Disappointingly, I find that emergency room doctors are not competent enough. They fly over, do not bother to examine the patient, to examine him, to look at him. They fly over and send you to a specialist pretending they do not have the right devices. No sampling, no blood test .... to avoid. Too bad .... these are still emergencies.
