for an elbow scanner>. Friday morning back to the emergency room (for 6 hours !!!!) for a CT scan (they almost gave me an echo instead but luckily I reacted), the fitting of the splint and the diagnosis: fracture at the elbow complete immobilization for 10 days. RDV 1 week after with the surgeon (of course late) who announces that all things considered there is still at least 6 weeks !!!! The care, the pedagogy, the communication towards the patient are to be reviewed. I also confirm having seen it 3 times, the comments concerning the staff who drags, laughs and chat. Never again

I was operated on in March 2019 for a 2nd arthrodesis by the surgeon Doctor LItrico. Really do not hesitate, he is an expert and a listening and kindness rarely seen elsewhere. My operation was a great success and since then I have been living again. I thank all the staff of the Pasteur hospital from the smallest to the largest for their skills, their kindness, their know-how and the time spent to heal us. Thank you all

Services has nothing to do with the human message.
Pathetic emergency reception nurse, shouted at me, threw me out saying I was cleared
Because I am an undocumented person
but I have the right to emergency access.
Nurse young blonde hair, had two nurses, it is not the lady who wears glasses, the other the young one, I asked to speak to the manager, said to me get out you have no papers it's nothing . ...... I surprised myself, !!!!!!!!
I wanted to cut my arm before her to protest against these inhuman gestures.

Chui returned without being treated

I decide to write to the president of the republic mr emmanuel macron to report this inhuman gestures

make it medicine. ... is a human message
wicked nurse

When you come from Corsica, believe me that going to Pasteur, you feel like a star! The places are clean, modern, very hygienic, (special mention to the caregiver whose name I can not remember, who rigorously executes the hygiene standards for the rehabilitation of the beds, and who is very pleasant) caregiver who does its best with the workload that falls on it. Additional services (private and paid) but that can give the heart to patients! The cafeteria offers what you need to allow yourself to blow! My mom who is in rheumatology, is seriously supported and it's reassuring! In one week they did + in one year in Ajaccio! Thank you for your dedication ...

Hello, I had to be admitted at the beginning of No...

Hello, I had to be admitted at the beginning of November, to the urgencies of Pasteur II, because I have an anemia quite serious, I arrived by ambulance around 12:00 I was transferred to a box where I saw a young intern, around 15:30, he asked for a blood test, thankfully the nurse of this team was nice & stung me, having seen my veins often stung, I was told that I could leave, despite a fairly low formula I am returned at 18:00. Not missed, 2 days later, re-emergencies, emergency with firefighters, there not the same lemonade, in a box without a bell, to call someone 2 hours later, the intern comes to see me, re-balance but the nurse "freaked" me slaughter my poor veins in 2 shots of needles, my formula has dropped yet but want to know anything. My doctor told me "it only has names for emergencies, no qualified staff as students, no doctors." my Kinesi was also winding up in the emergency room not patients to him & a friend of the nursing assistant said to me "Oh poor, I went there once, not two" so I think we should not be sick , but we do not choose it alas! PS the person at the reception is overwhelmed, & your family to come see you is 2:00 waiting.

I voluntarily chose to go to Pasteur's emergency room.
Faced with continuous vomiting for 48 hours, I preferred this solution to that of several examinations spread over several days.
In one afternoon and one evening, I was referred to the nephrology department, and had an operation the next day.
I would like to thank all the caregivers that I mobilized.
From the housekeeper to the surgeon, they honor their profession.

We arrive in an emergency before even telling his problem we are told that we must pay a mandatory 15 euros because it is a general practitioner who will visit J immagine the worst and the loss of time in fact hez my GP mutual me leave me a share of 7.50 euros to pay .. But urgently need to pay 15 euros ... Then we are told that the wait is 5h..but I dream we have time to die on the spot omg .. But it is a shame ... So Monaco and paradise I have nothing paid waited only 20 minutes in the serenity and silence I know or get treated. We see that France is grossly ill and the sympathy of the accueuil to Pasteur is a pleasure .. Thank you the hospital princess grace.

My dad was admitted to the emergency room last night for a serious respiratory problem for his age with a psychological and mobile problem as a history.
We left the hospital that night at 4.30am after being informed of his transfer with the samu by the Sainte Marie hospital.
We had to receive an emergency call so that We could be informed of the evolution of his condition as well as the measures you had to take for a transfer to the hospital in Cimiez.
My mom came to your hospital at the end of the morning because she thought that dad was still at your house ... but unfortunately we told her that he is in crest !!
Do you think it is respectful and pleasant for an elderly and tired wife of her husband's alzeihmer state to have to be carried around like she is ??
I am their son and I am very upset by your lack of respect for your patients.

To avoid ! It's the factory, I'm used to being hospitalized with a bow, and it's the first time I've been shocked by hospitalization.
I'm leaving in the same condition as when I arrived, absolutely nothing has been done. In rheumatology, they put you on morphine and wait for you to crack and go. I only saw the physiotherapist once, he gave me a hot bag which remained for the 5 days.
They absolutely do not communicate with the sick, they lie ...
If still, I had been the only one to go through this, but not at all, all the patients I spoke to are in the same situation.
The nurses and the rest of the staff deserve a lot of credit for working here, the equipment is dilapidated, beds that do not work (48 hours to repair it), bedside table broken (it fell on me twice), patient gets up in breakdown, broken perf feet ... the list goes on and on. Sometimes they are 1 nurse to manage the whole service, a service with many elderly people. But they keep the smile and their good humor, they are top.
Avoid the doctors in this hospital, avoid this hospital, unfortunately used to medical circles, this is one of my worst experiences

Watch out for bed bugs !!!!!!, I was hospitalized in neuro and I discovered that I had been eaten by bedbugs. So be careful and tell the nurses to throw away their mattresses.
I hope I haven't brought one home !!!
Otherwise I will hate them. Don't make the same mistake!

We were scared when we went to the ER in relation to the waiting time, but it was pretty fast. A support in 30 minutes and exams done quickly enough. The welcome was very good too! The hostesses are very friendly. It's nice to be able to use public services this way !!
